"Perfect"
Our rooms couldn't have been more comfortable and beautiful. I often feel that I don't get a good room until after I arrive and ask for a better room; not here. Both rooms had spectacular views. "A Bit Long in the Tooth"
I have stayed here a few times over the last 15 years. It is in an excellent location. The rooms are just fine, standard Marriot or Sheraton type. Tiny bathrooms, with shower in the tub, which is always less than optimal. We arrived late in the night with ourkids to an executive suite -- the mean lady next door immediately got up to berate us for being […] noisy -- the doors are horrible and you can hear everything! The pool area has no locker and the pool itself could just as well be in a medical rehab facility -- no charm at all!In its day it was a 4 star property with a 5 star location. By today's standards, it is a 3-star property with a 4.5 star location, as there are so many more options even closer to Boston Common now. I will only go back if there are no other choices. "Make sure to eat before you get there"
The hotel was clean and attractive. The staff in bar10 was insufficient to serve the patrons on Sunday at 1pm. The concierge was not very helpful in supplying a list of alternate restaurants and was rude. Room service was good.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Great location but room is a bit dated."
They say location is everything and this is no different. Awesome location. However, we also stayed at the Intercontinental and those rooms are far, far more luxurious and more modern than the Westin. Having Enterprise in the basement was a huge plus for us!Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Wonderful stay!"
Went on a short vaca with two young children. The hotel was surprisingly family friendly. Pool was great, staff were very helpful, room was immaculate. Very close to lots of dining and shopping - you can literally use the skywalks to shop the whole neighborhood without ever going outside. Definitely recommended!!Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Great Hotel - But Expensive"
I did enjoy the hotel. It was very clean but they charged $47 per night for parking and $13 per night for in room Wi-Fi. I just thought that was expensive. I only stayed at this hotel since my girlfriends job fair was there. Had I been more familiar with the area, I would have probably stayed at the Hyatt near by. The Hyatt had a bus service from the […] airport to the hotel, but the Westin Copley did not. Again, just thought a hotel this expensive would have provided that. I will give them credit. "very good experience"
My kids and I spent one night at the hotel. They loved it. There was a movie the night we got there, with pop corn and beverages. They even let us bring in the food we had ordered in the restaurant because we were kind of late. Swimming pool and attached mall was a big plus too.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Older hotel, spiffy surface, poor air"
I stayed at the Westin Copley Place 8 years ago, and the infrastructure is in decline. Bathrooms do not ventilate, leaving peeling paint and foggy mirrors. I attended a conference and would not recommend it for that purpose to others (7th floor small conference rooms in particular were like sweaty lockers, the air handling was so poor). On the surface, […] linens and bed are comfortable; lamps have dangling, broken fixtures; cheap quality. "New Year's Eve in Boston"
Our stay at the Westin Copley Place was great! We love Westins specifically for their Heavenly Beds...they are amazing!! Our room over looked Copley Square so we could see the festivities going on. The staff were wonderful too. We did not eat at any of the restaurants so no comment in that area. Also enjoyed the fact that we could walk from the Prudential […] Center all the way through to our hotel without going outside. Very nice feature during New England Winters. The only "negative" I would have to give the hotel took place during our workouts in the gym. The TVs provided on the treadmills did not have cable...just basic 6-8 channels. Overrall ok. Think it went down a bit. There was a lot of dust behind the table between the beds and on the backboard !! Looks like it had not been cleaned for a very long time! There was some sort of pill or white M&M candy type food or pill along with a band aid wrapper under the first bed in the room near the edge underneath. It was not obviously […] cleaned under there and the room was dry. We requested a fridge and it looked like it had mold on the side of it growing but turns out it was tons of heavy dust not cleaned beforehand !!! "Parking charges"
Our only problem came as a result of how the hotel bills for parking vehicles. We were charged for parking a car when we did not have a car to park. Apparently the hotel uses guest's names for charging for cars rather than room number and 2 Wang's with the same name booked rooms for the same night with one having a car to park and myself not having […] one but nonetheless being charged for the other person's car. For a brand like Westin this one was not quite up to par. Only valet parking so easy/quick assess to your vehicle is a challenge and costly -$35 They have one of those plates in the room where if you touch a snack you get charged --tacky. Great location for people with children, very close to the green line. Boston Library is directly across the street and a nice park. Staff were not very friendly and cut-in in front of us when we were in line to check it. No ink in the printer at Concierge. Bathrooms had no extraction fans and are very small.
