This is an older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. Noise level was minimal and the staff was wonderful. Great location, many fantastic restaurants a short drive away. Breakfast Buffet was $$$$$$$ I would not eat there! And, as always the drinks were very expensive. They do not allow you to bring your own into the pool area either, and the heated […] pool was VERY chilly. I would stay again, and would recommend this to friends; just let them know about the cold pool and very expensive restaurant issue. Wonderful stay. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Ed even offered to fill our ice bucket when he brought the luggage to our room. Lovely view and plenty of room. After walking barefoot overnight - I stepped on a white towel by the shower and stepped into the shower leaving definite dirty footprints.

The check-in process took a lot longer than we have ever experienced as there was only one person working at the front desk for a busy Saturday evening. Hotel was average, Staff is friendly, but the sleep number bed is awful. we slept on the couch instead.

Great sized outdoor pool and was fairly warm (heated). This hotel is close to a mecca of resturants in Tucson. Very convenient to most things by college, etc. Employees were professional, rooms clean, etc.

My husband and I enjoyed our comfortable stay at the Radisson when we attended our daughter's University Graduation ceremonies. Other than the climate being chilly, for which you are are not faulted, the only other thing was that other family members who also booked to attend the graduation, received a significant discount versus what I paid. This hotel was nice because it had a separate living room and the bedroom also had a TV. Beds were comfortable and liked that it had two separate sinks.

Great location in the heart of Tucson. Hotel was a pleasant surprise, the rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the staff was super nice and helpful.

Three of my children and their families stayed here for a week during Christmas as it is very near our home. They received cheerful and excellent service, including unexpected linen changes for sick children, extra crib requested, etc. The "suite" layout of the rooms is perfect for families, and the large tubs great for children. I stayed here because of the convenient location. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was old. The also allowed other patrons to be noisy and have a party. It was the floor below me and it was so loud it sounded like it was IN MY ROOM! They were spilling out onto their balcony as well. I had to shut my balcony door to try and cut down on the […] noise. I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it, but didn't notice any change in the noise until 2:30am! needless to say I needed to say my next day was to sleep and not enjoy my vacation with family. The room was clean and we really liked the layout. I think the sleep number bed in our room wasn't working properly or maybe we just didn't know how to work it because setting 35 is different on each side. Hmm? Anyway. It's a nice hotel. We will stay again.

Great hotel in a great location. Lots of places to eat and lots to do with in a short driving distance. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location for shopping, university, restaurants. Very spacious suite, beautiful courtyard. Pools are heated so some guests swim year round.

They are in dire need for a new mattress. So hard and lumpy that I had to sleep on the comforter to make the bed bearable . My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa (more comfortable). The facilities were nice as well as the staff was friendly. So, if they change the mattress I would stay again.

If you want a suite, this hotel is very nice. I love having the living room and a bedroom. It also has a nice fridge and microwave in the room that is very conveinent. The staff was ok. It didn't matter too much to us, because we didn't really need to ask them anything, however they weren't extra nice. Overall if is a nice hotel if its in the location […] you are looking for. Overall nice experience. Check in quick and folks very friendly. Unfortunately there was a loud party there that night and it spread into the exterior corridors with folks running and children screaming in corridors. Good hotel - nothing spectacular, but very comfortable with good, helpful staff. Pool area was really nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We got a nice Stay 2 get the 3rd night free promotion. Great location if you want to be close to attractions and shopping in Tucson.

We spend the holiday with close friends with a small home. Our first choice is always the Radisson on Speedway. We were comfortable and my husband sleeps like a babe on the sleep number bed!

This resort was huge; it was a little dated but kept up pretty well. I had to walk a couple miles to get to any decent shopping but didn't feel unsafe after dark if I kept to main streets with lights. Onsite restaurant was OK but personnel were all friendly. Surprisingly disappointed in the physical condition of the hotel. Very old, worn, and uncomfortable. Maintainence was very responsive, but we required their service 3 times. The people were nice….surroundings were not. All-in-all would not stay there again.

The price was Right! The hotel is really good. It may be time for minor upgrades from formica counters to granite, and re-caulking around the showers. In need of update. Couch torn. Control knob in refrigerator broken. Nice pool area. Nice towels in room.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room. Furnishings starting to show some wear. Ice machine was not very conveniently located but the room service continental breakfast was more than enough for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again.

Sheets must fit the bed. We had a KG and there wasn't a fitted sheet. Weird.

Exterior, lobby, pool area and resturant were all very nice. The 1st room we were in the furnishings were very old and worn. They advertised sleep number beds, but not all rooms had sleep number beds. The beds in this room were very uncomfortable. The second room we were moved to did have sleep number beds and the furnishings were in slightly better repair. The bathroom was also outdated. Overall, highly disappointed in the room quality. We had stayed at this hotel in Jan 2009 for 9 nites, enjoyed the stay very much. The room was comfortable and easy access to everywhere. Nice Size Room

The pool and room was nice. The breakfast buffet was really tasty. The poolside service was terrible - we were at the pool from 3 to 9 and saw the server 2 times and we had to wave him down both times!

The carpets werent very clean. when i walked barefoot, which wasnt very often, you could feel the greasy,oiliness of the carpet. So i didnt walk barefoot. Also, the bed and sheets seemed dirty. When staying at a Radisson you would think for the price you pay for a suite you would receive stellar service and an exceptional room. I bought this room stay for my mother and father in law while they stayed in town for my wife's unexpected hospital stay. The first night the sleep number bed only worked on one side. The second night they had a different […] room because I purchased the second day because of an elongated stay of my wife in the hospital. I was upset about the first night and for their sake I fully checked out the second room. To my utter shock the sleep number bed in the second room DID NOT FUNCTION AT ALL. We had to go back to the front desk and ask for another room. The second room had a functional sleep number bed but that night to our utter consternation there was no water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I repeat, THERE WAS NO WATER IN A RADiSSON SUITE!!!!!!! We had to fight management just to get a free meal stub for both my mother and father in law. This is absolutely appalling. On the very keycard it says if not satisfied your money back. We reported that we were not satisfied and the front end manager just gave us the promise of tickets. The staff does not communicate because in the morning my father in law had to stand in the lobby arguing with the staff that he had been promised tickets. I arrived and the front end manager finally went into the back and LO AND BEHOLD found the envelope with his name on it. This is the last time at this Radisson for me and my family. NEVER AGAIN. The property is way overdue for rennovation - in addition food overpriced & substandard - this is my first negative review - sorry to do so - will never stay again- ever. By the way my background is in this industry

We drove up from Phoenix for an overnight trip and this hotel was OK. I can't really complain about the location, because it was my fault for not mapping it properly. Our dinner party was in Marana and the hotel was pretty far from the freeway. We mostly wanted to try this hotel for the sleep number bed experience. The rooms were great and spacious and we couldn't hear a lot of outside noises or the usual thin walled hotel noises you hear. They had movie night at the pool for the kids which was pretty cool. We were satisfied with our stay at the Radisson Suite. The shuttle service was great. We wished the service would drove us further than the two mile radius. It would save us money on renting a car to get around in Tucson. We would definitely stay there again.
