De tous les hôtels que j'ai visités c'est le plus décevante et la ville la plus ennuyante que je connaiss. Non recommandé tant pour l'hôtel que pour la ville.

London offre de nombreux festivals et événements au cours de l'été seulement quelques bloques de l'hôtel, au parc Victoria. Richmond Row, près de l'hôtel, est aussi un attrait touristique offrant plusieurs boutiques et restaurants. Je suis désolé que nous n'étions pas en mesure de vous offrir des suggestions pour mieux répondre à vos besoins. It was fine, but parking arrangement were not made clear and were therefore inconvenient.
It was a short visit - very pleasant and helpful staff. Really nice room. Quiet area--will stay again!
it was fine, but the toilet in our room (1111) wasnt working properly and the bathroom plug in didnt work and the pool was very cold....we were also surprised when we saw the 'crib' and it was just a small play pen... other than that it was a nice hotel and the room was fine... staff was nice... location was good..

Overall, not very impressed with the room itself. Quite out-dated in all aspects, furniture, electronics, decor, especially for an upscale hotel. Bathroom sink was not very clean upon arrival. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The queen size bed seemed more like a double bed.

We will be including flat screen televisions in all our guest rooms and updating the lighting and decor to provide a more modern feel. Our beds are a traditional Hotel queen which we find some guest feel is a bit smaller than a household queen size bed. We are truly sorry for your disappointment. The hotel was charming and the staff were second to none. I've stayed at many hotels in Ontario as well as the States and the Carribbean, I have received equivalent but not better service on rare occasions. The pool and hot tub were great and the hotel is located in an area that is downtown London but on the quieter side where you could walk to just […] about anything you wanted to do! One does not expect to have a room overlooking the Hotel bar. I accept what I am given and express my opinion afterwards. When I opened the curtains in the room I was not sure what the view would be but definitely not the bar or perhaps it was the restaurant. Thank for your feedback and please accept our apologies for your disappointment with the room location. We do offer a few rooms with an interior atrium view. Some look out over our East atrium which does have our Restaurant located off to the side and can be viewed from the room while others overlook the West Atrium and has a view of our pool. Both atrium's are appointed with gardens and greenery situated in climbing walls created from bricks from the original building salvaged during construction. Many guests enjoy the freshness both of these views have to offer however at any time if you are not happy with your room location, a quick call to the Front Desk will result in our agents finding a more appropriate room to suit your needs and ensure your comfort. Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. Only complaint is that it was tooooooo dry. Couldn't sleep because I was so dry. Need a humidifier option in the room.

beautiful Atrium for swimming pool and hot tub. Nice rooms and great downtown location. Just ask if there is a hockey tournament and ask to NOT be on their floor.

We stayed at the Delta London Armouries over Christmas and it was a wonderful stay, the Christmas Brunch was the best everything you could ask for they had out. Very nice place.

The check in was very efficient and the staff made us feel welcome and were able to assist with any concerns or questions. Because it was new years eve the hotel was full but you could hardly recognize that. Location was terrific and would stay there again.

The hotel looks like an old castle with its turrets but go through the main doors and you are transported into the future. They built the hotel right up through the roof of the old armourie and it is definitely a WOW factor, very impressive. The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. We will stay there every time we visit London.

We arrived close to midnight and the night staff were fantastic. If you need to be right downtown it is by far the best hotel. The Signature Club floor is worth it. Water, milk, pop, snacks available 24 hrs.

Very eue catching as soon as we pulled up, it was very ncie on the inside. The customer service is really nice and welcoming . We has a room for two people, it would be nice if there was two glasses and two bottles of water in the room. Not noticing until later, there was no stir sticks or spoons to stir your coffee in the morning. Also, while phoning […] down to find out what time our continential breakfast was at, we were surprised to hear breakfast was over at 9:30 in the morning. This seems rather early and we were not notified of this. A little bit more of notifying the customer or something that says this on it would have been nice. I also thought there was Wi-Fi in the hotel, but my phone would not work, not big deal as it just meant we had to actually talk to people, just like the good old days. Lol!!!!!!!!! As well we are pleased to offer complimentary wire-less internet throughout the hotel however it is a secured network and the password does need to be obtained from the front desk. I brought my family to this hotel as it was close to a Christmas Party that I was attending and specifically because it had a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was too cold to use and no one seemed to be able to do anything about it....very disappointing.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment you experienced on your recent stay here at the Delta London Armouries Hotel. Our Hot Tub was under repair during your stay and I'm truly sorry that we were not able to have the heating unit up and running to provide the full service the hotel offers. I can assure you this problem has been fixed and we have taken steps to ensure that a future issue is addressed in a timelier manner. I hope you enjoyed your holiday party and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back here to the Delta London Armouries Hotel again!

Well...awful experience...my hotels.com room which i paid the extra surcharge for additional people, was not available. Sooo...after a 30 minute check-in we were given a dingy room with a pull-out. The lighting was cave-like and probably for the best....while the bed was clean and fresh, the carpet was really dirty...crumbs food...yuck. Also they double […] booked our room so at 10:30 at night two guys come waltzing in with keys...crazy eh & they didn't have the microwave that i had requested....oh yeah and they charged my credit card 3 times for the room (found this out two days later)...shall i go on??? No one was really too concerned about making it right for me that is until i found out about the credit charges hit the roof and called head office...they were very nice and apologetic and offered me a free weekend....the question is am i brave enough to go back? We chose the Delta Armories in London for a second stay, and found it delightful. The rooms are clean and quiet. Service was excellent. The room service was a bit pricey, but there are plenty of services and restaurants within a block or so of the hotel. Great place to stay for wandering around downtown. Hotel was very nice. Architecture outside and in the lobby very unique. Staff friendly and helpful. I was in town to attend a concert at John Labatt center and the hotel was within walking distance. Our stay was on a Saturday night. There was a wedding going on which caused a lot of congestion in the lobby and in front of the hotel. My traveling companion […] could not meet friends for drink in bar. Could not get to bar due to wedding reception. Need more electric outlets in rooms to charge electronics and computers. We are appreciated by the polite and kind manner of the staff. The overall feeling of the room condition is comfort and meets our expectation. But the location of the carpark is a bit inconvenience.

Our room was right next to the elevators and it dinged everytime someone went in or out. Our rooms air conditioner was broken and we were only offered a fan and nothing more.
This does not sound like a good experience and I'm truly sorry for the discomfort you felt while a guest of ours. We have a very strict noise policy in place and our maintenance team makes every attempt to fix any issues in guest rooms to the best of their ability. I'm very sorry that we could not provide you with the exceptional stay you were hoping for and I have posted your comments at our hotel for all staff to review. I hope that you will stay with us in the future and allow us to ensure you have a truly enjoyable stay. Kindest Regards

Very disappointed in this hotel. Used to stay years ago but the hotel now certainly needs a facelift. The room was very dusty. No flatscreen TV. The pool was cold even though they said it was 82 degrees. The children's play area is not kept up. Equipment broken not much fun at all. Food in the restaurant was mediocre. Husand and grandson had a great […] burger, however I had to send my meal back twice. They don't know how to cook fish. Waiter was excellent though. Gave us free beer and took my meal off of the bill. The Sunday brunch was good but not as great as it used to be. Again cheaped out and the price was higher $32.95 per person. Won't be back. very nice and comfortable, kid-friendly, and well located. we enjoyed the hot tub, but pool heater was out of order.

I pleasantly surprised at the uniqueness of this hotel. Each and every employee treated me with the best customer service I have seen in a long time. The pool however was a let down. Icy cold and filled with very large balls of hair. It also had visible lines of dirt sitting stagnant on the bottom. I couldn't bring myself to get fully into the water […] because of that, which was sad. The carpet in my room was dingy and I think ripped? Tv was old and small for a hotel. Bathroom was large and nice however the tub did not look inviting for a bath. The hair dryer made a LOT of noise as if some part of it was broken on the inside and it ripped out a lot of my hair. Would have been nice to have a robe in my room and two large towels rather than one, even though it was just me staying there. But again, staff were great. Thank you for your service. I truly appreciate the time you have taken to provide a review of the Delta London Armouries Hotel based on your recent stay. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition of the room and I assure that was not our standard. We are in the process of completing renovations to a number of our guest rooms and adding LCD Flat screen TV's as well. Currently our Premier and Signature Club rooms have been completed. I would also like to apologize for the condition of the pool and assure you again that this is not typical of our hotel. I was however, delighted to hear that you found our staff to be friendly and helpful throughout your stay as we strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests. I was very happy with the service I received at the Delta Armouries. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was good too!! I would definitely recommend this anyone!

A little rundown. The food is pretty terrible. The TV was a CRT. The elevator was the best part of the hotel.

I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of food and I will certainly pass your comments along to our Executive Chef. We value you all our guest’s comments and use them to make changes and improvements to our service style. We are currently in the process of updating the televisions in all our guest rooms and all of our Premier and Signature Club rooms currently offer flat screen LCD sets. We hope to have the remaining sets replaced in the near future. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed our glass elevator and hope that you will revisit us here in the Forest City soon!
