L'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme et reposant. D'apparence exterieure modeste, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Les lits sont de grande qualité. Veillez cependant à ne pas prendre une chambre située à côté de la machine à glaçons dans le couloir. Le parking est cher, mais il y a souvent de la place dans la rue à proximité, sans payer la nuit. La situation de l'hotel est idéale pour visiter les différents quartiers de San Francisco, à pied, en tramway, en voiture ou en taxi. C'est une très jolie ville. La ballade à pied sous un ciel bleu est à recommander particulièrement. La découverte des embarcadères est très sympa, ainsi qu'une journée au delà du Golden Gate en pleine nature.

Chambre sobre, bien décorée, propre dans un hotel bien placé (ligne de bus à proximité qui emmène au downtown et à moins de dix minutes de marche de la baie) et dans un quartier chic et calme la nuit. Si vous avez un véhicule, le parking n'est pas grand (normal vu le quartier) et il n'est pas evident de trouver une place après 20h.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

Des otaries profitent du soleil près des magasins de la jetée Pier 39, à Fisherman's Wharf. Tout près de là, la chocolaterie de Ghirardelli Square vous fera certainement saliver. Des bateaux partent pour Alcatraz au niveau de Pier 33. La tour Coit Tower, située sur Telegraph Hill, offre des vues superbes sur le Golden Gate Bridge et la ville. Les amateurs de littérature ne manqueront pas de visiter la célèbre librairie City Lights de North Beach. Washington Square Park est le cœur de cette enclave italienne historique.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 5mn à pied du Pier 39. Malheureusement excessivement BRUYANT ! Bruit de la rue, des chambres voisines... Grosse structure. Parking hors de prix, 45USD + taxes par jour+ tip valet parking !

hotel de bon standing sauf que: salle de bains sale (vieux tags sur les murs de la douche mal lessivés ou crasse ???), vue de la chambre sur un gigantesque dépot de bus (si si à fisherman's wharf!!!), internet très cher (nous en avions juste besoin pour printer des cartes d'embarquement, nous avons eu ce service gratuit dans d'autres hotels)

Hôtel de standing, bien placé, permettant de visiter le nord de la ville à pied. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place. Agréables salons extérieurs autour d'un feu de cheminée. Points négatifs : wifi payant dans la chambre (gratuit uniquement dans le hall) et parking assez cher.

Un bel hôtel deco design a l'interieur, une petite piscine. très bien situé sur Fishermann, lieu touristique avec restaurants (ihoop en face de l'hôtel bien et pas trop cher ouvert tard), boutiques diverses. Très bel hôtel très bien situé. La chambre était spacieuse et très très confortable. Le petit déjeuner (en supplément) est complet et copieux bien qu'un peu cher. Un reproche : que l'accès internet soit payant alors qu'il est gratuit dans des hôtels de catégorie inférieure.

This is obviously an older property that sought an updated look by using lots and lots of white paint. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Shower was rediculously small. My wife couldn't shower without her shoulders touching the curtain. I had to shower sideways. The TV had few channels, and the room had that stale motel room smell upon arrival. I liked the hotel. It was clean and pretty. I have one complaint. The day I got to the hotel I had traveled for 12 hours. The room I got was at the third floor and at the corner of the building. It was incredibly noisy. You could hear every car on the street and also the trucks unloading. It was bad. Next day I asked for a change of room and I got one […] at the 4th floor which was great! my room stank so bad I immediately realized why they called it fisherman's wharf...when I asked to move rooms they put me next to the fitness center where the running machine and my headboard were about 2.5 inches apart. the walls are paper thin and I heard every peep and more coming from the adjacent roon - this place is a real dog...

My main complaint is that I requested a twin room wit a child cot. I was told that twin was not available and given a double room with King bed. I later found out that guests who checked in after me were given twin rooms.

We chose the Sheraton because of the location. It is so very handy for Fisherman's Wharf. It is in need of a spruce up and the bathrooms are very small. But overall a good place to stay.

Checking in was a real hassle. Long line in crowded lobby. Only one person at counter. Manager was at hotel, but not helping to check people in. Parking garage was cramped, dark and not well lit. Had to wander around to find the way to the hotel from the garage. Clearly a security concern. Then we learn that parking is $45/day!!! "Buffet breakfast, expensive"
Buffet breakfast was too expensive, went elsewhere.
"Good and mostly Bad"
The hotel and room were clean in appearance, but the cable options, towels, sofa, breakfast buffet and limo service were very disappointing. We could only get one premium channel, and it cost $19 to rent a movie! The towels were rough. The sofa smelled like vomit. The breakfast buffet was expensive and not good (runny eggs, bland pancakes and overcooked […] bacon). Avoid the espresi happy hour too. The mixed drinks aren't very good and not worth the $9 charge. Our greatest disappointment was the limo car service to the airport. The experience was awful. The car was in really poor shape inside and out. The driver was rude about us paying with a credit card. Although we confirmed the day before with the concierge that we could pay with a card, the driver tried to insist on cash. He even over charged us by $30! We prepaid to reserve the car and the driver insisted we didn't pay enough. We won't stay at this hotel for our next visit. Lisez la suite

elevator service was TERRIBLE. had to wait FOREVER for 1 of the 3 elevators to finally arrive to take you up or down, and by the time 1 did come, there were way more people than could fit. access to the pool is poor, and parking under the hotel is $10 more per night than a garage across the street the same distance away.

hotel was clean, cute decor. We wished they offered Queen beds, only offered small full-sized beds. Parking was expensive. Enjoyed the fire pit areas for sitting.
hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in SF. we were very satisfied with it.

In need of maintenance and upgrading terribly. Very noisy even at night with neighboring construction. Didn't find the beds "heavenly" although slightly better than most hotel beds. Although clean, the bathtub had stains where a mat used to be (at least as far as I could tell). It was yellow! Good part is that it's so close to everything and the staff […] was great! "Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf"
Actually pretty nice. Reminded us of The Curtis Hotel (Denver) in it's Mod decor. Only negative was an odd one, because the hotel and room were clean, but an unflushed, peed-in toilet in the room is hard to explain, since the rest of the room appeared to be fresh.
ran a race in san francisco so it was really convenient for my needs. Very clean. Staff was nice...if you like fisherman's wharf it is convenient and there are lots of eateries.

And I can't thank her enough! We stayed here the evening we flew into CA to get our bearings. I wish we had stayed her the whole vacation! Great rooms, great staff, great location, I will continue the tradition and recommend to others who visit San Fran!
"Great location...but noisy"
This is a very nice property and is in an excellent location if you're looking to be near Fisherman's Wharf, with walking or transit access to the rest of San Francisco! That said, be prepared for a few drawbacks: 1) Parking is $45/night! Ouch. 2) The rooms facing the streets are very loud due to late night partiers or early morning delivery vehicles. 3) […] It's very loud in the guest rooms, as I believe that the hotel is a wood-framed property (ie. residential type construction). This means that the sound travels easily between floors (and walls)...so you'll hear footsteps especially if you have noisy, inconsiderate neighbors above like we did! Lisez la suite

"Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf - Above and Beyond"
We recently stayed at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf. We arrived during the night and the hotel staff were most accomodating - checking us in quickly and allowing a 2 pm checkout so that we could get adequate sleep. The hotel lived up to our expectations of a Sheraton (our hotel chain of preference). We loved the feel of the room and the lush couryard […] patio overlooking the pool was a bonus. Our daughter accidentally left her much loved blanket in our room. We discovered that it was missing when we were half way back to Los Angeles for the rest of our holiday! She was extremely upset and we promised to try to get it back for her. Once we arrived in LA, we contacted housekeeping and were told that the blanket was not in the lost and found and had not been seen in the laundry. They assured us that they would keep an eye out for it and took our contact information. Amid tears, our daughter tried to accept that she may not get her blanket back. When we returned to Canada, we contacted housekeeping again in the hope that the blanket may have surfaced. One lady in particular went above and beyond the call of duty. She personally inspected the room and found the blanket tucked under a bed (we suspect that it was tangled in the sheets and then when the bed linens were changed it was accidentally kicked under the bed). The blanket is currently en route to my daughter via UPS. This lady has made our little girl so happy and our family extremely grateful. We have frequented Sheraton hotels for years and have always been very happy with the hotels and the service. It is wonderful to realized,without doubt, that the hotel staff truly care about the guests. We will definitely highly recommend the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf and look forward to staying at the hotel again in the future! Lisez la suite

The sound of the guest(s), in the room above us, walking back and forth woke us up at 5:00 am on a Sunday morning. It also sounded like the trucks on the street outside were driving right under our room. Parking was $45.00/night and wasn't posted anywhere in or outside the garage. "Average-Needs work"
The hotel location was convenient but the hotel is aged. We constantly heard a strange noise from the facility all night long. It sounded like an elevator but we wern't near the elevator. If given a choice I would stay at another hotel in the area.

Pros - Outside Firepits, friendly and helpful staff Cons- - Extremely thin walls, next door to union hall with extremely vulgar patrons hanging out, no water pressure in showers.
"Very nice"
This was a very nice hotel and very close to the wharf and many restaurants. The only down fall was parking I would think that if you pay for a room parking should be included. All in all this a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
"Work of.... art"
The hotel looked great and the rooms were really nice for what the price i paid, but the customer service for the front desk and/or the operator were horrible. I tried getting connected with the front desk by pressing zero on room phone. When I spoke to someone they said they'll transfer me to the front desk. The phone just kept on ringing and ringing […] for 10 minutes. I tried a few times too.... I wish someone *cough* would mention that when booking that there is a parking fee of $45. How is someone going to charge you parking if your paying to stay at their hotel. I understand if i was just parking there I would get charge, but that wasn't the case. The vallet people however were really nice and poliate. The room that i was placed in was a nice room, but horrible location. It felt like a journey and a half to get to my room from the elevator. I felt i should have packed some camping gear in order for me to get from my elevator to my room. Also, the location of the room was one of the loudest rooms ever. Not only can hear construction through out the night, but also bart (train). I also had to deal with people above me who seem to be playing dance central or something and dealing. The cost of parking and breakfast was really high. Parking is $50. a night the cheapest breakfast was $20. and that was for a small breakfast. You think they would have made it a little more affordable for their guest. The hotel could use some upgrades for how high they charge you. The only reason why I gave them a rating of 4 is because of the location. […] The room was missing a few key items. No refrigerator or microwave. No Bag for dirty clothes or no bags in trash cans.
