Hotel vieillot mais relativement propre. Personnel agréable à la disposition des clients. Emplacement idéal à promité des différentes lignes de métro , de la Vème avenue, de Times SQuare. Pensez à réclamer des serviettes de bain qui sont distribuées au nombre de brosse à dents présenté dans la salle de bain.

Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner servit de 6h30 à 9h30 correcte (ne pas arriver trop tard), station de métro ( 39 Av ) à 3min à pieds qui vous mène en 9min à la 5ème Avenue. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.

Très satisfaisant pour l'hôtel et ses prestations. Seul bémol : la durée des trajets en bus vers Manhattan ...

"Not Happy with Hotel"
We (3 adults) were in town for a funeral & chose this hotel for its proximity to the home and based on reviews we saw on your site. We were all dissatisfied. The room was dusty, the sink was cracked and the rug had multiple stains. There was no breakfast included - not even continental - and no writing paper in the room, and only one courtesy bottle […] of shampoo & conditioner for 3 women, no lotion or body wash. In addition, the toilet ran all night. The only positive we have for this stay is that the beds were comfortable. We will not book that hotel again. Lisez la suite

"Nice hotel"
My husband and I stayed there for a conference. The hotel was very clean as was our room. Just a heads up..if you purchase the room that includes breakfast, make sure you print the receipt/reservation that shows that breakfast is included. It doesn't show on the hotel's computer and I had to bring it up on my computer and show it to the front desk to […] get the credit. "Dining"
I had dinner in the hotel dining area and was very disappointed with service. The waiter was horrible and it took an exceptionally long time to receive our food. Not many choices on the menu. This hotel was amazing. Staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was spotless and much bigger that I expected it to be. The staff was willing to help with any needs and I would recommend this hotel to anyone going up to that area!

"Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel"
Beautiful, modern lobby. Nice restaurant -had breakfast there. Beautiful bar - had drinks with friends. Right next door to Kona Grill-had a nice lunch there. Arrived early and room was ready. Room had 2 queen beds. There was a coffee pot in room but no carafe and no coffee. I thought this was a nicer hotel than the Iselin Hilton and the room rate was […] better than the Hilton rate. This hotel has been upgraded. The room was clean very nicely furnished and appointed and the bed very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful My room came with breakfast and the breakfast was great--fresh squeezed juise , omelets made to order, etc. Only negative is that wifi was not free.

"Good hotel"
Everything was good except when I called for the trolley for my luggage it took 30 minutes, its like they only had one trolley for a 7 floor hotel, seriously they need more trolleys other than that it was good.
"Poor choice of room assignments"
Everythign was fine except that we were put in a room next to peolpe who were staying there form a wedding. After the wedding, the people next door "partied" util 3pm. We called security and they cem up twice to quiet the people next door. But, it then turned into a 'be quiet while the security folks are there" and then resume the noise. The folks at […] check in should not have put us where the wedding guest were housed. Ther wasplenty of room in the hotel as it was no where near capicity. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Overall the experience was great. The only issue we had was that our key card to access our room would not work on the first, second or third try. This happened during our entire stay although we were assured the issue was being worked on. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and very customer service oriented and unintrusive. Great Hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was really clean. The hotel itself was really nice. It is about 10-15 minutes from the PNC Bank Theater. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Definately worth your time"
This hotel was amazing! I was very suprised to find the room as large as it was. Although I didn't reserve one, it was more like a suite than a regular room. The staff was very courteous and professional. I would definately suggest this hotel to anyone looking in the Iselin area!

"pleasant stay overall"
The hotel was very nice, room was clean and location of the hotel was convenient (at least for me) close to several restaurants, some within walking distance and Woodbridge mall was just across the street plus hotel was has easy access to GSP and route 1 - it's a place I would use again and have would not hesitate to recommend.

"WHAT A WASTE!!!"
I was on the fence about whether or not i would recommend this hotel until about 2 minutes ago when i found a charge on my credit card for something that i was told would be part of the package for valentines day! Now im gonna seem like im complaining about everything.. I usually dont bother with anything and i let things slide.. but they wasted so […] much of my valentines day and im really annoyed about it. First when i checked in i had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby for someone to go up to the room to check to see if it was ready.. No big deal. Then i go up to the room and go into the bathroom and theyre is womens hair all over the floor and looks like there is dried urine all over the floor in front of the toilet which grossed me out. After that I let the sink fill up with water to wash up and all of a sudden water comes pouring out from under the sink ALL OVER THE FLOOR! So i called downstairs to let them know and assume at this point that theyre going to change our room but instead they send someone up to "fix" it, which i had to wait 30 minutes for, the mechanic comes up to fix the toilet which had nothing wrong with it so i had to wait another 15 minutes for him to come back with the right tools. So the mechanic comes back up and "fixes" the problem but leaves the bathroom dirty with dirty water on the toilet seat, grease on the counter and water still all over the floor. I call back downstairs and tell them that i need someone to clean the bathroom and bring up dry towels. Now im waiting another half hour and no one came up. So i decided to just go out to dinner since it was valentines day and all and didnt feel like wasting anymore time. On my way out I went to the front desk to complain about no one coming up and having to waste what was supposed to be a romantic day and i asked if they could change my room. The man at the desk said that they had to rooms with king beds available but he would send someone up right away to clean the bathroom. So i said ok and Lisez la suite
