Hôtel très agréable très bien situé, à quelques pas des principaux centres d'intérêt de la ville et des zones de magasins et restaurants/bars - L'ambiance de l'hotel est très détendue avec un lobby agréable (canapés, écrans TV, accès internet libre, journaux) et un petit déjeuner varié. Une piscine et un centre de fitness sont situés au dernier étage (27ème) avec vue sur les buildings et la ville.

We stayed at this hotel due to my son's conference was here. We decided to have a weekend just for two. We got a room with a "balcony". The area was dirty and about as big as a bathtub,maybe. Quiet surroundings even with a high school band spending the night. Reasonably close to good variety of restraurants and name stores. Wish the Metra line was closer to take advantage of ease of getting into the City.

The room was not worth the price. The walls have not had paint since it was built. When I woke up and wanted my privacy, my toliet was not working. If you stay there don't stay in room TWO SIX SEVEN!!!!!!

Hotel was clean and staff was curtious. Room was clean and confortable as well. Morning buffet was adaquet but could have had a few more offerings. Pool was just a little cloudy. Hot tub was fine. I would recommend for the price we paid.

"Doubletree By Hilton - Oakbrook"
We stayed here for Thanksgiving while visiting family. Very friendly staff. We requested joining rooms but they didn't have any available. However, our rooms were right next to each other. Accros the street from the Oak Brook Mall. Very convenient. Very nice hotel.

The price and location of the hotel could not be beat. The whole family was able to stay for a very reasonable price and the fitness center was excellent to burn off the holiday turkey. "Alright but expected better"
Stayed with my three children for Saturday night stay. The hotel was crowded and appeared to not have enough employees. The towels were out at the pool more than when they were actually there. Clalled for more towels and 2 hours later a man brings down 5 towels, even though the pool is full.

Upon check-in the hotel staff would not honor the breakfast buffet which was included with the price paid on hotels.com. She indicated that her system did not show it was included and therefore could not honor unless proof was PRINTED and furnished. In the end she honored it but it was a huge inconvenience at midnight. Overall the hotel was clean but the bathroom is not ergonomically friendly. Bath tub was very slick, and my gal fell strinking her head. Nothing in the tub to prevent slipping. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.

"Great place to stay!"
Our family of 4 stayed at the DoubleTree in Oakbrook while on a 5 day vacation to Chicago in early June. While the hotel seemed to be a haven for the business traveler, it was also a great place for our little family to come back to every evening. The breakfast buffet was awesome. "Superior Customer Service"
This was my first visit to the Chicago area, and I was a little leary about reserving a hotel online, but I have to admit that this was a FANTASTIC hotel. When me and my daughter arrived, we were tired from the drive, and the hotel employee was so nice and informative and gave us both a 'warm' cookie that was the best way to end the day and start our […] stay with Doubletree. My daughter had left her very expensive sunglasses in the shuttle and they held them for her until we returned later that night. I came to Chicago to a wedding and decided to spend the night at the Double Tree Hotel Chicago Brookfield. While pulling into the parking lot someone had a car breakdown and wanted me to give them a jump start. I'm always willing to help someone, but given the circumstances of being from out of town I was cautious. Very Satisfied with the hotel. Wished had known all of the wedding was going to be located at the hotel.Enjoyed the shuttle service to restaurant and shopping mall. My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean, the staff is knowledgeable and courteous, a real person answers the telephone, plus the cookies are YUMMY!

"Very convenient"
Needs some attention. Our first room had a dirty bathroom with ants, our second room was clean except for the pair of dirty socks on the floor. Both were cleaning crew issues and do not tell the whole story. The hotel was nice overall and the staff was exceptional(not including housekeeping).

"Much Better than Expected"
Great Room, room was nicer than expected - lobby was pretty....clientele was a little weird - bar was awful, lots of weirdos in there...wasn't sure if locals or people staying there but very creepy and smelling guys (lots of cologne)! Close to shopping, great room for the $$, and quiet rooms - floor was a little rowdy and didnt hear a thing
