Hotel exceptionnel, Atrium incroyable, le fait qu'il soit dans le financial district n'est pas une contrainte, sauf pour ceux qui veulent l'effervescence de la ville, tous les bus qui circule sur Market street vont au ferry building juste à côté, la station de Bart juste au pied est super pratique, elle va directement à l'aéroport. La chambre est grande, […] rien à dire, sauf sur le mini-bar où on vous explique qu'il y a des capteurs et que si vous touchez à quoi que ce soit, ça déclenche une dépense forfaitaire, c'est vraiment petit. Le seul truc, si on est pas logé aux 15, 16 ou 17ème étage, on a pas le droit au restaurant panoramique, dommage. Pour l'internet gratuit, il faut aller au Starbucks en face. Overall the place is fine. We were upgraded to a bay view room which was nice but noisy. In the morning there was an event going on outside... From our fifth floor room it was VERY Loud! The noise was my only complaint Everything else was good.

We were asked if we wanted to spend 40 extra dollars for a balcony. Well worth it a view of the bay, Ferry building and the Embarcadero. The room was excellent the service top notch and all in all a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful hotel.

I know the city is expensive but for that price I would have stayed somewhere else. Its not a bad walk from AT&T and right on the embarcadero. We were able to check-in early and were given free brunch unexpectedly, but the rooms were small and the bathrooms were tiny and un-updated. I think I will try another hotel next time.

the atrium of this hotel is beautiful. the rooms are nice. i was not impressed with the bathroom. it just reminded me of a run of the mill design from the 80's. the staff was very nice. and the location of this hotel is close to all the major tourist areas in SF. there's a lot to see within walking distance or a $5 to $10 cab ride will quickly get you […] there. don't forget to check out the BART also! The hotel is in a good location and the interior common space impressive. The room was large, neat & clean and the king size bed very comfortable, but the furnishings were tired and plain. The bathroom was ordinary -- with dated fixtures, old tile and only one sink; additionally there was no door to allow the bathroom area to be closed off from the […] bedroom. The closed captioning feature on the TV was non-functional (a potential problem for some) and the channel guide cumbersome and difficult to use. In the future, we will plan to stay elsewhere. We got a bayview room for the weekend. The view was spectacular, and the room was very comfortable. The service was great too. I forgot my sunglasses in the car, and the valets brought them up to my room in about 10 minutes. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Hotel sits right on top of a Bart station, so very convienint for travelers. Also not far from muni line, only 1 block & the embarcadaro. The hotel was awesome, the views and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely stay at Hyatt hotels from now on if they are all like this one. The food was delicious, a bit pricey, but worth it. I want to thank you for having such a wonderful hotel for our stay in the city to attend the GIANTS GAMES. "GO GIANTS"

We booked a Bay View room as it was a 50th birthday celebration. When we were told that the corner room on the top floor was available, we were delighted, thinking that we would then have both an eastern and southern view. It's a corner, right? Wrong! Guess what takes up that valuable real estate. A freight elevator! (I guess I could be a little more […] forgiving if even the elevator had had the view but, sadly, no...) Our view was lovely, of course, as well as the sliding glass door which, when opened, allowed the pigeons to share your room as well. NOT a joke... The water closet, however, was so tiny that there was not enough room for knees, toilet, and door so something had to be left out of the room when necessity required its use. It was just very strange architectural room design and, for that much money, I will probably book somewhere else the next time I stay in the City. Lisez la suite

Stayed here for work. Convenient location - right next to the Embarcadero stop, walkable to the water. The hotel staff were very gracious and helpful. Had breakfast in the restaurant and was able to get free wifi. Wonderful stay! Will book with them again!

Great location for waterfront shopping, the Ferry Building and the new Exploratorium. All are within easy walking distance. The breakfast for the conceirge floors is fabulous. It's held at the top of the building so the view is breathtaking. Everything was great except the bathroom is too small. It had kind of a "on a ship feeling.

I love this hotel and have stayed there about 5 times over the past 10 years. However, this time I noticed the rooms were starting to look a little shabby - just little things like dusty carpet around the perimeter of the room, etc. I mention this becuase I had an asthma attack while staying, which usually happens when the room/furnishings are dusty. […] However, otherwise the rooms were as comfortable as ever and the service 5 star Lisez la suite

We had a great time at the hotel. The lights in the lobby are amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was during the night some people were yelling on the street below and woke the family. We laughed it off and went back to sleep.

Having lived in San Francisco for years and still owning a rental there, it was strange to have to stay in a hotel. But the Hyatt Regency is so well located and everyone was so nice and helpful I felt right at home immediately. If I didn't want to go out to the Presidio, I would have never moved my car there as the hotel is near the Ferry Building, […] Union Square and the best shopping and eating San Francisco has to offer.
