Chambre assez grande avec frigo, micro-ondes et cafetière. Lits confortables et chambre propre. Deux bémols: le bruit de l'autoroute qui passe juste derrière (insonorisation mal faite, il faut prévoir les boules quiès) et le petit déjeuner très peu fourni même pour un motel!!!

"RAMADA INN à Stratford"
En fait il s'agit ni plus ni moins que d'un hôtel pour les routiers. L'accueil y est sympathique, le restaurant de l'hôtel également. Gros point noir : nous n'avons pas eu droit à des draps propres à notre arrivée. Pas glop.....
"Goodo, but could be better"
The renovations of the rooms need to be completely done before they let someone stay in the room. But besides that it was ok. They need to pave the parking lot over as well.
The Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness of the hotel common areas (lobby) was excellent but hallways on floors were just ok. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

"Repeat visited"
I been to this hotel ever two week for the last 3 months and I like to be on the third floor. The fact that it's on n off the highway is a plus n the bar n restaurant is a plus.
"Convenient, Good for a couple nights"
While this is not a four-star hotel, I have to say that the front desk staff has gone out of their way to be as helpful and accommodating as possible. They are professional and will work with you to give you good rates and a pleasant stay. Admittedly, some of the rooms are a bit rough around the edges (there are occasional cigarette burns in the comforters). […] However, the entire place recently got new management, and they are in the process of renovating the hotel, so the improvement is coming along. There are designated smoking rooms, and having stayed there several times, I haven't heard the noise that other reviewers have complained about. The bartenders at the restaurant make great drinks, and the Happy Hour specials are fabulous. It's nice to relax and play a game of pool. All in all, it's a comfortable hotel with a good staff, and the neighborhood is not bad at all. It's also very conveniently located (right off I-95, exit 30). Hotel was ok for one night only, if you are not expecting anything out of your stay. Don't wonder about the neighborhood. Don't expect much from the continental breakfast.

"Watch out for the club in the hotel"
We arrived after midnight and the noise in the building was out of control. The staff had no idea how to use the computers that they had and the manager was too busy looking for desserts to help the customers at the counter. The computer froze and the gentleman at the counter didn't know how to check guests in and he was the only one at the desk. The […] manager later arrived and was trying to take care of three guests at the same time while the phone was ringing and she continuously ignored and misunderstood us while trying to accommodate us and our four rooms. "Mr"
The Strafford Conference Hotel in Ct. is easy to find is clean and well kept, and service is very good. I would recomend it.

My family (wife, 3 year old and 6 week old) were forced into a stay here after the Hilton Garden Inn in Shelton CT overbooked. Hotels.com staff was great in finding us alternate accommodations. Problem is due to massive power outages throughout CT this was the only place left. We had no choice so had to spend the night. The first room they sent us to […] (#612) quite literally had a box spring and mattress lying up against the wall with an empty bed frame on the ground. The linens were piled up in the corner and were clearly dirty. There were missing ceiling tiles and garbage pails throughout the room and hallways with water dripping from the ceiling. Eventually we ended up in Room 112 and were happy to see 2 beds set up with blankets on them. Problem was both blankets had visible cigarette burns and rips in them. The "desk" provided has only 3 of the 4 typical legs that hold things like desks up. It was musty, dusty and cobwebs filled the corners of the room. We were in a tough spot and the vending machines were not even operable. There are machines on floors 1, 3 and 6. Floors 1 and 6 were out of order. The door to the vending machines on floor 3 were locked and no one could figure out who locked them or why or get them open. Luckily we were able to get alternate accommodations for the following two nights before power was restored to our house. Lisez la suite
"Gross."
The hotel is filled with dirty walls, doors, leaking ceilings, and an elevator that doesn't even light up with half of the buttons missing. When entering the room, I instantly noticed mold on the walls and the staleness of smell. I'll never stay here again.
