hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

"Bien placé mais mauvais état général"
Je deconseille cet hôtel sauf si vous n'avez pas le choix. Le seul point positif est qu'il est tres bien placé (proche de Lincoln Road et de Ocean drive + une belle plage en face) L'hôtel est sale et ancien. Le service de chambre pas top (en rentrant nous avons remarqué que la femme de chambre n'avait pas refermé la chambre) La reception nous leur avions […] demandé de nous reveiller pour le départ il ne l'ont pas fait!! hotel très bien situé à south beach avec acces direct à la mer. en revanche, pas très propre, pas grand standing. piscine ne donne pas envie de se baigner. le principal interet reside en sa localisation (collins avenue, proche lincoln road, proche mer, south beach) ne convient pas à un long séjour mais pour une seule nuit (arrviée ou départ de Miami) […] et pour vouloir etre absolument à South beach... "The Continental Miami : vieux, bruyant, à éviter !"
Clairement, je ne recommande pas cet hotel. Il est vieux, bruyant, limite insalubre ... je ne comprends pas comment on peut vendre les prestations d'un hotel comme ça ... Literie inconfortable, mobilier vieux et abimé, salle de bain en mauvais état (robinet qui fuit et douche sans pomme qui fonctionne à peine). Il semblerait qu'il fasse partie des […] moins cher de South Beach, donc ça attire une population plus que limite dans cet hotel, qui fait du bruit toute la nuit et ne respecte pas les autres. Pas de parking fourni par l'hotel : un parking très proche propose 20$ les 12 heures (6PM-6AM), c'est cher mais de rigueur à Miami ... je recommande plutôt le parking extérieur de Collins Park, payable à l'heure et gratuit de 3AM à 9AM. Au niveau des points positifs tout de même : wifi gratuit (ce n'est pas le cas des autres hotels), hotel relativement bien placé (pas trop loin de Lincoln Road, mais plus loin du vrai quartier Art Déco tout de même). This was by far, the worst hotel I've stayed in, in the United States. It was filthy. Completely dirty. No working electrical units. Phone didn't work. "Whole hotel under construction"
The hotel is under construction and it smells like it all over it. All the walls look like "under construction". The tv cable is so poor you barely see what you are watching. They should not be selling the rooms until they are done with this construction, it was very dissapointing. The views are not at all to the beach but to another very close building's […] windows. The beds are a hundred years old. The room was dusty. I didn't want to touch anything, it seemed so dirty! I stayed with my family for a week. Many days the hotel didn't have water because the hotel is under construction so its a big mess. The elevators got stuck several times. Disgusting doesn't begin to describe the level of uncleanliness this hotel represented. While the website of the hotel indicates heavy construction, it doesn't allude to the fact that the hotel looks condemned. The rooms that the staff were so eager to sell look as if they have been sitting vacant and dirty for at least 6 months. Had these realistic photos been posted on the hotel's actual website, I would not have wasted my time or money; however, the photos on the hotel's website lead travelers to believe this hotel is at the same level of quality as a Wyndham. "The worst hotel I've ever stayed in by far!"
Absolutely horrible! The hotel looked like a demolition site. It did not even look open. When we first got there, the entrance was blocked off and there was like a dumpster there and all this construction material because I believe they were doing a renovation. No one was behind the desk when got there and we had to look around and call out for someone […] to help us. The room was sweltering hot and the air conditioner was not working. The room just looked old and outdated. They had an old outdated tv as well that did not even have an air conditioner. At one point, my girlfriend and I wanted to take showers and there was no running water at all. We had to go and complain to staff downstairs and then they turned it back on like 20 minutes later. And when the water was turned on, it was brown in color and stained the floor of the tub! Lastly, as we were checking out, we parked our car in the round driveway in front of the hotel so we can easily put out luggages and suitcases into the car and when we went back upstairs the employee behind the desk called a tow truck to come tow our vehicle, even though I told him we were checking out. Hotel is under construction/renovation and overs no aminities but there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Hotel A/C is only operational in the evenings so the rooms are warm during the day. Hotel, needs some updates. Staff was friendly, parking was infront of hotel, could go and come as pleased. No parking or valet parking, but I paid and was able to. Room was spacious, neat, clean, had mini refrigirator, vault, iron, hair dryer, towels, view of the ocean and pool, wi-fi, limited tv channels. On the beach can rent chases, umbrellas, etc. […] not from hotel but they have services. No restaurant for breakfast, but there is room service. My friends and I stay was cool in the city,but as far as the hotel I can't say the same. One good thing I would say is the shower pressure was great but I was disappointed when I saw that we had one towel in the room and when I made the reservation I put down four people will be in the room and when we went to the front desk to as for more they told […] us sorry no more towels and we gotta wait until 8:00am the next day. HORRIBLE. Should really be shut down by health inspectors. They tried to put me in a room that was damp with the odor of mildew hanging outside of the room. You have to ask for wash clothes as they do not give any out. Thank goodness I travel with my own towels and clothes. Having that hotel on the strip like that is a diservice to that area.
