Bon petit hôtel et calme. Il est très facile de se garer à proximité sans avoir à payer les 30$ de parking.

Accueil sympa, chambre propre et spacieuse, petit déjeuner parfait, bref très bon hotel avec une très bonne relation prix qualité. Nous y retournerions si nous avions à revenir à Houston.

The only reason to stay here is the location at the airport. The hotel is tired and dated otherwise and way too expensive for what you get. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. However, when I checked out at 4 AM for a 6 AM flight, the woman just ignored me in favor of two "VIP's" that were approaching the counter to check out also. She then […] very rudely made small talk with them while handling my checkout and then called me by some name that was not mine. When I pointed this out to her, she said, "Oh, your'e done, you booked on xxxxx" really loudly like it was some kind of insult or something. At 4AM, I was not too pleased! "Marriott - Houston Airport - very worn and dated"
I was extremely dissappointed in this hotel. As far as Marriotts go - this is the worst I have ever stayed at. It is in much need of an overall renovation. This is no-where near a 3+ star hotel.
"Stay at the airport"
Great location to start a trip to Houston. This hotel is a short train ride on the airport terminal train. One stop away from termininal C, you will hop on an elevator to the front desk moments from leaving the airport. Clean, bright and efficient. Check in was easy, roof bar/lounge nice, lobby coffee bar wonderful. Everything you need!
"Ideal for an IAH layover"
You don't need to exit the airport, and the inter-terminal mini-train gets you there in a couple of minutes of collecting your bags. Staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Wifi isn't free though.

"Tired"
I've been to airport Marriotts that are good and modern. This one is tired. Extremely tired. But the location is great. And the food at the "revolving (only the outdoor balcony revolves) restaurant is surprisingly good. No one expects much from an airport hotel, but this one needs a refresh. Compared to airport hotels I've stayed at in Dallas, Vancouver […] and Montreal, this one was old and staid. But, like a true Marriott, the beds were extremely comfortable. Lisez la suite
"Right in the airport"
I love how the hotel is right in the airport, just get your luggage, take the elevator in baggage claim down to the inter-terminal tran and get off at the hotel. Easy

"Great hotel for layover only"
We were disappointed because of the fact that we made the reservation for 2 adults and 2 children and they gave us a room with ONLY 1 BED! They struggled to give us a room with 2 beds and then couldn't even supply a cot which was needed because the children, boy and girl, are of an inappropriate age to sleep together. The hotel blamed "hotels . com" […] for not letting them know the room was for 4 people. We blame both "hotels . com/expedia . com" for not supplying the Marriott with that info (if the hotel was telling the truth) and the Marriott for not being proactive and contacting the dot-com to find out how many people would be staying in the room. Unacceptable on both parties' parts. There were several families checking in at the same time as we were so it's not like they never get more than two people checking into a room. We will stick with "aaa . com" from now on for our hotel reservations and we will avoid Marriott because of their lack of follow-through and flexibility. The hotel, however, is very convenient for people like us who were traveling through Houston enroute to other points who are forced into a layover situation by airline scheduling problems and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. The room had neither a refrigerator nor a microwave which was disappointing in that they charge a lot per night - overpriced just like everything associated with airports nowadays. Convenience alone is why we rate this hotel a 4. If not for being right in the middle of the airport we would have rated it only a 2 or 3. Lisez la suite

"Choose it for the location"
If location is your priority, this is a good bet. Overall, though, overpriced for the condition of the hotel and the food was awful at both restaurants

Location location location. If you have a flight rhe next AM this is the most convienent place to stay. Hotel in need of upgrading.

We stayed in this hotel overnight between flights. The location is perfect and it is easy to get to it from all the terminals using the underground tram. Checking in and out was quick and there is free internet in the lobby.

I don't know what the direct-dial long distance phone rates are, but having just left a tiny message on an in-state answering machine for $7.00, I shouldn't have been surprised by a $75.00 charge for a long distance call to Florida where the person actually picked up! I have called that number for a similar duration from the MiddleEast for the same […] length of time and paid less than half that amount. That was a shock, so my warning will be: just don't use the phone in this Marriott. Hotel was adequate. Not a good location and the hotel charged 12.95 for internet service which has become a free charge in all other similiar hotels.

I was in Houston visiting my sister-in-law and the location was perfect, being close to the airport and also to the highway. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definately recommend to others traveling through Houston.

The rooms and hotel in general are dated. Its proximity to the airport is the only reason I would stay again.

"Location, Comfort, and Quality"
The Houston Airport Marriott is an outstanding hotel. The location is perfect; only a short tram ride from any terminal. You will also find friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and the room service food was great! What more can you ask for?
"Great hotel for an early morning flight"
The hotel was what you would expect from a full-service Marriott. It was clean, the service was good, the room was comfortable. The biggest benefit was simply the time saved in the morning - I walked into the hotel lobby, printed my boarding pass on a kiosk there and 3 minutes later (seriously), I was in the security line at the airport. "Close to the airport - relatively speaking!"
The airport/hotel need to improve their directional signage. If you get off the subway at the stop after 'hotel, next stop' you will walk a long way with your baggage. Within the hotel there's a lot of additional walking - at least in the North tower. After a late flight & long walk to the hotel, we made it to our room after midnight so the 1pm check-out […] made the rate more tolerable. The shower water was extremely hot even with arrow at 2pm. 空港とは地下のコミュータートレインで連結されておりロケーションは最高です。深夜便での到着、翌朝の出発便の場合は最高です。 ただ価格はかなり割高ですが、近隣ホテルの場合のようにPICK-UPを待つ必要もなく快適です。 部屋自体は、”こんなものか”といった感じですが ロケーションも部屋代の内と割り切ることができれば快適です。 最上階のレストランで食事をしましたが味は満足しけるものでした

他の方のレビューにもありますが、ホテルの品質に対して値段は安くはないです。空港直結という利便性に対してお金を払っていると考えれば納得出来る価格と思います。小生は諸事情があり宿泊しましたが、特に空港直結である理由がなければ周辺の空港ホテルの方が同程度の品質で安く宿泊出来ます。
