the front desk lady was very rude very greeted me with a smile, the Ice machine was broken for 2 days and i stayed at the hotel for 4 days, My room was sad to say but looked worse the a motel six for the price i paid on hotel.com i could of stayed at the hotel across the street for half the less i paid at ramada this was not a discount the room carpet […] was nasty the power plug in wall mounts were broken, the bathroom shower tile was NASTY brown yellow or dirtiness I would of gotten my money back but was a firm reservation I would not recommend for anyone to stay at the ramada especially for the price it was a rip of Lisez la suite

We never had maid service our whole stay there. The lady at the front counter didn't seem to care too much about us one way or the other. The shuttle was great and made up for the lady at the front counters attitude.

The hotel was way more then what i expected. Clean, friendly environment, and most important close to the freeway and easy to get around town. I went to California for a family event and to visit A LOT of family who lived ALL OVER the La area and Ramada Hotel was the perfect location.

We stayed on the first floor in a non smoking room. Apparently not so, an ash tray was standing on a small table. The pool is not heated, very cold, and dirty from outside debri. There is no hot tub. The room, bathroom, linen, and towels were very clean. Inspite of smoke in the room, location was very convenient for the Semi and our trailer. The room is neat and cozy. The only problem is the facility and equipment is kind of old, especially the bathroom. Need to be very careful with the shower temperature or you will get burned by the accidental hot water. The sink plump needs a clean up for the waste water don't flow away. All these are minor tiny things to me. However, I am not satisfied […] with the wireless connection. The signal in the room is terribly bad which made me call the admin twice. Decided to stay here since it was about 10-15 minute drive to the place we wanted to visit and was a decent price. Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon to check in. The lady at the front desk didn't say hello or greet us. Just to keep a conversation going, I asked if there was anything interesting to do in the city of Commerce, but she just looked […] at me and ignored my question. Got our room key and decided to drop off some luggage. Our room was on the third floor at the very end of the building. It was creepy walking to our room and the whole hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. But the 3rd floor definitely looked better than the 2nd floor, which looked just like a scene out of a horror movie, lights flickering and all. The room wasn't too bad considering we were super tired and just needed somewhere to sleep. Bathroom looked okay and the beds were just okay as well. The cable channels weren't that great, but didnt watch much of it anyways.. Bottom line, most likely not going to stay here again nor would I recommend any of my friends to stay here. Lisez la suite

Hotel was very noisy. Did not get any sleep (the whole reason why I stay in hotels on business). Would not ever stay here again. If you want to sleep stay away.

Hotel was actually much nicer than I expected. Was impressed with the cleanliness, except for a huge love stain on the comforter that was very clearly visible (but hotels rarely wash these regularly anyway). So after getting rid of the comforter, stay was actually pretty pleasant.

One of our complaint's would be the surrounding noise from other patron's. You could hear the doors slam all night on thursday. People going from room to room & slamming the doors. For myself, that had to get to work the next morning it was a bit irritating. Then my husband who stayed behind said that the cleaning crew is up early (not our room) vaccuming […] & once again the noise from the doors can be irritating when you are trying to get some rest. Pros: Free wifi, free coffee, right off the freeway, nice receptionists. Cons: Hall ways filthy, elevator dirty, bathrooms need a ton of work, way too much noise, not too much within walking distance.

I was there for two days. They didn't clean or restock the room after the first day.

This worked for me because I was only staying one night. If I'd wanted to stay longer I wouldn't really recommend this place. It has all the essentials and there was even a microwave in my room, and it was clean but I found the service kind of spotty. Some people were very friendly and others not so much. The pool and gym hours need to be more accommodating.

This place sucks. I booked and paid for a room on Hotels.com. I went to check in and they told me they were sold out. They refused to help me, and were flat out rude. I am scared to book another room here for fear that they won't honor my reservation, even though it is convenient to the freeway and the rooms are decent for the price.

We thought getting a room at the ramada would be good for such a low price. This place is in need of a complete makeover. Hotel lobby was only nice place in it. Room was way outdated and smelled. Everything was wonderful except that the network was a little bit slow. It is cheap and comfortable. It is the best for this price!

check in was a breeze. the staff was very accomodating. they even went out of there way to help up print off tickets for a LA Clippers game since the courtesy printer was out of toner. The exterior was nice. The hotel was quiet and the room was very nice and clean. I would definately stay there again.

It was a great place to stay, very close to a lot ammenities. very friendly service the Dennis beside it was very conviniente for late eaters. Very clean and easy access. Especially the shopping !!!

We wanted a basic hotel with high speed internet. Didn't care about proximity to major attractions or places to eat. We were there to visit friends. We were happy with our room, the beds and the service. It is a little older but clean and the price was good as well.

Hotel was very crowded, and didn't have enough staff. It should've been a two star instead of one. Hotel has a smell to it. It's ok if you only plan on sleeping there, and leaving.

This place is located near a busy freeway intersection. Getting in and out of place is bit tricky, if you are not familiar with CA driving. We stayed only one night and our room was on 4th floor level. Some lights in the lamp were missing/broken and bathroom was small and not very appealing. Beds seems to be bit older and squeaky. I needed a one night hotel for a training down the street, but reading the reviews made me hesitant about this hotel. However, when I got there, the outside is updated, the check in staff was very nice, and room was decent. Cons? The hallways could use updating, they're pretty dark and the carpet is worn, the room carpeting looked like it had some staining […] and was old, the beds in a deluxe room were small (just shy of full, I think), the walls are thin, and the bathrooms don't have fans in them. But, when I had to call the front desk to exchange a room because the idiots next door had their TV up full blast, it was immediate, come down and we'll get you a new room. No questions asked. Booked a Deluxe room but there wasn't anything deluxe about it, a room with two beds was the same as the deluxe room with two beds. Asked front desk if room had a flat screen and they said "its possible", they weren't able to tell me if the room did or did not have a flat screen tv. Very unprofessional night agent. All bath towels were very aged & very […] rough, the housekeeping department definitely needs to focus on the importance of having soft towels for guests to wipe their face with and feel comfortable at the least! Being a GM of a beachside hotel, at the least we can be courteous at the time of check-in to accommodate a guest late at night, this property needs much improvement than just installing flat screens in the rooms. Tall floor lamp did not work in the corner of the room. Called ahead and asked if there was a microwave and fridge in room, the night agent mentioned there were none. The service at this hotel is horrible! They don't answer their phones so if you want anything you need to walk downstairs to the lobby. The bathroom was big enough for two people with no counter space. when we saw the cleaners outside the door, there were NO sheets on their carts... so how do they change their sheets? No one could answer that question […] for us!! No one was working the lobby at 9:00 a.m. we were told that the front desk person came in late that day. Unacceptable! I will never stay at a Ramada Inn again! Although the price was reasonable, we definitely got what we paid for...cheap price, cheap service!!! Lisez la suite

Decor in my room was pretty old but the hotel was clean, the staff was pretty friendly, and the price was right.

This was the worst hotel stay I had in YEARS, if not ever. First of all, I couldn't help but notice how poorly kept the hotel was. The carpet in the hallways had stains everywhere. My personal room was poorly lit (with light fixtures that didn't work), and had a toilet that wouldn't flush. I was annoyed that maintenance had to come to my room at 10pm […] to fix it, leaving toilet water on the floor. The bathroom towels looked old and beaten. The sheets on one of the beds had stains, and the blanket had a cigarette burn (probably from the 1980s). And to top it off, the walls were all paper thin. But the worst part was, that at 5:50AM, while in deep sleep, I received a call from the front desk asking me to turn down my TV because the room next door was complaining of the volume. When I explained to them I was sleeping and that the TV wasn't even on, all they could offer was, "Oh, well I wonder who is listening to the TV." No apology for waking me up. I wasn't able to fall back asleep after the call because of the sound of the blaring TV coming from some room in the hotel. HORRIBLE stay!!!!!!! Lisez la suite

This is the perfect place if you're just looking for a place to lay your head for the night. The good rate you get on this place is probably due to location: it's in a mostly industrial area, close to the freeway. Not a lot to recommend about the surrounding neighborhood, though there is a chain diner restaurant next door and a popular coffee chain […] nearby. The room was up-to-date and fairly well sized. The corridors show a little wear, but unless you plan to sleep in the hallway, it shouldn't deter you. Lisez la suite

I was in a room that was right next to the elevators and every time someone used it it would wake me up. Very unsatisfied with the room and noise level.
