Just a crash pad for a few hours; staff was very helpful and accommodating for an extremely late arrival.

Good price, decent breakfast for a brief stay. Took a long time to get on line with wireless, even while on the phone with help desk. Hotel does not provide ethernet cables.

The room was very reasonable priced for the area we had to stay for business. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff was very friendly, and we had no problems with our reservation. We certainly would stay here again when visiting our clients next time.

Yes. This is the first time I ever got mite bites. All over my body. Started etching the 2nd day. 3rd day started seeing red bumps on the body. 3rd and 4th day bites all over my body. Went to near by Urgent Care for an evaluation. When to dinner in the sports bar but no one waited on me and had to move to the bar seating to get served. Returned to the […] front desk on the 4th day after doctor visit to explain the mite bite problem and clerk told me that she would get in touch with the manager - would not offer to change my room. When I asked if she had record if they changed my sheets that day. She said that if I placed a card on my bed than they would have changed it. So I check out that night. Excellent service and enjoyable experience.

I can't believe what I paid for this hotel - on a weeknight and in the middle of Nowhere, Jersey. Though I had no problems checking in and out, and the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was less than average. There was a cigarette burn hole in the comforter and the furniture was decades old as was the bathroom. The carpet was older than that […] in my grandparents house. I was afraid to touch anything in that room with my skin. For what I paid on a Tuesday night, I was expecting A LOT more. If I paid $80, I would have had no complaints. I stayed at this particular hotel once before, not too long ago, and was very pleased and my accommodations were nice and it was an added to bonus to be very close to shopping, restaurants, movies, etc. Upon returning, I was very disappointment to find a major difference in the overall accommodations. In fact, I changed my room 3 times before just giving […] up and accepting one that was the best of the 3. I also expressed my complaints and concerns to the management. It my understanding that there was a change in management. Hotel room was less than pristine. BATHROOM FLOOR NEEDED A GOD SCRUBBING .Some kind of squished something in the bedding.Didn't see it until waking up the next a.m..Went into the Miami Mike's sports bar. for a late night snack and drink. Was accosted by twenty somethings doing kareoke.Hotel should really rethink this venue.Maybe good for drunken twenty […] year olds but certainly does nothing to enhance the stay of middle age or older businessmen or women.I doubt the hotel has ANY twenty somethings staying there.The bar food as well as the complimentary breakfast was served cold. We stayed at this hotel for partly business and pleasure. I can say that we have no complaints about this hotel. Everyone associated to the hotel was courteous and helpful often going out of their way to see if we needed anything. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was not pleased with the quality of the hotel or the room for a Ramada Inn. The main side entrances were not locked after dark anyone could enter the building, as did other guests I thought a pool was available, towels were old and dingy, the television was difficult to operate. I had to stand right in front of the screen to change the channels and […] the bed pillows had hair on them, that was not mind. I also had to bang on the wall to adjacent bedroom at 1:33 in the morning because of the sounds of intimacy coming from that room. I do not think I will stay there again. Lisez la suite

very nice people me and my wife where 1200 miles away from home and needed all the help we can get and these please whent above and behond.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a busy highway surrounded by malls and endless parking lots. No trees or lawn by the building. The hotel restaurant is a sports bar with bar food on the menu, but there are restaurants within walking distance in the adjacent shopping malls. ...consistently among the lower priced alternatives in this area, and there is a reason for it. Property is older and shows wear. Walls are thin (I listened to the TV news through the wall one morning) and tub is slippery. However, the bed was amazingly comfortable and I had two great nights of sleep. Was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to the room and found it to be very nice-much better than I expected. Newly decorated or so it looked, very clean and with adequate supplies. Room was very disappointing - paint peeling; tape around the connecting room door; hair on floor of bathroom; sink needed replacement. Breakfast was in a smelly and dark sports bar - again very disappointing. Would never recommend.

Very nice hotel with beautiful tooms, conveniently located near a plethora of restaurants, and places for entertainment/recreation. They need to update to flat-screen tv's, but other than that .... Excellent!

We were basically only sleeping there, not on a vacation, so price mattered more than amenities. Our room was fine, the breakfast was generous and good, the bed comfortable,. The hallways and areas outside the room were in need of renovation - scratched, wallpaper peeling, stained, etc. so that was a bit of a downer. I love the sports bar at the hotel. It's great to watch a sporting event, and not have to worry about driving. One major concern was the clenliness of the hotel. There was hair in the bathroom, and amazingly a wad of hair hanging from the shower curtain rod. Little disturbing.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Always a good experience. I enjoy Miami Mike's which is attached to the hotel. Food is good, and pretty good sports bar attmosphere.

We had a fun time at Miami Mikes....hotel was great....breakfast the next morning needed some better attention.....

We enjoyed our 7 days stay at this hotel. Service was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were clean.

Exxxxcellent customer service, rooms were very clean and especially there continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel with 2 thumbs up.

Good value for the money and not bad if you have a car

Clean and quiet. No criticisms at all. Pleasant atmosphere and attractive.

Orange mildew-like growth on shower tiles. Toilet dirty up under rim. Needs renovation. Price was far too high for hotel condition. It seems much more like a 2 star hotel and should be priced accordingly.

Front desk extremely helpful and freindly provided a shuttle to wedding reception
