Acceuil parfait. Personnel chaleureux et souriant. Hotel très récent lors de notre séjour en octobre 2011. Il y a de quoi se restaurer à proximité. Les plages ne sont pas trop loin. Idéal pour celles et ceux qui veulent faire une pause au cours d'un long trajet.

Hotel remis à neuf, tres propre. Nous avons très bien dormis. Le seul point negatif serais le petit dejeuné peu fournis. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire aux environs proche de cet hotel. C'etait néanmoins parfait pour nous qui avions privilegié cet hotel juste pour faire une halte sommeil durant un circuit.

J'ai séjourné dans l'hôtel a l'occasion d'un déplacement pro. Chambre pas cher, très grande et lit douillet. Le personnel de l'accueil est aimable et aidant. Je le recommande.

"Good place to spend the night"
Rooms were updated, bathroom was nice. Beds were hard, pillows soft. Area is a bit confusing as there are jughandles and roundabouts but it was literally 5 minutes from our destination. Rooms had an offensive odor. Overall, we got a great price so all was well.

The Good: Plenty of Parking, Hotel staff was ready for me when I arrived and very pleadent. Was able to go straight to the room. Plenty of hot water. "Ramada in Toms River"
By mistake i got a smoking room and i asked to be changed to a non smoking and they took me to another outside building that they had and it wasn't nearly as nice as the regular hotel! i asked to see if they would give me another room but when i called the front desk they didn't even want to work something out with me and weren't being helpful at all, […] NOT EVEN THE MANAGER, i was very upset with how they handled my situation and wasn't satisfied at all. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a little small a small fridge or sink in the room would be helpfull . Nice big bathroom hot water was working great. Very friendly staff great service

Personally, I think the lights in the bathroom are too dim. I need brighter lights to do make up, etc. fyi

The stay at this Ramada for thanks giving was great. The hotel was clean the shower water was hot and very close to my great aunts retirement community at Lakewood. I would stay here and recommend them again.

"Holiday Visit"
Visiting family for Thanksgiving, needed place to stay before we started back. Turned out to be a great location for Black Friday stores. First room had very noisy heat/ac system but once we brought to desk attention they reassigned us immediately and the next room was great. Quiet, comfortable rest! Would stay there again!

This Inn is actually closer to Lakewood than Tom's River, and is easy to get to. Our one-day stay was comfortable, with a room large enough for a king-size bed plus a sitting area. We didn't try the free Wi-Fi; there's a terminal in the lobby area (which might have a fee). There's no breakfast included, but there is a restaurant next door.

Hands down, overall Best hotel in Lakewood; esp. given reasonable rates. Friendly, Helpful staff. Clean. Nice Restaurant, Work out room. Near higways. Recently renovated. Has it all. Be sure to stay in room away from event revelers on weekends.

The room looked very clean and all bedding was great; however, while I was watching TV one night, I saw two roaches crawl down the screen. I was on edge the rest of my stay.

We stayed here during the October foliage season while attending a wedding in nearby Waterbury. Rates were very reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable, though a little aged. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. I'd definitely stay again.

"Very Impressive"
I needed two rooms at the last minute at the Jersey shore (not so easy to do). The front desk folks were very friendly and accommodating when I asked for adjoining rooms and was given them. The restaurant staff also was polite and helpful. Very enjoyable stay...will definitly stay here again
"Quality affordable hotel, courteous staff"
We got a good rate on this hotel by booking a few weeks in advance. We stayed here while on a trip to visit Island Beach State Park. It is a little bit of a drive to get to the beach, but we felt worth it for the money we saved compared to the "beachfront" hotels. Minor problem with check-in (the room was not ready at the designated check-in time,so […] we had to wait about an hour). We booked a king-size bed room, which also had a sofa bed and desk. The room was nice and clean and bed very comfortable. Room had a very small coffee maker but did not have fridge or microwave, which would have been nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool (which is outdoor so it is seasonal). The hotel also has some other nice amenities (fitness room, laundry, free computer access, a lounge, etc.), has ample free parking, and is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast (which only consists of cold foods...cereal, bagels, etc.) was not complimentary to guests....we assumed it was but were informed the charge was $8.00 per person (not worth it for what is offered and I do think the rates for this hotel warrant a free continental breakfast!!!) When I considered the great price I paid for my room compared with surrounding hotels, I didn't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel. Beautiful lobby! Check-in was a breeze and desk clerk was very pleasant to deal with. The room was very nice. The only negative thing I can say is that the room had a VERY strong smell of citrus […] furniture polish when I walked in. My best friend and i stayed here July 5th for 1 night. We were pleases with how clean our room was and the size was good. We were able to check in 3 hours before the actual check in time so that was a plus. We wanted something close to seaside heights which was about 15 minutes away so we were also happy with that. the pool and jacuzzi tub were very […] clean and well kept. The hotel staff were very pleasant. My only complaints are that we did not have a microwave and or refrigerator and the stopped doing the continental breakfast back in november so we had to find a place that served breakfast, but they do serve breakfast in the restaurant inside of the hotel which we did not know. The carpet in the room needed to be replaced, but the bathroom was obviously newly renovated and well-appointed for a Ramada. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. "Unsatisfactory"
•we arrived on time for check in (3pm) and we ended up waiting 2 hours for our room. •when turning on the heat or A/C unit it smelled like mildew and cigarettes. •we were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but we had to take a smoking room. •when first going to our room after 2 hour wait our keys didn't work, twice! finally a maintenance man let us […] in and got us keys that worked!! •the bathroom light was so dim we had to do our makeup in the main room with our small mirrors. •then Patrick at the front desk gave us cheesy continental breakfast coupons and a half hour late checkout. meanwhile, we ended up paying for breakfast anyway because we wanted a waitress and he forgot to mention to the other staff that we had a late check out so I had to call the front desk and tell them myself! Very clean room and excellent service. Our room didn't have a refrigerator and microwave when we checked in but we got them in less than 10 min upon request. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi were great and well maintained. Booked it last minute so it was a little pricey but we only stayed one night.
