Old and smelly

We were very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. At 4:00 am a member of the staff woke us up by mistake, they had the wrong room. When we got up at 7:00am we found that there was no water available in the Hotel. When the water became available about 8:30am, there was no hot water.

Good business hotel. Need new TVs. Not impressed with the steak house restaurant attached. Route 22 Diner is close by and a better choice. Skip the "free" breakfast too.

This is the best option for those trying to stay near the Westchester Airport. I always use this hotel when I have an early morning flight. I find it consistently good, nice rooms, easy access. Although it's a little pricey, it is far less than any other hotel option in Westchester and the location can't be beat. Armonk is a very cute town, too.

We were there 2 nights, and it wasn't as fancy as a Marriott, it didn't have the Marriott's price tag either. We thought of it as a step below a Holiday Inn - especially when it came to breakfast. However, there is an EXCELLENT restaturant in the hotel and the next night, we had dinner at ENZOS in Armonk - only about 5 minutes away. The food, service […] and atmosphere at ENZOS is 5 star. All in all, we'd difinitely return to this hotel. The hotel, like the room, was very clean, albeit a bit tired, but the room had plenty of heat, and the shower was fine as well. This is our second time staying here since the first time we thought it was nice. The people are very nice, the place is nice and comfortable..

decent one night stay for quick access to Westchester County Airport (HPN).. Breakfast is included if you get to it before 9am which I was unable to do. In an office park area; very quiet and out of the way. No shopping nearby. Night staff needs better personal hygiene. Room was adequate.

Bathrooms shody,not enough hot water for shower. Being a senior, I could use a handle for easier access to and from shower so that i feel more secure

We didn't know what to expect when we booked this room for the night, but the price was half of what the Holiday Inn was just down the street. I don't think the Holiday Inn could of been any better than this hotel though. This hotel was nice, clean, good breakfast, nice service, and worth the money.

A very nic hotel at a really great price. Its conveniently located in a really quaint town. The room was big but the bathroom was small. The ice machines were not working but other than that they had all the amenities needed for a comfortable overnight stay.

Could not sleep due to screaming in the hallway. The sheets were stained with blood marks. The shower knob could not get it to work.

Staff wasn't very friendly when I checked in but the girl at the desk when I checked out was nice. The breakfast was pretty good. Lots of choices. The didn't have trays to help you get your food back to your room but a staff member found a box for me to get food back to my kids. The hotel was fine. The only drawback was that the halls have a latent smell of cigarette smoke which clung to me and I am not a smoker or a fan of old smoke smell.

The staff of the hotel are very nice and always are available to help the guest, the hotel was very confortable and clean.

If you are staying one night en route to somewhere else it is perfect. However there isn't even a gas station in this town. Its just an ok stay if u are their for a night. Clean enough

This property is a bit out of the way but was just the ticket for what I needed. QUIET, clean, and just off the freeway. make sure you print the map else you get lost. But real value when found.

Stay here when nothing else is available, the bed was like sleeping in a hammock, and don't bring bags with you, it's a walk up.

We had a wonderful stay (3 days) at the La Quinta Inn in Armonk. Since we were driving, the location was perfect for us as we were easily able to visit other places. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Also, the room was super clean and comfortable. We would have liked a frig & microwave in the room, but they were available in other locations. Old tube style TV did not work

very friendly personel, clean, reasonable rates.

Pool was closed and there was no mention of it anywhere on the website. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, but needs serious updating. Marc Charles restaurant was superb.

Just a bit outside White Plains you find this little gem. Reasonable, decent with on-site food (including breakfast buffet). Rooms are clean, comfortable, and business friendly. Bed was surprisingly comfortable!

Everything was fine except either the TV or remote broke. couldn't change stations after awhile.

The hotel was in a business park. The hotel was understaffed - only one desk attendant so you had to wait 15 minutes for service. Hallways were dark. In the morning there was no hot water in the room. I would not recommend.

This hotel is close to the Westchester Airport and to major highways. We have family in this area and have stayed here several times. It is a very nice hotel and the nearby town of Armonk is great - several great restaurants, good pizza and a nice coffee shop and a quick ride into Mount Kisco for movies, Borders, a great diner and the world's best TJ […] Maxx store! Bathroom was not cleaned. Room smelled. Pool was closed. Continental Breakfast consisted of left-over items, and they ran out of milk for the cereal. Was not worth the price. Still would have been terrible if it were half the price. Will not stay there again.

The place was an absolute hell hole!!!

We spent two nights at the La Quinta. The day we arrived in NY and the night before we flew back home becuase we had an early flight the next morning. Our experience from both rooms: The bathtub would not drain and there were ants in the room. The only positive was the proximity to the airport and the continental breakfast. We have stayed here on several occasions. The rooms are clean, and welcoming. I have always enjoyed the staff and their kindness. We enjoy our evening cup of tea and just happened to forget to bring some. I asked the young lady behind the counter if she happened to have any tea. To my surprise she was able to find some. Room was large and clean. The mattress was a little soft for my taste. The heating/cooling unit had a digital temperature setting display, a feature I liked. The free breakfast was the usual fruit juice, cold cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels and apples. The coffee was weak to the point of being undrinkable - a disappointment.

Bathroom sink must be a mile from the source of hot water ,water only got warm after running for 20 minutes. very unsatisfactiry.

Great hotel, very clean, and friendly and very helpful staff! Very close to the airport. Love the fact that there is a GREAT steakhouse on site. Between the free Wi-Fi and the on site restaurant, I didnt have to leave the premises and deal with finding a restaurant open etc. They even had room service! Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Nice, quiet, clean, courteous, efficient hotel. Continental breakfast included some protein! Yay! Not fancy but met our needs for a room and breakfast at a decent price. Responsive front desk.

I had stayed hear before and very satisfied thats why I chose the hotel again. It has worked for me before because it was convenient to airport, and restuarant"s.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Location is a little isolated from dining/shopping etc., but my stay was quiet and comfortable. Convenient to Westchester Airport.
