Hotel vieillot mais relativement propre. Personnel agréable à la disposition des clients. Emplacement idéal à promité des différentes lignes de métro , de la Vème avenue, de Times SQuare. Pensez à réclamer des serviettes de bain qui sont distribuées au nombre de brosse à dents présenté dans la salle de bain.

NOUS AVONS APPRECIE L'ACCUEIL, LE CADRE, LA SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE A L'ANGLE DE LA 10EME AV. ET DE LA 42EME RUE, LA TERRASSE, LES REPAS, LA CHAMBRE FONCTIONNELLE ET TJS TRES PROPRE, LA PETITE CUISINE COMMUNE A CHAQUE ETAGE, LA DISPONIBILITE DU PERSONNEL; NOUS LE RECOMMANDONS SANS HESITATIONS

The Plazza est un havre d'élégance, de distinction et de tradition. Il offre un service hôtelier digne des palaces européens ce qui est assez rare aux Etats-Unis.

Assez bon, à part le petit déjeuné qui pour 20 USD n' est pas à la hauteur. Peu de choix, pas de pate à tartiner au chocolat...Pour 20 USD c' est dommage !!!

Nice to be treated to warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival. Friendly, knowledgeable desk clerk made good restaurant and gas station recommendations, and when thanked for previous evening's cookies... gave us 2 more!
"Convenient"
We only sayed one night as we were off to Vermont the next day.The room was comfortable and clean but I thought the tap water had a slight odor. I went to have tea in the morning and was told that there was no tea or hot water to make it with the tea bags I had with me. The hotel provides coffee only.

"Tricked but good"
I was told by hotels.com that my room would have a mountain view and also by the hotel staff BUT my room was just facing the parking lot. very disappointing considering that fact I bought the hotel for the view. smh. Even though, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

We always stay here whe we come in from PA to see my in-laws in Allendale. This time I felt our room could have been a little cleaner. The shower curtain had a mildew smell. When we opened the window curtains, there was caramel colored sticky stuff (cola??) on the inside of the window. Not a little bit. Windex & paper towel, come on. Glasses in the […] bathroom are suspect, we never use those. Haven't they seen the hidden camera footage of those glasses being cleaned with toilet cleaner, etc.? Just give us the sealed plastic cups please. The cookies are great and the people at the front desk are nice. Also, we needed towels and they brought them right away. Good, big towels. Lisez la suite

"Good hotel for the location"
Located on Rt. 17 south near 287. The hotel is located along a very busy road and a majority of the rooms face the road. Those that are set back further from the road will hear the noise from the AC units located on the roof outside their window. If you are able to, request a room facing the back parking lot. ... I had reserved 2 rooms: one with 2 doubles, the other with one king. We checked in and got 2 doubles. Because we were in a hurry, we didn't try to change. If that had been possible, I think they would have acommodated us. It was just a disappointment. We had hoped to have breakfast but were offeredonly a buffet which was too much food and money. Pool was nice, friendly staff, steakhouse in hotel convenient and good. Only negative was there was a "hospital food" smell in the hallway where our room was.

We arrived at this hotel after a long day of shopping at Woodbury Commons. It was a short drive from the outlets (about 20 mins) and right off the highway which was convenient. We were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk and free fresh baked cookies which were delicious. :) The rooms were a good size though the bathroom was a bit cramped. As it […] was right off the highway, you may want to request a room on the other side to avoid the noise. Other than that, I found the hotel to be well-maintained and not too outdated. The only tiny drawback to the small town location is the lack of big-name recognizable restaurant chains. I would advise to ask the front desk for food recommendations in the area. "Double Tree Mahwah"
To be perfectly honest, I book Double Tree for the yummy cookies that you get upon check in. Check in itself was quick and smooth. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel is relatively close to Woodbury Commons. I go to Woodbury twice a year and would stay at Double Tree again.

Very comfortable with excellent service. Good breakfast restaurant again with excellent service.

What an agreeable staff. The people were nice, the pool was open and there are plenty of options around to eat. It is off route 17 which is busy - as opposed to being in a serene residential neighborhood but the location is so central it is worth the trade off. We will stay again.

"Doubletree Hotel in MahwayhNJ"
We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree in Mahwah NJ. The hotel was spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful. My husband loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we were given upon arrival. We would stay at this hotel again when visiting this area. It was convenient to the highway and good local restaurants.

Well located for easy access to the Interstate 87. Friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Well equipped gym and nice clean swimming pool. Hotel a bit dated, but clean. Rooms at rear better if you don't want to be troubled by some noise from the main road. Good breakfast, taken in the adjacent, seemingly popular steakhouse. Overall good value for money.

It's only 20min away from the outlets, the gym is nice, the pool is nice, and the staff is very friendly. We are definitely coming back.

"Not what I ordered"
I asked for a suite and I got a very small cramped room..the closet doors were falling off and the television didn't work...very old. I was told they are in the process of replacing all the televisions they just hadn't gotten to our room yet. They did bring a different old television which did work but sub standard. looking forward to morning coffee and was surprised when the half and half curdeled.complained at front desk and was given a standard "oh well". advised that maybe should change out containers once in awhile and then purchased coffee next door.stairwell needs work.

Hotel Double Tree er et dejligt hotel med dejlig pool. Værelserne er pæne og rene. Morgenmaden utrolig god. Ligger i passende afstand til Woodbury Outlet. Meget billigt ifht. den høje standard.
