I like this hotel in Monterrey, I try to book here everytime I can, but still has some opportunities: 1) there's no elevator from the Underground Parking to the Lobby, you have to take the stairs; 2) The bar is in the middle of the Hotel and has Live Music, if you want to rest it will be kind of difficult because the music is loud; 3) The price of the […] Breakfast Buffet is super expensive, the food is good but not that much for the price. Service is terrible. Someone opened my room while I was in it, saying they were maintenance, even after I yelled not to open. When complaining to the reception, they said they knock before, which they did, but they opened the door two seconds after. They most likely have a list on which rooms are occupied, and which are not! Use it!! At arrival, they […] were trying to give a room which was still occupied at 3:00 pm!! The second room had problems with the toilet, it didn't flush! They were trying to fix it at 10:00 pm while we were in the room. Finally we fought the receptionist to get a new room. The buffet in the afternoon is too expensive for the quality of the food. It was cold, over spiced, meat was not well done, even pasta was terrible! Drinks were not included, and when I ordered cappuccino, they brought me regular coffee, I then canceled after a while waiting, and they still brought it to the table. Great Hotel, nice rooms and the food and service are outstanding

My stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was very nice. Since I am from California they treated me very well. I was there for Valentines weekend and it was excellent. I will give 5 stars to the hotel and I will return again

This hotel was a surprise. I've stayed at other hotels in the downtown Monterrey area, but this was my best experience. The hotel is in very good condition on the inside. The selection of English speaking TV was a big plus. At other "business hotels", I've had as few as 2 channels that were broadcast in English. The hotel had live entertainment everynight. […] It is located within two blocks of a huge downtown shopping district. The bottled was a little pricy as was the breakfast buffet. Such a nice hotel. I was a bit scared to be going to Monterrey Mexico as a single woman on business but I really liked this hotel. The room was wonderful and everyone spoke English. I loved the music at night and had no problem with noise..I don't know what those other reviews are talking about..If you close both doors in your room(a bit strange) you […] can't hear anything in the hall. Order room service..It was wonderful. Only downside was the pool was very small so you can't do laps. Breakfast was included and was better than I get in the USA. I would stay at this hotel again! for a two star hotel, this is nice. It is not a three star. Don't kid yourself. There are other hotels within a block that are just as nice for the money... Buffet is good, staff is negligent.

Lo unico que no me gusto fue que la reservacion la pedi por internet para una sola persona y me la dieron para dos personas y me imajino que el precio fue diferente! y me dijeron que no se podia cambiar por que fue realizada por internet!!! Eso fue lo unico que realmente me molesto mucho..

la calidad del hotel va acorde a las expectativas, solo sugiero renovar el servibar de la habitacion ya que es antiguo, todo lo demas es bueno incluyendo la calidad de los alimentos.

estoy totalmente convencido que fue mi mejor eleccion, mi esposa y yo la pasamos muy bien, el personal extraordinario. La comida excelente, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Me parece excelente su ubicacion y servicio. fuimos a festejar un cumpleaños y nos la pasamos muy bien.

Siempre me he quedado en este hotel por comodidad y cercanía al destino al que visito en MTY.

EXCELENTE! Muy contento con el servicio, de ahora en adelante y en mis proximas visitas a Monterrey y mas si voy con mi familial, llegare al Crown Plaza.

El hotel es muy cómodo, tiene buen ambiente solo que el gerente nunca esta presente en los momentos necesarios reporte durante toda mi estancia el clima que no enfriaba y nunca resolvieron mi problema ademas de que pagué una diferencia para estar en el piso 12 y disfrutarlo mejor pero no fue asi....

ENSI TODO EL HOTEL ES CONFORTABLE SU MUSICA VIVA EN LA NOCHE ES MARAVILLOSA TE REMONTA A LOS RECUERDOS

EXCELENTE LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL, CUMPLIERON AMPLIAMENTE CON MIS REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS DE CUARTO HANDICAP. EXCELENTE EL AMBIENTE DEL BAR, Y EL SERVICIO DE BUFFETE. RIQUISIMO EL MENUDO. ME ENCANTO.

El hotel está hermoso, nos gustó que la habitación tiene doble puerta para evitar escuchar tan fuerte la música del grupo nocturno, sin embargo por medio de las rendijas del clima o bien por paredes muy delgadas, escuchamos TODAS las conversaciones de nuestros vecinos! hasta el canal del televisión que veían, TODO! no nos gustó eso y tampoco que estábamos […] en área de NO fumadores y olía DEMASIADO a cigarro, creo que el hotel debería supervisar ese tema más de cerca en habitaciones, fue muy incómodo. Es un excelente hotel, tiene alberca, musica en la noche, el restaurant tiene mucha variedad en la comida, lo recomiendo ampliamente, ademas de que se encuentra en la macroplaza.
