"Hotel Chesapeake in Aberdeen"
I'm from the area and decided on this hotel because of its location to a restaurant that was hosting a new years eve party. I wasn't expecting much to begin with. The hotel staff was friendly. I was somewhat trouble when I saw on elevator was out of commission and cardboard was laying inside in all directions. What was more troubling was the working […] elevator had 6 out of 8 retaining screws missing from the control board that you push to select floor levels. I had to wonder how many more pieces were missing behind the panel! The room was clean and comfortable but missing the coffee pot. no matter, the comp breakfast was decent and the waitress was friendly. Lisez la suite

"holiday inn chesapeakhouse"
the overall apperance was good however ,being in the construction field all of my life have worked in several hotels and I was suprised that the renovation work did not isolate const from the public view and that the work took place on weekend while we stayed there also the pool was dirty I mean a ring around the pool scum . "Lobby under construction"
We were disappointed to find part of the reception/lobby area under construction since we were there to enjoy time with friends for a family event & would have loved to spend time with them in the bar/lobby area. Though we have spent nights at other Holiday Inns, the beds & pillows here were not as comfortable as expected.
"Not a great value"
Small rooms, lobby was under construction, no bar, no louge, soda machines didnt work, Breakfast was good, not a good value for the money... I would recommend the Hilton around the corner, seemed new and only $10.00 more per night. Great dinner at the Olive tree (very close) but was disappointed with Holiday Inn.
"Overly Satisfied"
This hotel out of all the ones we have been in over the years was one of our favorites. From the staff to the wonderful dining in the area we were very happy with our stay. We are looking forward to coming back soon. Most of all we loved the saltwater pool they have. It was very well kept and the maintenance personnel took pride in their job.
"Holiday Inn in Aberdeen MD"
We were on there one night but found it to be clean and quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. The desk staff were very helpful and made sure we had enough towels. The breakfast buffet was adequate and hot. We would stay at this hotel again.

"would recommend"
I found nothing wrong with this hotel. The staff was nice, they let us check in early. Check in is 3pm and we got there at 1pm. We were there only one night but the rooms were clean. The breakfast that was included in the price was good and the servers were very nice.

"conflicting information between Hotel.com site and the actual hotel"
We booked on line with Hotels.com to stay at the Holiday in Chesapeake House because it said that the check in time was 12 pm and that worked well for our schedule. Upon arriving to check in at 1 p.m., we were told to come back in 2 hours as our room was not ready and check-in was not until 3 p.m. The front desk person lacked in personality and made […] it seem like we were inconviencing her because we need a room to get ready to attend an event we were to attend. After surpassing the front desk person and getting the general manager involved, we were given a room. My confirmation sheet from hotels.com stated the check-in time was 12 p.m. and even after presenting that to the front desk person, I was made to feel like it was incorrect and my fault. The hotel itself was very clean and our room very comfortable. Customer service at the front desk needs to be improved though. Lisez la suite
