Chambre très agréable, personnel formidable. Assez proche des "temples" du baseball et football américains (stade des cowboys grandiose : tour à faire !!) mais un peu éloigné des centres commerciaux !!). Très proche de Fort Worth donc très agréable pour arrivée et départ internationaux.

Hotel propre et bien tenu. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner plus que satisfaisant et buffet dinatoire inclus en semaine. Piscine et jacuzzi très bien. Seul point négatif qui fait que nous ne recommanderions pas cet hotel: sa situation au bord de l'autoroute et le bruit incessant des voitures toute la nuit.

"Comfort Suites in Lewisville, TX"
Very friendly staff, great shower, and comfortable bed. Hotel is older and needs to be upgraded. We had a very pleasant stay.

"Guest Services"
We had read all the very positive guest services comments prior to going, but our experience was only average. There were no batteries in the tv remote control and it seemed a big deal to try to get some, took multiple attempts until finally when we said we would go get some and they could reimburse us, they found some!

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location was ok but the sign and entrance were a little hard to locate.The breakfast was bland and not so good.

So me, my mom, and my aunt wanted to do a home away from home thingfor their birthday. So we decided to go to comfort suites our main thing was finding a place to go with an indoor pool, so after going to winstar casino in oklahoma we wanted to rush back so we could swim. Come to find out after getting our bathing suit on, that it was closed til the […] next morning( for maintence). The next morning after an awsome Breakfast, we checked and it was still closed. So in the morning was a new person and she suggested that we go to the sister facility across the street to swim..............WHY didnt the night person tell us that, we were sooooo upset. They need to put some money back into such items as bathroom plumbing etc. The staff was very nice. Great breakfast. But it is time for a bit of an internal face-lift.

Very convenient location. Front desk was kind and efficient. Breakfast options were good. Room layout was OK, and beds were great. Hotel however is not that new, and even though it is clean, it smells a bit like smoke, not a big issue if u consider the staff is kind and SMILES
"Comfortable Overnight Stay"
The air conditioning went out at our house and we had to scramble for someplace cool to stay. The Comfort Suites - Lewisville was a welcome oasis from the heat. Room was clean and comfortable, Staff was friendly and understanding, Continental breakfast was good.

Comfortable beds if sleep is what you need, good location, housekeeping NEED to step it up a notch+ one day our room was totally overlooked, no clean towels no making of beds no dumping of trash just totally overlooked.Got ripped off by vending machune but the desk help refunded it right away. There were Never any trashliners or a liner in the ice bucket […] nasty.nasty,nasty-wowwww. Breakfast was not all that and the day they had the sausages they were not done:( and waffle did not get done inside because timer was set too fast, right by two malls and all the restauraunts small and big;) Lisez la suite

"Comfort Suites--Lewisville TX"
A clean, comfortable room. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The location of the hotel was the reason we chose that hotel. It is a good value for the money. We have stayed there several times.
"Not your typical Comfort Suites"
This hotel was not of the quality I have become accustomed to from Comfort Suites. The hotel lobby/entrance was so small and unimpressive. The room had a faulty air conditioner that never quite cooled the room off and the general appearance of the hotel was old and a little shabby.

I will return to this Comfort Suites and will search out for a Comfort Suites when I'm in another city....Just a great stay.

"Home away from home."
We spent the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend in this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and up to date. The food was good and the people were all very nice.

This was a great deal. There was 2 adults and 2 children and we all slept comfortably. great service and even better location. I would definitely stay there again.

"OK room for rate"
This is an older hotel. For the price, we felt that it was fair. It is conveniently located next to a large mall, and we enjoyed that it was only 15-20 minutes from downtown Dallas.

The beds were very comfortable and the people were friendly.
"Every area good except pool area"
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful with one exception. The pool area: The jaccuzzi was room temperature and when we spoke to the manager on duty she said that it had to be that temperature. I have maintained jaccuzzis before in my work, and I know that the temperature was below the minimum temp. Everyone that got into it was disappointed. "Good Hotel"
Spent 2 nights there it was overall good but not the best. my bathroom toilet flush wont stop flushing water and ended up broken at the end of my stay, the tub in the shower was just patched and wont drain properly. Other than that this hotel is good and is recommended.

"Hard to find, but nice once you get there"
This hotel was difficult to find since it is tucked back behind other businesses. You can see it, but it is difficult to find the right road. Once there, it was a very nice place to stay.
