Très bel hôtel, chambre très correcte mais dans nouvelle annexe moins glamour. Piscine et centre de fitness ouverts à tous, mais les mineurs (16 ans) doivent être accompagnés des parents. Personnels de réception extrêmement efficaces, certains parlent français. Quartier très sympathique, bien situé.

Un hôtel dans lequel j'ai dû faire une escale d'une nuit. Je n'ai pas pu profiter pleinement des activités proposées par l'hôtel par manque de temps. Ne comprenant pas l'anglais oral parfaitement, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à comprendre par téléphone le lieu du rendez-vous de la navette de l'hôtel à l'aéroport (emplacement 26-H devant l'aéroport). Le lendemain à l'hôtel, devant partir pour l'aéroport avant 6h (heure à partir de laquelle le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'hôtel) du matin, je n'ai pas pu bénéficier du petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix de la chambre) car ils ne le donnent pas à emporter. A part ça, la chambre de l'hôtel est propre, très belle et confortable, et les horaires des navettes pour l'aéroport de l'hôtel (gratuites) sont très larges : de 4h30 du matin à minuit. Etrangement, on peut réserver pour 4 personnes une chambre qui n'a juste qu'un seul lit double.

bonne situation, personnel très serviable, chère très propre. en revanche celles situées sur la K Street sont du côté le plus bruyant.fitness, bar et resto agréable. hall d'entrée impressionnant. jca

L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier très calme, à proximité relative (compter entre 10 et 20 min de marche) de tout : restaurants, monuments, commerces. L' hôtel propose un système de gardiennage de voiture. Prévenir 20 min à l avance minimum pour retirer sa voiture. Les chambres sont propres, toutes non fumeurs. Le petit dejeuner est d anthologie!!! À proximité pour les enfants : la caserne des pompiers : les rire pan se prêtent volontiers à une visite improvisée, tentez votre chance.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.
Une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo et un dépôt de garantie en espèce ou par carte de crédit sont requis à l'arrivée pour couvrir tous frais imprévus.

"geared toward special events"
Was disappointed to arrive and find that the pool was closed until 7:00 pm for a "special event." So headed to the restaurant to find that it too was closed because the hotel was hosting two wedding receptions. Was told that we could get something to eat at the pub and wait until the pool opened. After 1 hour of placing our order, we still didn't have […] our sandwiches! Clearly the hotel caters to large events which draw in large $$ and they didn't have enough staff on hand. If you are simply in need of the room and none of the "extras", then it is a nice place to stay. This was not our first stay there, but will look around the next time we need something in the area. "Terrible Stay"
My timing may have been off with my stay at this hotel but they were a mess. I can understand a lobby being busy because that simply means they are doing business but the staff appeared to have lost all control of what was going on. They sent me to a room that had guests in it already and neither of us was too happy when I walked through door. Once […] I went back to reception it seemed I was not the only one that had this particular issue. The guests were handing lists to the staff like they were telling them where people should be. My room smelled like urine but it may have been the cleaning products that they used because the elevator smelled the same way in the morning. The last item I would like to relay is the room service. I ordered chicken fingers/strips which arrived way under cooked. Luckily I had a microwave in the room and I was able to finish them off. I for one will not be staying here again. Lisez la suite

AC unit in room and the 40 on the rooftop outside of my room were soo loud I did not sleep.
"Pricey, but nice room"
Didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities, so I can't speak to the pool or gym. Room was nice enough. Bed, pillows comfy and clean. Lots of events, and a hurricane threat, were going on the same day I stayed, so the front desk staff was a bit overwhelmed, but they maintained their composure and got it all done.

Arrived much earlier than we anticipated but hotel staff did not blink. Quickly had us in our room and were extremely courteous. When we returned to our room in the evening, we encountered the traveler's nightmare of a rowdy youth group on our floor and in the rooms on either side of ours. One call to the front desk dealt with the problem, which we […] appreciated since it was 11 pm and we were bone tired. They responded quickly and must have stayed on the floor or returned to double check because is remained quiet for the rest of the evening. Ate in the hotel cafe and enjoyed the burgers. "Poor check in service"
Hotel location is great but service was neither prompt nor accurate. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get checked in while 2 front desk employees looked at us, and went on their way. After we finally got checked in, neither of the keys worked, went back to the front desk, they fixed it. The room was clean, the bathroom could use a make-over. We have stayed in this Hotel a couple of times already since we have family that lives nearby and, we are pretty happy with it. It's clean, comfortable and accesible to the highway. Good stop for roadtrips as well...

I have stayed at this hotel 2 or 3 times before. Hotel has been renovated since last stay in 2005 making a more attractive appearance, Very clean and well managed. Location was convienent for visiting family.

I hotel was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable except the only chairs available to sit at only table in the room was not made for sitting at a table. Otherwise it was a good hotel with free wifi and ethernet. The food was ok to good. The hotel is trying to be green and did a pretty good job of it.

The hotel is in the heart of Gaithersburg, MD and provides a clean, new, leasure,and comfortable room. The hotel is one of the best that I have stayed. Love the new remodeling and extra comfortable beds, super clean bathrooms,and sanitized rooms. I did not feel discusted in the hotel at all. My new neighborhood hotel!!!

"close to everything"
The beds weren't too comfortable. And I saw some small bugs on the air conditioner, which is LOUD and situated on the floor. The air blows in your face. Otherwise, it is easy to get to off the 270. Wonderful jacuzzi and pool.
