Loved it. For an affordable price, it actually feels like a really nice hotel. Classy carpeting, tile, desk chair, and bedding are some small touches about the room that give it that "next level up" from standard hotel kind of feel. There was a really fancy decorative mirror on the wall too; anything deviating from generic hotel decor is always a good […] thing in my book since you get so sick of seeing it if you travel a lot. Room overlooking the pool is great, and an after work drink at the adjacent roadhouse place was super fun. My only complaint is the dinner salad I had in the restaurant was terrible. Ice berg lettuce definitely was not in keeping with the better-than-average feel of the rest of my stay, yelch. Also get a room on the first level if you have a heavy suitcase, there is a flight of stairs and if there was an elevator, I didn't see it anywhere. Lisez la suite

Much maintenance and repairs needed. When room was cleaned we did not get resupplied with coffee and when I went to front desk they told me I could purchase coffee in restaurant. I have been staying at this motel every year for approximately 20 years and things have been going down hill lately.

The Park Inn was overall nice. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was that it was a motel, not a hotel- not sure how I missed that when I booked. Personally, I don't like driving up to my room. The rooms are very simple, a little small, but clean.

The only complaints I have is that you have to go outside to get to the in-door pool and it was cold. Also, free breakfast would have been nice.

Rooms and facility are clean and well kept. Staff very accomodating. Good location to ice rink and restuarants. only drawback would be exterior rooms, no hallways to walk from various rooms to main lobby, pool and meeting rooms.

One drawback to this hotel is that there are a number of seprate buildings, and you have to walk outside to get to the exercise room, swimming pool, lobby, etc. When the temperature outside is 23 degrees, this is an inconvenience. Otherwise, this hotel was quite satisfactory.

I was woken up at 6am to someone trying to get into my room because the rooms had been overbooked. The rooms are outdated and the bed was horrible. We were at a wrestling tournament in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. We were very glad to be able to sit in the lounge when we got back and have something to eat and drink and talk with friends in a very pleasing atmosphere.

Overall we were pretty happy with the stay. Our room was near the housekeeping station. Housekeeping staff would hang out and chat outside. This turne out to be pretty loud. One request of the front desk for some quiet and we were good to go.

We booked a room for a wedding reception that was held at this Hotel. I asked for an early check-in and was told we could check in at 1:30 PM, We were driving to this venue for 4 hrs and wanted to change before going to church. We arrived shortly after 1 PM and were rudely informed by the front desk that it was a "request" not a "guarantee" and we couldn't […] get our room until 2:30 PM. The ceremony was at 3 PM and about 15 minutes away. I told him that would not work for us. He then told us he could give us a double bed or queen (we had reserved a king). I told him that was fine. Why wouldn't he have told us that in the beginning instead of being rude and arrogant??? This hotel was only about have full so his attitude about not being able to accommodate all the wedding guests was ridiculous. The room was fine, pillows were terrible. The staff was great. This is an older and sprawling hotel that is difficult and confusing to get around. Whoever designed this place must have flunked design school. The hotel has 4 large buildings of rooms, and it was obvious that everyone there could have been accommodated in just one of the buildings. For some odd reason they gave me a room in the farthest building, on the back side where I was, for all intents and purposes, alone! My first night was over a sports bar with the attendant noise. Night two was better in a location far removed from the bar. There was easy access to I-81.

We read that there may be noise so I asked for a room away from the hotel club/bar. But it was still noisy with music thumping from a wedding (they had 3 that weekend!) and a kid skateboarding all night. Paper thin walls.... the room could have been vacuumed better. It was chilly so we turned on the heater... well the smoke from it being the first time […] on sent the smoke alarm blaring and we had to get service to come over. Coffee pot was dirty and they were out of regular coffee at the hotel (I know) and I had to go to apparently the only Dunkin Donuts in the whole world (packed). A no frills motel. Upon check-in, I requested to stay in a quiet spot away from the bar, and we were luckily accommodated since there was a rodeo band playing that night. Though as a motel, there is inherent noise from outdoors/upstairs/etc. The room was clean, just very basic. Beds were comfortable enough, but nothing special. All in all, it was a […] decent stay. The bathroom was squeaky clean - even in the corners. The bed-linens were fresh, towels nice sized & soft. This would be a great place for a family - volleyball courts, ball field, indoor & outdoor pools, again, very clean. Close enough to Hershey to make it worthwhile to stay here. The rates were also something we could afford.

We stayed for 2 nights. After the 1st night my Wife ended up asking 4 times for our room to be made-up with new towels etc. Four times , "NO PROBLEM" ---NO ONE EVER CAME ! My family was in a rather dingy building far from the pool and other amenities. The carpet was so dirty that turned our toddlers' feet and socks brown, so we bought flip-flops and Lysol at the (conveniently close) shopping area the first night.
