Ramada Plaza & Convention Center - Denver North - Northglenn

Ok place breakfast buffet was questionable. Omelettes were good. Wee were given expired coffee packets for the room, the maid stole a candy bar we left out, and the cable didn't work. The people were nice at the desk and the location was convienient.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Hot tub was dirty and the workout room had only one functioning piece of cardio equipment and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The pool and gym were clean and open all day which we loved. however, the room itself was crammed with furniture and the beds were completely uncomfortable. The double queen did not look like the picture they display on the web.

Great location...just off the interstate highway. Unappealing appearance as you pull up. Would not stay there if I based where I stay on what the front looked like...needs cleaned up, refreshed landscaping, etc. Lobby better, clean, however looks worn. There were problems with the hotel. my wife showed me the unsanitary condition of the hotel. the sheets on now my bed had like nose picking wipes on them. they didn't even fit the mattress. thats the negitive. It looks like an old hotel, and it fact, it is an ond one. Anyway, recepcionists are really nice and helpful, room is good, and pool is great. The location is not a touristic one, so if you dont have a car, you are in problems.

Easy to find and great staff. The pool was too cold for us to swim and the hot tub was broke. Which we were informed of from another guest while we were in it. Other than that rooms were fine and clean. Beds were comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Hard to beat for the price and the buffet breakfast is great. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are always accomidating.

We were very happy with our stay, and will be back in the future when our travels take us back to Denver, thank you folks.

There was no electricity until after midnight when we checked in. The first room my 4 yr old grandson, daughter & I were given was already occupied by a couple who were engaged in close personal activities as we entered the room (the review won't allow me to put what they were truely doing)! There was considerable more noise from I-25 then we thought there would be. The bed was tall, I am short, so you can see where that could be a problem. Also the bottom fitted sheet would come off with ever move we made. NOT GOOD. But the bed was comfortable. Clean room, but the room felt somewhat cramped. Thanks for the snacks.

I read a lot of reviews before staying here. I wasn't sure what I was going to find. The hotel staff was nice enough. I had no problems checking in or out. The pool was cold and the hot tub was nice the first day, but only luke warm the next morning. Our room was a mess - there was water damage on the ceiling and wall and cold air was coming through […] the window, which had some tape on it. Luckily the heater worked great. The beds were comfortable and appeared to be in good condition. The food at Damon's was great. The breakfast the next morning was good. This is the best spot in the area! It boasts the newest rooms and looked like it opened yesterday, truth is it's four years old. The coffee makers are Kureg with makes great coffee fast. The design is more like a hotel than a motel and we felt very comfortable.

It was very nice to have free snacks/drinks in the room, but the room was cold and noisy from the interstate traffice. The room was nice and comfortable, but there were some issues about clean linens on the bed. I tried to communicate that with house keeping but since I was only there 2 nights, nothing was done. My stay the Ramada was a wonderful stay, everything in the hotel seemed nicely cleaned.

The pictures of this hotel looked way better online than the hotel was in person. The hotel was old and dingy. There were stains on the sheets and the front desk staff were not very kind. One major perk was the indoor pool and jacuzzi (so I thought). There was so much chlorine in the pool and hot tub that it was hard to breathe. The chlorine was in […] the air which got into your throat, lungs, and eyes. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was insanely hot! Someone was smoking on a non smoking floor and a maintenance man parked in front of our truck which made it next to impossible to get out of the parking lot. I would stay here only if I had to. I learned a lesson about Ramada hotels and that you get what you pay for...there is a reason that most hotels are at least $100 a night. Lisez la suite

Great breakfast poor snow and ice removal.

I requested a smoking room. The chairs and drapes were stained really bad! Sink counter had stains of a purple color and the counter was cracked. Maybe the non-smoking rooms are nicer. It shouldn't matter if you smoke or not! It does have heated pool, but on Christmas day I had friends over and that is when the hotel decided to add water to the pool..WITH […] COLD WATER! Older hotel, well maintained. Was reasonalble priced. Meals were very good. Location was easy to find and close to where I wanted to go. Will plan to stay there in the future.

Room was great. Had a perfume smell to it. If have hayfever see if there is a room without that smell. Had a disturbance in the hall once by other customers around midnight.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The restaurant/sports bar has pretty good food. They have a small, but sufficient gym and an indoor pool. The room was comfortable and clean. It was overall a good stay.

I like Ramada Inn Hotels in general. I also like the one i stayed in this time. except for a few issues. I paid extra for a room with a Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi did not work. No one ever came to fix it. The T.V. in the room didn't work well either no one every came to fix it either. I guess maintenance only works 9 to 5. It was after 5 so i was out of […] luck in getting anything taken care of. They offered me another room after i had already got settled in the first one... What a freakin pain to move again. I have an idea how about having some one check the functionality of the room before you assign a quest to it!!! One last thing while staying there the front desk sent two police officers to my room looking for some guy named Daniel who had an arrest warrant. I was there with my girlfriend who had to get dressed to come to the door to prove there was no Daniel in the room with me... What the Hell is up with that. No one at the front desk could tell me why they sent the police to my room looking for this Daniel. Over all it was not worth the money i paid to stay there. I would like to add that the staff personal there was fine. I have no complaint concerning them what so ever... No, this one is a management problem and that's who my beef is with. It was a good stay. The pool was well maintained, and the service was allright.

For us, this was perfect--just 5 minutes from my brother's house in suburban Denver. If you're going just to see the sights, it probably isn't the closest to anything noteworthy, but the comfort and service itself was great! Price was good, people were friendly, many amenities.

I was in town for business and it was a very nice place to stay. I thought for an older Hotel it was very nice very clean service was great. I would stay there again if or when back in the area.

I'm really not as picky as most people when it comes to a hotel. I just want a clean room that doesn't have a weird smell or lots of noise. My room was clean and had a great jacuzzi tub. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything stocked and in order. The rooms are older and I agree with other reviewers they need a remodel. I haven't been to a […] hotel in years that didn't have flat screen TVs in the room. My main problem with the room was that the upstairs toilet had been leaking and the ceiling was buckling. My toilet was underneath it and I was afraid it might bust open and all the gray water would contaminate the space. I informed the front desk and I was gone the entire day. When I returned nothing had been done and no note to explain. Fortunately it didn't leak during our stay. Also, several light bulbs didn't work. Short notice(same day) and i really enjoyed the accomidation and how seemless the whole reservation/quality of my stay. i would defenately do it again!

I took my girls basketball team to a tournament in Denver and the girls loved the stay and the breakfast was great and we had a great time at the pool after the tournament was over. The only problem we had was the power went out in one of our rooms the night before we checked out and it was not fixed when we left. The beds were great but I think the […] hotel is due for a renovation. The tvs were old style with no HD. So put a flat screen tv in and remodel a little and it would be a better stay but I would still recommend this hotel. Overall, this hotel was okay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only issue was, on one of the nights, there was a party in the room next to us and it went on until 5:00 in the morning. I know this isn't entirely the hotels fault, but I have been to many hotels that have security walking the halls at night to make sure there isn't too […] much noise. I was a little frustrated because we paid to have a place to sleep and we were unable to sleep most of the night. Then when I mentioned this to the staff in the morning they didn't seem to care. Room was clean. Rowdy biker crowd on Saturday night with loud bikes roaring in and making noise in the bar (where the music was also pounding). The rest of the week was quiet. Turned on the heater, it crackled and smoked and the smoke alarm came on, but no one came to check. It was late at night, so I did not ask for help. The tub drain didn't work well, left standing water in the tub during the time in the shower. However, the hotel has a GREAT breakfast, eggs any way you'd like 'em, fresh fruit, waffles. All in all, very good food.

The hotel had a great restaurant in it although we did not get a chance to eat there, but my son did and he said it was very good. The pool was nice but towels were not stocked so I had to go to the front desk and ask for some. The parking lot is not very convenient, especially if you have children and gets filled up quickly. The room was not clean with hair in the sink, and the nightstand. Clipped toe/fingernails on the floor. The handicapped safety rail was loose and unstable. Marijauna smoke/smell in the hallway and loud music. I complained to the desk about all these issues and they could care less. This is probably like many older "convention centers", while I can't imagine any convention being held here. The carpeting is filthy, the chair in my room and another room had huge stains on them and I was afraid to sit on it. The bar area was also old and not well taken care of, bottles of liquor looked like they'd been sitting for a few years and […] nothing looked like it had been cleaned in awhile. The breakfast in the morning consisted of cold scrambled eggs, luckily you could get a freshly made omelet. Nothing has been updated - carpet, wall coverings, furniture in the rooms, dust and crud around the light switch in the bathrooms, and outside windows in the halls that were filthy. The hotel has a beautiful and spacious lobby. Also a wonderful breakfast area (made to order omelets). Breakfast served till 11:00 on weekends. Nice!
