Tres bien : propre, chambre agréable avec frigo, supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds ( parfait pour les picnique), et metro à 5 mn sur une ligne assez fréquentée. En 10 mn de metro, on est en plein centre ville. Il y a visiblement une navette de l'hotel qui emmene les clients a l'aeroport, mais nous n'avons pas teste ce service. Un seul inconvénient : l'autoroute est vraiment proche.

accueil super, service parfait : pour un hôtel prés de l’aéroport, très facile de rejoindre le centre ville de boston. L’hôtel met à disposition un parking gratuit et un service de navette pour l’aéroport ou pour la station de métro la plus proche ("Wood Island", environ 5mn) puis 7mn en métro pour gagner le centre ville et retour. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, petit déjeuner copieux. tout est bien sauf l'emplacement, au bord d'une route (4voies) très fréquentée et très bruyante surtout au 7eme étage. Cependant, les avantages l'emportent sur les inconvénients. A recommander. Réservation faite au dernier moment, deux jours avant d'arriver sur Boston. Hôtels.com très performant.

A recommander, hôtel situé dans le centre à Chinatown accés métros à quelques mètres. Beaucoup de restaurants autour, personnel trés agréable, propreté des chambres impécable. Nous avions pris la chambre basique double avec lit kingsize et nous n'avons pas été déçus, la chambre était grande, calme, avec grand écran lcd, frigo, cafetière, baignoire. Pour le jour de départ, ils ont un service de gardiennage de valises sécurisé avec concierge et tickets numérotés. Seul point négatif accés wi fi gratuit seulement pour les abonnés fidélités hilton.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.
Une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo et un dépôt de garantie en espèce ou par carte de crédit sont requis à l'arrivée pour couvrir tous frais imprévus.
Les demandes spéciales sont soumises à disponibilité à l'arrivée et peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires.

"Holiday Inn Tewkesbury"
En général, bon hôtel mais il y avait des petits détails qui dérangeaient. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateurs dans les chambres, l'air climatisé fait un bruit d'enfer et les jets du spa étaient brisés.

I was greeted by an unfriendly front desk person. She did not suggest signing up for Priority Rewards which would give you the option of a free breakfast the next morning... Nor did she smile. There was another front desk person who was her polar opposite, big smile and extremely nice. I wished I checked in with her. I digress.... The two elevators […] were not working properly. One did not work at all and the other was extremely slow and not going to the correct floors. The very nice desk person directed us to use the staff elevator. It was dirty but it worked. Thank you for letting us know about it! We would have used the stairs if we could find them. They were no where near the elevators. The room was tiny. Two double beds were squished in the room. There was no Nickelodeon or Disney Channel available for the kids to watch! What are they supposed to watch? The heater was LOUD and jerked on and off every few minutes. The walls and ceiling were THIN and we could hear people in the halls, upstairs and in the rooms next to us. We didn't sleep well at all. This hotel does have a nice location close to 495 and the Cracker Barrel restaurant is right there. We had breakfast both mornings. It was fine. We had dinner there on Saturday night. The food was okay. The dining room is large and there were more than 3/4 of the tables open. I over heard a party of about 8 try to be seated. It was about 7:00. The waitress actually refused to seat them b/c she was the only waitress on that night. Never mind that there was a hostess standing right there with her doing nothing. She said, sorry you didn't have a reservation. What? Since when does one need a reservation at a Holiday Inn restaurant that isn't even busy? I could not believe it. I will not return. My family and I were very disappointed with the service at this hotel coupled with a tiny, loud room. Lisez la suite

Clean, extremely hospitable, and convienient location. Chose this hotel b/c it seemed family friendly and it definetly was. The only issue was that the pool was used for swim classes most of the day Saturday...but you are still allowed to use it so it wasnt a big issue.

The hotel was very busy. There were pool parties all day Sunday and only opens at 5PM on weekdays.
"Nice Hotel"
This was a really nice hotel for the price. Only complaint that I have is that it did not have a refridgerator in the room. I realize that with a room upgrade I probably could have had this convenience but I would love to see it be something that is a regular ammentity with all of the rooms. Everything else was superb. Very nice attractive hotel.
"Great Holiday"
This is not your typical Holiday Inn. In fact, I was stunned when I walked in. I took the three nights because of price but found everything about the hotel absolutely first-class, on a par with Hyatt's and upscale Marroitt's. Not much more to say than that!! Yes, I will be back again.

Was not happy 11/25/11 the hotel had booked alot of rooms for pee wee hockey tournament they had kids on every floor. They were playing hockey in the hallways making tons of noise all night called desk and said they would take care it that lasted 10 minutes then same all over again. The next morning they started banging on doors at 430am for hockey […] this was not pleasant . Thank god i was checking out but nobody ever called to apologized for everything that happen but for the three days prior to that things were fine. Next time i would ask if they had anything going on with kids before I booked this hotel again Lisez la suite

Everything was great except that we could not control the temperature of the room well. It was either too hot or too cool. Other than that it was very well appointed and comfortable. It was very clean.

stayed 3 nights everything was fine , needed to extend for 2 more nights, which i did thru hotel.com that was not a problem , then a nightmare started, after the reservation was confirmed i had to leave to go to DC , my girl was staying with me and there was a message on the phone that the window was open and someone was smoking in the room, the window […] had been unlocked which i did not mind , fresh air is good so i never said anything to the hotel about it and the so called smoking in the room was non existent, then the worst was yet to come the hotel booked the rooms to pee-wee hockey tournament kids , I just got back from DC and had to fight my way to the room kids running up and down the hallways, playing hockey and by mistake the front desk miscoded room keys and some kid opened up my room door and my girl was barely in any clothes and the kid is telling the kids and fathers about it I complained to the front desk and all I got was were sorry it was an accident and the kids were running the halls all night , I complained and was told we will take care of it which may have happened but it kept up after that anyway, tried to sleep I could not , then at 430am people knocking on doors including mine that was itno falling asleep again, I felt I should have gotten a personal apoligy from the manager for this screw up but charging me for smoking when there was no smoking done in that room was not right and as i found out was that an employee had seen someone smoking in the room from outside and it was an electronic cigarette there was no sign or smell of smoke in that room at all but they did not go up to the room to prove that and I will dispute the charge on my card when I get it. the htel was neet and clean and the employee's were friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could be but management should have stepped in on these issues I probably would stay there again but I think I would ask first if they have any big things going on in the hoel first Lisez la suite

"Wedding blues"
We traveled 5 hrs to attend a wedding. Our TV was old and the sound was horrible. The wall heat temperature gauge didnt work so we had to use the manual ones under the window that were so loud we turned them off at night, and froze. "HI Tewksbury"
The property was nice and comfortable, but the staff at the front desk had some attitude issues.
Coming down from Littleton in northern New Hampshire to visit my sister in Andover, we were looking for a good hotel that would let us keep our 6-pound dog in the room. The pet deposit was reasonable and the hotel was satisfactory in every way.
"Convenient, friendly, extremely accomodating!"
We spent one evening here on our way to Vermont. It has a beautiful setting, very clean rooms. No free breakfast but we didn't really need one. Parking was included which was great! Nice lounge and restaurant in hotel lobby.

"Holiday Inn in Tewksbury Andover"
We planned a trip to Cape Cod, and then spent a day in Boston. Price was good at this hotel for one night, but we only stayed for 10 hours as we checked in at midnight and were out by 10am. Disppointed because the toilet didnt flush, so while the hotel says they will fix anything right away, we just wanted to sleep. Toilet made noise all night and it […] was obvious for a recently rennovated hotel where sleep is everything, that plumbing is a problem. None of us could sleep and thats all we needed the room for. In the morning, our of courtesy, I told the lady at the front desk of the problem and our inconvenience.The response I was given from her compared to several other hotels we stayed at, was a gesture of "I don't care.. and thats to bad, there is nothing we can do she said". So I warned her I booked the hotel on hotels com and I will rate it and unfortunately, I give this hotel a bad rating if your staying for one night and you want to sleep, or if you decide to stay, make sure your toilet flushes and doesnt make noise. "Looks new"
Our stay at this hotel was nice. We did however request a two bed room and had a bed and a pull out which is not what we wanted. They did however compensate with free breakfast for the confusion and inform us to always call ahead. very nice service.
"Air Conditioning"
Unfortunately the air conditioner goes on and off like a Jet Engine all night long. You sweat like crazy in between the time the air goes on. We were there with a softball team and all the parents had the same experience. Everything else was fine, but lets face it, you need your sleep, thats why you are there.

Hotel was easy to find, staff was attentative and courteous. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, Resturant was ok, main complaint was they did not serve coffee until 7:00 AM, a little late for travelers. I would stay there again. KC
Hotels itself it good. But if you want some privacy/Calm for yourself you should not be staying here. Tooooo may tourist round the clock too much of noice during nights.

Was not able to have room as booked - and then had to wait until 4 pm for check-in. Room was fairly clean, bed a little soft. Although we had air, the thermostat was not working and we had to use manual settings so had to guess at how cool or warm the settings were. The hotel is aging and showing wear. Despite being an older hotel it was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. Channel selection on tv could have been better. The pool was a nice feature but we had to wait over an hour so " the filters could be changed". It also had a very strong chlorine smell. Staff was nice with the exception […] of david, who works the late night shift. He was rude, condescending, and made little attempts at being friendly or understanding. He nice be fired. "Newly Renovated"
Hotel is newly renovated and is clean and comfortable. Several restaurants nearby including Cracker Barrel right down the road. Hotel has it's own restaurant and bar as well. Location is about 30 minutes to Boston.

Hotel is nice, but stay away from restaurant. On weekends they ONLY have a buffet for breakfast. Went for breakfast at 10:00am on Saturday and about 4 tables occupied and every other table was filled with dirty dishes left and never cleaned.Waitress quickly cleaned table. Food was very limited, eggs,bacon, potatoes and pancakes, some yogurt and a little […] fruit. No plates at buffet, had to ask for one. Food looked very old. I had a coupon for free breakfast, otherwise I would have walked out. One of worst meals I've had, every though it was free. Complained to Hotel Mgr., said she would pass info on. "Good and bad"
I stayed just one night so that i could attend a function near by. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I was sad when i arrived to hear the pool was shut down do to a child becoming sick in the pool. Ok it happens i understand. I then made my way to the jacuzzi. That was broken, jets didnt work so it was just hot water. BUMMER! I […] get up to my room and it looks pretty nice, the bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. That was the highlight. I took a shower and then entered the sleeping area to get dressed. Some how something behind the tub was leaking into the carpet just off near my bed. Of course i didnt realize this and i had my bag of clothes on the floor. They all got DRENCHED! i wasnt happy. We booked at this Hotel because it said it had a pool spa and a pool as well as fridge and Micro. in all rooms. However. upon arriving we found the hotel under construction ( no mention of this in their write up). There was no fridge or micro. we had to insist they bring us both and were told it would depend on if there were any avail. The entire pool […] was only 3 ft deep. and the spa pool only had 2 jets barley working at any time. We were also no told this hotel books birthday party's and there for at any given time the pool and spa can be over run with 20 or more screaming kids for up to a 4 hr. time slot per party which did happen!!!!! This mad it very hard to get into either and actually enjoy your selves. We had a Gr. child with us and I had no choice but sit in this crazy room while he swam and left with a sever Migraine. From the moment I walked in, to the time I left, this place was terrible. The front desk clerk was rude and couldn't answer basic questions; the cleaning staff couldn't even give me a light bulb; the TV didn't work; the waitresses in the restaurant were friendly, but slow; and they ran out of food!!!
