Un personnel accueillant et très réactif aux sollicitations des clients : orientations précises d'endroits à visiter, restaurants, etc. Je reviendrai bien dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois ;-)

Cet hotel est magnifique à l'intérieur, même si son apparence ne semble pas chic. Il faut absolument de faire un tour dans le Cloud 9 au soir. La vue de la ville et de la mer est merveilleuse. Juste un point insatisfaisant: l'insonorisation de l'hotel est tres faible. j'entendais souvent le bruit des portes voisines et le dernier matin vers 9h, il y avait du bruit de construction provenant de la chambre au dessus!

"Great location and staff but the Hotel is tired"
The location is great, providing accessibility to the heart of Vancouver. I also enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, but the rooms are tired and worn out.

Great location. Good services. Helpful staff. Hotel decor is a bit out dated (part of the hotel was under construction, so I am sure it will get better). Walk to Robson Street and everything else. Nothing fancy, but a great value for what you paid for.

Not everything can be perfect when you stay at a hotel, but when something untoward happens it's how the staff deal with it that either makes or breaks the experience. This is a good story. This hotel is undergoing extensive renovations, which is great. When we were initially checked in, there was a problem with our room, in the original wing. It could […] have gone sideways fast as we were tired and had a cranky 5-year old with us. I contacted the front desk manager, and because it was a Friday night there were no other double rooms available. Now the front desk agent Brian could have shrugged and said 'I'm sorry, too bad' but he didn't. He took ownership of the issue and fixed it. He ensured that we were put into a kitchenette suite in the tower, which had a bedroom and a murphy bed. We were able to go to sleep in comfort and enjoyed the rest of our stay. We were also provided with 2 vouchers for the buffet breakfast for the inconvenience. I normally stay in 5 stars only but this was good value and I appreciated the client-centered approach of the staff. I will likely stay here again when I am in town. Lisez la suite
The room, the bathroom, and the carpet were real dirty, I have never seen a hotel like this before. I were you, I will think about staying in here.
Location and parking was excellent for our specific visit. There were "sorry we are under renovations" signs around but we did not hear any noise. Hopefully they do some updating as the rooms and hotel areas need a facelift. Convenience of coffee shop was good..service could have been better there. Would stay there again.

"Dissappointment"
I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Capetown, South Africa. I thought the Vancouver one would impress me as much, I found it hard to believe this one was shoddy compared to that one. Beds were uncomfortable and you could hear music from the bar downstairs...it might pass for a Motel, but not a hotel.

Great location and clean and updated nicelybut lobby a bit cluttered-shirts for sale behind the stairs-elevators very small-seems like the hotel is a revival from the past. Updates were good as far as new carpeting and furniture. Front rooms very noisey from the street but they have the best views. Bathrooms very very small but nicely supplied with […] high quality amenities.To bad there was no assit at the Front door -didn't know where to put the car. Would have liked the front desk staff to look more professional-we know the Canuks hockey is all the news but wearing their T-Shirts at the front desk made me wonder what kind of Hotel it was. First time staying at this hotel, front desk staff was great. nice little bar. room service lady was very nice and cheerful. Location was good short walk downtown. Would stay here again

Luv this hotel because it's close to Granville street and my favourite Blues Bar The Yale.

"Dirty Bathroom"
This hotel was in a great location. We upgraded to the executive room because it offered a balcony which was a total dissapointment. It was so tiny we couldn't even stand out there together and they are seperated by wierd constrcution material. The one thing that really put me off about our room was that our bathroom was dirty - there were hairs in […] the bathtub and on the tiles. When I informed the front desk at check out she expressed little concern or interest, swiped my credit card and wished me a nice day. Not acceptable. We usually stay at the Landmark Empire on Robson (but it was full) but that hotel is way better value and if you get a room high up enough you get an amazing view from your huge balcony and you can do breakfast in their revolving restaurant . We only had one day to spend in Vancouver (without rental car) and approached the concierge for suggestions. She helped us to map out an entire walking tour, starting with a fabulous breakfast at The Templeton diner and ending with a beautiful sunset on Sunset Beach. "Lots of good, some bad"
Overall a decent hotel. It's a older hotel but in good condition. Close to the airport, downtown area(lots to do), Stanley park, etc. Ok daily rate. The bad... -about $16 per day for parking -no complimentary breakfast I would recommend this hotel.

Rception staff unfriendly, amateurish,cold , complicated access to some rooms esp. the 100 series. did not keep notations reg. parking charges for the am staff, who very callously said the pm receptionist didn't leave any mention of the rate aggreed upon... charged twice the amount without even an apology...very unlike the other holiday inns so far. 홀리데이 인 호텔은 시애틀까지 운행하는 퀵셔틀의 정거장에 위치하고 있어 시애틀까지 왕복해야 하는 사람들에게 최고의 위치. 또한 밴쿠버 다운타운에 위치하고 있어 여기 저기 이동하기에도 적합. 그러나 2012년 2월 현재, 리모델링 중이라 냄새가 많이 남. 가장 큰 문제는 방음이 잘 안 되어서 옆 방의 말소리가 다 들린다는 것. 그 외에는 전반적으로 괜찮은 편.
ホテルのサービス・対応は親切でしたし、立地も近くにスターバックスなどあり悪くはなかったのですが、部屋がロビーから離れていた上に、窓のカギなどが壊れていたりと少々痛んだ感じの部屋でしたので料金の割には程度が悪かったと思います。それ以外は満足です。
