The Hotel is a nice property, clean and very friendly staff. Only comment I have is why they called it Holiday Inn Philadelphia when it is really located in Cherry Hill (New Jersey), Different city and different State and to be very frank: It is not that close to Phila City Center. However I will stiil recomend it.

This was the best room we have ever stayed in. The most comfortable bed and pillows and a terrific shower. We definetly stay there again in the future.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. It was located across from shopping, and was convenient to get back into Philly. The indoor pool was among the best my family has stayed at. It was warm (a plus at any time), and was one depth throughout. My only complaint about the hotel were the beds. The room was Breathtaking. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

Clean, quality rooms. Great service, friendly and courteous staff. Super pet-friendly (we brought a Black Lab and a Husky and had no issues). Would definitely use this hotel again or recommend it to others.

We chose this hotel because it's close to my uncle's house. Neagtives- when we checked in, we signed a paper saying we would be charged $0.75/day if we accept the daily paper, so I told the front desk clerk that we didn't want them, so he told me he'd make sure we did'n't get them. However, it came every day, so we brought them all back to the frnt […] desk. A manager said we wouldn't be chargd and she didn't know why the paper I signed said that. The hotel is non-smoking, but our room was clearly smoked in- from the smell and the cigarette burn in the carpet. I was excited about the gym, but found that the 2 treadmills in it were broken- 1 totally inoperable, the other stutters so it's easy to trip. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 am, which disturbed us because we wanted to sleep in. We never woke up that early from housekeeping before. Upon check-out, we mentioned all of our complaints to the manager, who apologized profusely and sent maintenance to he gym immediately (yet I could hear him mutter about the treadmills not being broken, but they were.) she offered us a complimentary breakfast, but we had to go. Sh also seemed genuinely concerned about making up for everything we talked about. Positives- when we 1st went to our room, the remote wasn't working. We called the front desk, who quickly sent over a new, working one. We also asked for directions and help from the front desk clerks, who were always happy and eager to help. Clean room. Nice furniture. No complaints there. Access in and out of the hotel was a little incovenient if you wanted to go west.

Just another room for an overnight pass on breakfast. We waited along time for it to come out and mostly everything was Luke warm. I'd try another place if I could

Stayed there for a night, the hotel has decent rooms nothing fancy. Got a non-smoking room that was smelling, asked them to change it which they did very promptly. There are good eating joints right across the hotel but its a longer distance if you want to drive because of the no-U/left turns. Great if you want to save money and do not mind a 20 min commute to Philly. Hotel is nice bathrooms are just small.

Exactly what you would expect from a Holiday inn. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great value. EXCEPT, we requested and received a king bed which was very comfortable however, the pillows were ridiculously small. No bigger then a throw pillow. There were 4 pillows on the bed and if placed side-by-side all 4 pillows covered 2/3 of the bed. The bathroom […] was also so small that if the door was open, we could not maneuver past the toilet to get into the shower. Not a big deal, more amusing then anything, but worth a comment. Great room for the price with a very comfortable bed. The moeny we saved over a Philly hotel paid for a great meal in Philly.

Staff was rude, breakfast was expensive, shower was broken (even after repeatedly notifying the front desk), found a cockroach in the room. And finally, for a hotel right out side of Philadelphia, you'd think it would be easier to, you know, get out of the driveway and turn left towards Philadelphia. Rather than go a mile down the road to a U-turn spot. […] Last place left around Philly with open rooms -- now I know why. Lisez la suite

This was our first experience in a Holiday Inn. Loved the beds and crisp linens with choice of soft or firm pillows on each bed cutely tagged. The shower was perfect with great water pressure - always a plus! The room and the entire hotel were clean, fresh and comfortable everywhere. Very close to Philadelphia. Nice quiet area. Good that it has a restaurant attached. The one way street and median on the main road can be tricky, but worth the added turn around to get to it.

We stayed there while we were visiting Philly. The hotel was clean and spacious. If you have an easy pass toll tag or don't mind pay the toll every time you go into Philly, this hotel would be really nice for you. I think the toll was $4.50, but we had an unlimited use toll tag. We didn't mind the toll at all.

When we arrived all the rooms were filled. The staff on duty was not very helpful however, the assistant manager offered to check the computer for vacant rooms so that we could check in. I would recommend that staff be trained in customer service.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room very clean and comfortable and worth the price. Although it wasn't advertised, there was a buffet in the hotel restaurant and we received a coupon at the hotel front desk for the kids to eat free with our adult purchase (either of the buffet or from the menu which had a lot of variety at reasonable prices). Even […] though we were near the elevator, there was no excessive noise from the foot traffic. There was a convention going on the weekend we stayed, but we didn't feel crowded or overlooked by the staff, the hotel appeared prepared for the extra non-paying guests and tended to our requests in a timely manner. Even parking was not an issue. The location is great, close to shopping and other quick-meal options. Appears to be a recently-developed area so neighborhood surrounding hotel is clean and modern. The room was comfy, especially the bed. They gave me 4 pillows, 2 of which were firm, 2 were soft. There was a flat screen, a desk with a chair. Wireless internet. A chair and ottoman. The bathroom is a little crampped, but adequate for 1 person. There is a lot of shopping around the hotel. A lot of places to eat. I used the New Jersey Transit System […] to get around. It comes almost every hour. It is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel, there is a bus that stops there, but it seems to be scheduled to arrive at the Cherry Hill NJ Transit station 10-15 minutes after the train arrives, not knowing this, I felt like it was a lot longer. There was an occassional taxi waiting there, but it may have just dropped someone off. Coomplaints: 1. The Train, bus schedule 2. There was a hole on the wall behind my door. I let the front desk know that they were very kind about it, but since I didn't really feel inconvenienced by the hole, I kept the room 3. I stayed from March 14-17. On March 15, a school group, or at least a group of children (ages maybe 8-13 years old), were checked into and stayed on my floor. I don't know where their chapperone was but they ran amuck all over the floor, knocking on all the doors, my door. Security finally came up, on the 16th, to tell the kids to stay in their rooms. Needed a convenient place to stay while in Cherry Hill for an early morning meeting. Easy access, clean room, plenty of parking, nice staff, etc. No surprises.

this is the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. the carpets were bad dirty and spotty (afraid to walk on them), the bed creaked all night, i took a shower standing in four inches of water, the sheets had marks on them even though they were washed. i talked to the general manager two days after the stay and he was not very responsive. i paid a premium […] to stay here based on previous comments. avoid at all cost. Hotel was very nice, right on the main drag, close to large shopping plaza with grocery store, numerous restaurants, drug stores, etc. Restaurant inside hotel had good food, live music at night, and hospitable bar/wait staff. Front desk staff very nice and accomadating. Did not use either pool or fitness center, however observed to be very clean and […] easy to access. This hotel also had a neat little sitting area within the center with benches, trees, flowers and open to the sky. The only thing difficult about the location is getting to the other side of the street by car, left turns are few and far between in NJ, otherwise great location. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and love it. The beds are very comfortable and the TV is a flat screen HD. Although I didn't have a chance to go in, there is a very nice swimming pool on the property. Check in and check out was very easy! Close to Tweeter center, fairly close to philly. I always stay here because is it close to Philadelphia but not in the City. The restaurant / bar has fantastic food and I save time by not having to leave for dinner or breakfast.

I dont often comment but feel compelled to. Have stayed in alot of "business traveler" hotels incld various Holiday Inns. This one was the best yet. Great, comfortable room, good tv, pool, gym everything was outstanding. Lots of places to get something to eat nearby. Highly recommend it.

The purpose of our visit included my son's placement tests at Temple University. The location was excellent and the traffic was not bad on our way to Temple. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has business in Philadelphia.

Room was large and clean. Staff were very nice. Indoor pool was small, but large work out area. Attached restaurant had good bbq. Only negative was the train runs pretty close. Otherwise no complaints.

This hotel provided a very clean, comfortable, homey respite for me. The room was totally updated, great bathroom. Staff went out of their way to take care of anything I needed. Coffee in lobby, newspaper at door, gym, laundry - it had it all.

RUG WAS WET SINCE CHECK-IN....POSSIBLY A LEAKING REFRIGATOR....NOTHING WAS EVER DONE TO CORRECT IT. ON CHECK OUT DAY, WE WERE AWAKENED BY HOUSEKEEPING AT 8:15 AM TO ASK IF WE WERE CHECKING OUT THAT DAY. CHECK OUT WAS AT 11 AM. WE DIDN'T APPRECIATE BEING AWAKENED. COME TO FIND OUT OTHERS HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN.

When I arrived to the hotel, I was amazed. It was gorgerous, very clean and the service was great. The room was more than I expected but I would definately stay here in the future!

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel was clean. The staff was kind. The TV was modern and large screen. The bed was comfortable. The shower was large, clean, and water pressure was great. There was a fridge. I would stay here again anytime.

We really loved the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable.
