Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour, la chambre avait certes un côté vieillot, mais était chaleureuse. Le ménage fait tous les jours, l'accueil agréable, les employés serviables. Je le recommande pour les familles sans problème.

très bon accueil et très bon service d'autant que la deuxième nuit avait été réservée dans un hotel de la meme chaine mais en IOWA! Nous avons obtenu un échange sans surtaxe grace à l'exterme obligeance de l'hotesse d'accueil! Une gentillesse et une patience à toute épreuve!félicitations!

Bon accueil, chambre très agréable et lit "King size" ..... très confortable ! On n'a pas envie d'en sortir !!! Un fer à repasser est mis à disposition dans le placard.... Le service d'accueil (shuttle) vient vous chercher à l'aéroport dès que vous vous annoncer au service information et, il vous ramène à l'aéroport pour le jour de votre retour sans frais supplémentaires. Que demander de plus ?

Bon hôtel dans le centre ville. un peu vieillot, mais bon qualité tout de même (c'est Hyatt !!!) bon situation pour convention et conférence. Restauration dans l'hôtel "américaine" , si vous voulez bien manger , il faut manger en ville. Skywalk très pratique pour passer d'un hôtel à l'autre sans mettre les pieds dans la rue.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

"Overall a pleasant experience"
Hotel was quite empty during the Thanksgiving holiday period so everything was pleasantly quiet. Overall experience was very good and the staff was extremely friendly. Only wrinkle was that we put two pints of Graeter's Ice Cream in the small freezer in our room. Apparently housekeeping did not open the freezer door and thinking that the unit was empty, […] turned down the temperature, causing us to lose both pints of ice cream. "Clean and roomy accommodations."
Room was fine, neat, clean, roomy. We requested a non smoking and no pet room that was quiet. The desk person worked with us giving us choices and showing us where the rooms were situated. We (two of us) were presented with a coupon for the breakfast buffet for one person and a $3.00 off coupon to be used at the adjoining restaurant. The only negative […] is that there were kids (preteens, maybe a little older) galloping up and down the hallway. Unbeknownst to each other, we spoke to them and reported it to the front desk. We were told they were part of a funeral group and that (because there was only one person on the desk) when the security person arrived, she would be sent to correct the problem. There was no breakfast, but all the hotels in this price range usually offer one. There was no hot tub, the pool was up front at check-in desk and everyone can look in and see you cause it has four walls of glass that only has a small strip of frosting in center only, and there was a pile of loose paint in corner of kid pool. As other posts have said - the hotel is outdated. It was okay but for the price, I wouldn't go back. No queen beds - only doubles and the AC going off and on all night was really annoying. The hotel was okay but not up to what we are used to in the price range. The hotel would benefit from updating. The air conditioning unit was noisy and kicked on and off every few minutes at a moderate setting. We kept hearing doors shutting loudly all night long in other rooms on the floor. We've stayed at this hotel before and its very convenient to highway, restaurants and gas stations. We do enjoy staying there. However, when we were there recently, there was a young boy that got sick by the pool. The parents never told anyone, so we did. And the hotel staff took care of it but they picked up the towels bare handed. Stayed here to get a break from staying with family (in the middle of a 7 week trip). Staff was friendly enough. Had a lot of stuff with me, plus 3 kids, and there were no carts available on check-in. When I inquired I was told they were all being used by a conference that was being packed up. Seems like they should assure some to be used for guests. […] Breakfast was ok, worth the few $ extra. Don't get there late though, they were out of a lot and I was told its slim pickings due to time - 30 minutes before the schedules closing time. Cleaning staff must have gotten distracted during one of their attempts to clean our room. It was only have done (bathroom wasn't touched), extra bedding was just laying on the chair and they left their soda bottle behind. Very solid hotel, with helpful staff. The computer system was down when we arrived but the staff processed our arrival very quickly. The room we stayed was big and comfortable but the hotel is dated. We "won" our stay at the Holiday Inn via a mystery purchase. Although it was rated as a 3-star, I would say that is quite a stretch. The hotel is very old, tired and both rooms (we requested a move) smelled badly of stale tabacco/urine??? The ceilings had mould in corners and the aircond was so loud we had to tough it out and turn it off. Having said […] that, the bed linen and towels were clean and fresh smelling, if that had not been the case, we would have forefitted the payment and stayed elsewhere. "Wanted OUT of Holiday INN"
Was not the three stars professed to be during my review search prior to booking. I would only at best rate it a two star hotel. It was old, ugly and off the beaten path. Beds were uncomfortable and linens/towels were showing some wear and staining. Air conditioner was loud enough to wake the dead. Fortunately, the noise in the halls got drowned out […] by the air conditioner. The day I booked I could have had a high end hotel downtown for only $10 more - I regret not spending the difference. We stayed at this property while on a 2 day trip to Kings Island. The hotel was less than 10 minutes away from the park and in an area where there was plenty of dining. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. Aside from a couple of minor annoyances, it was a great stay. We had a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee packets. The front desk provided them upon request. We really enjoyed this hotel. It is a older hotel so it needed a little updating but overall it was great. We found out (the last night there) that it had a small waterpark close by. "Desperate need of Upgrade"
Hotels.com and Holiday have a lot of changes on the web site they need to make this is Barely a 3 star hotel. Lobby is crowded no room for additional people to wait to check in. The first floor had mildew smell. People at check in did not inform us about breakfast or the need for a coupon to get our included breakfast. Back door on first floor was broke […] and therefore a security hazard. Had guests calling up and down halls looking for rooom and security was no where to be found. Smoke alarm was diconnected and off the wall in room. Bath tub was rusty and had mildew in tiles. For the amount paid I could have stayed at a nicer hotel I knew was in better shape. Everything about this hotel was great except for the pillows unless you like extra firm. My husband and I will stay here again, but we will just brong our own pillows next time.
