La gare se trouve juste en face ce qui est parfait pour prendre son train (il y a un couloir privatif pour rejoindre les quais). L'acceuil est très bon. L'état global de l'établissement est parfait. Le centre ville est très proche et facilement accessible à pied. Deux bémols cependant, le parking est payant mais il y a des voituriers. De plus, les soirs d'événements sportifs, le bar est bruyant. Mais cependant je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hotel de grand standing !

Avis d'un client Hotels.com envoyé le 2 nov. 2012Je suis reste 2 nuits et tout a ete parfait!L hotel est en tres bon etat,il est situe a cote du centre commercial,donc restaurants et supermarches sont a proximite,l aeroport est a peu pres a 15 kms.Les chambres sont grandes tres propres et tres bien equipees,il y avait meme un lave vaisselle dans le coin cuisine.Il y a un acces internet gratuit en wifi.Le lit etait vraiment tres confortable!Le petit dejeuner est gratuit.J y retournerai sans aucun doute lors de mon prochain sejour a Dallas.Il faut absolument aller faire un tour au Grapevine Mills mall qui est a 10 mins de l hotel!

"Would stay again"
We stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was good, and had slight changes from day to day. Rooms were clean, no problems with internet, or anything. "Great room"
Our room was clean, comfortable and very nice for the price. Our room had a jacuzzi and instead if it being in the same room as the bed, it was in a separate room with separate pull out TV. Outdoor pool is NOT secured to prevent non-guests from entering, and the entrance gate to the pool is NOT self-latching, which is a huge liability. 2. "Nice place for a get away!"
It was a very nice place to stay. We stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the breakfast bar. The lady working the breakfast was super efficient. The pool was awesome! My husband was disappointed that the timer on the hot-tub was broken. All in all we had a relaxing enjoyable time.Avis véridique Expedia

"Great, but one change I would make"

Elevators were dingy. Television in room was outdated and channel lineup was poor. Shower head was awkward and paint was coming down in shower area of bathroom. I got back to my room on the third day of my stay to find I had been moved to a new room because the "exterminators had been there." I was not told what they were exterminating or what I was carrying home in my suitcase but the claim of ants didn't ring true at all and was not delivered with a straight face. The hotel was in a convenient location and was one of the few that accepted dogs. Breakfast was better than most, not just a continental breakfast. We had left some pop-tarts out and ants appeared out of nowhere. (we were on the 4th floor).
