Bon emplacement sur le strip, chambre propre et bien équipée. déçu par la taxe à payé à la fin du séjour et par le breakfast non inclus dans la prestation pour le prix de la chambre.

Excellent séjour. Situation idéale car tranquille pas de bruit et à 15 minutes à peine de la ville. Piscine sympa. Commerces autour. Hôtel 3 étages avec balcon ou terrasse vue possible sur la piscine.

Accueil sympathique. Grande chambre spacieuse (la SDB avec douche et bain le top). Seul hic la connexion internet à $14.00 (hors taxe) et par jour. Question propreté, un bémol, des frites trouvées sous le lit à notre arrivée. Sinon il est assez proche du strip pour pouvoir y aller à pied et assez loin pour ne pas entendre la circulation la nuit de LAS VEGAS - A refaire.

Hôtel situé à 8 mn à pied du BELLAGIO,centre du strip,un peu bruyant, personnel arrageant, dommage que l'on ne dispose pas d'un petit déjeuner même en payant un peu plus cher.

Très bel hotel acueil efficace et rapide. En revanche l'hôtel n'offre aucune reduction pour les restaurants où casino (aucun coupon de réduction ne nous a été remis). Pas de frigo et pas de caftière dans la chambre, petit déjeuner et accès internet payant. Hôtel situé au bout du strip.

Chambre très confortable,très calme,personnel disponible et arrangeant. Buffet excellent rapport qualité/prix aussi bien pour le dinner que pour le petit dej. Excellentes prestations pour les spectacles. Très belle piscine.

Très bien (4 étoiles), un gros complexe hotel-casino, avec énormement de boutiques, restaurants, etc... et une très grand piscine. Décus par le service car il y avait énormément d'attente à l'arrivée, sinon très bien. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

"MGM Grand Hôtel"
Bel hôtel, ni trop luxueux, ni trop ordinaire. Belle variété de restaurants. Beaucoup de possibilités de spectacles. Situé très près de l'aéroport et l'extrémité de la Strip. Par contre, beaucoup de corridors à marcher pour accéder à notre chambre et vue sur l'aéroport.
"Hôtel MGM Grand, LV"
Hôtel de 1ère catégorie, chambre très confortable, climatisé ++++, beaucoup de boutiques et restaurant. Très déçus de l'accueil, froid et pas sympathique, chambre pas faite une fois, carte magnétique à repasser X fois que la porte s'ouvre et encore si elle s'ouvre. On nous débite automatiquement un certain montant par jour + taxes pour internet et le […] journal qu'on le veuille ou pas. Casino vraiment très surpeuplé (surtout le week-end), très très bruyant. Montant de la quittance d'un restaurant de l'hôtel ne correspondant pas au ticket original et donc déjà encaissé sur notre carte de crédit (se sont-ils rajoutés du pourboire ou est-ce une erreur ?). Pour ces diverses raisons, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochaine escapade à Vegas. Lisez la suite

Did not like the $25.00 per day resort fee tag on the end of our stay, for what ? Just another FEE to hook you with low room rates and get you on the end,,,,they must have learned in from the airlines

"Would Stay Again In a Minute"
Great hotel staff from the casino to housekeeping. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Even though some construction going on during our stay no issue getting around the hotel and no noise.

"FEES and more FEES"
I booked online with hotels.com and was shocked when I came to the front desk and was told there was a significant Resort Fee that i had to pay each night. I said I did not see this online and was quite upset. The gentleman was very unsympathetic and I felt rude. He printed out a statement from Hotels.com that had a minor mention of something about […] the resort fee way at the bottom. I was digusted and tossed the credit card down and he said 'don't treat me like trash', I should have said 'don't treat me like i am stupid. You are hiding this fee until the last second when you don't have any choice but to pay.' The new modern room was small, quite stylish but the bed was too short. I am only 5 10 and my feet went over the end. You also have to pay extra for a tube at the pool, more fees. The pool area is quite nice but closes for most pools at 5, which is really early to me. "Small Modern Room, shower not so good"
-- It took 20 min. for the shower water to get hot. I complained and it took a lot of verbiage for them to finally give me 2 free lunch buffets and get rid of the resort fee of $28. They are usually RUDE on the phone, put you on hold forever, it takes forever to check in and even longer to check out. The room is very pretty and modern design but small, […] with no separation between bathroom and room. The BUFFET food quality is awful, it is really DISGUSTING. even the deserts look good but taste nasty. But it's easy to have guests over, unlike the Palms, they don't check who takes the elevator. The fire alarm went off for 15 mins mid 2 am so I was pretty tired and had a hard time getting back to sleep :) but overall MGM was nice

"Great Location"
It was our first trip to Vegas and the hotel was exactly as described - HUGE! Many nice restaurants and bars, nice pool, and great location. SeaBlue has the best happy hour and we will remember the stuffed clams - they were great! The bartender was fantastic and we found ourselves visiting him even when we stayed at another hotel later in the week. […] Rooms were VERY small in the West Wing and we were often awaken after 2 am by loud people in the hall outside our door. Superior valet service and very helpful staff. Lisez la suite

"very disappointed"
My room had a broken shower door , broken bathroom door ! no privacy for me and my guest ! When the hot water was turned on it made a screaming noise . I had to chase down house keeping for towels . I complained to no avail , very disappointed , will not stay there again ! Tony

"Viva MGM Grand"
Upon check-in you will find some lines but for the size of the hotel the staff do work hard to check everyone in as quickly as possible considering how many people check-inand leave per day. Once you get use to finding you way around the complex it is easy to walk around but maybe expect to get lost on your first day or then again maybe that was just […] me. Over all the room was comfortable and cleaned every day. It would have been nice to of had a fridge and maybe tea/coffee facilties in the room. My only downside and being Vegas I guess this is the way it is but as a non-smoker there was hardly any publc areas or gambling areas that were smoke free and after a while the smell of cigarettes and cigars becomes sickly and your clothes just smell and people dont care when they sit down next to you and light up. Overall though I am happy to recommend this hotel and would look at staying there again in furture should I ever return to Vegas. The hotel is located right at the start of the main strip so it is very accessible to get everywhere and even walk however there are buses you can take along the strip. Lisez la suite

The service was good and they worked with us to place our traveling companions on the same floor. The hotel has a ton of stuff to do and is in a great location. On the downside, we asked for a non smoking room and it was immediately apparent people had been smoking in the room. "MGM Bland"
I enjoyed our stay at MGM Grand, we had booked a smoking room however and were not given one when we got there. Would not have been such an issue had there been a smoking area but we had to go downstairs and smoke IN the casino or out on the street. Not very convenient when you're on the 17th floor. We called as soon as we got in the room and let them […] know about the error and the person on the other end of the phone offered no apologies or change of room. "Very nice getaway"
My only comments would be that the soap and conditioner bottles were hard for the wife to use do to there shape. The room was great. The kleenex box only had 2 kleenex in it. All minor details on an otherwise great stay.

Just having 1 night in Vegas, this hotel was the perfect place to stay and to see Ka. Only drawbacks were finding an additional $28 'Resort fee' at check out and that my TV remote was dead. I would stay here again.

Service was great! Older section of hotel rooms needed some updating and repairs, baseboards not nailed on in areas, light switch for bedside lamp not working, one of our rooms had a phone that didn't call out, we requested a change, didn't happen. The resort is beautiful, clean, huge, restaurants and amenities great. We where there for a conference […] so our time to explore at the beginning of our stay was limited......had we known there was an ABC convenience store within a block, we'd have gone there to buy bottled water a 99 cents vs paying 3.79 within the resort stores. Aside from the extremely loud lobby animated by ideo clips and loud music around the clock (it seemed!), higher floors and rooms were extremely quiet (we had rooms on 25th and 28th floors). We very much so enjoyed our stay at the MGM Grand. The hotel room was very clean. We enjoyed the lounges and gambling at the casino.

"Descent Stay"
The room was clean when I arrived and cleaned daily by house keeping. Looked like a new room every day. Room service was pretty quick and catered to our dietary needs. The MGM is in a descent location, near the south end of the strip. Makes it fairly easy to get in and out with Valet or self-parking. From there you can easily walk to NY-NY and Excalibur, […] or hop on the tram. I typically stay at a condo in Vegas, but it was nice having the Vegas entertainment, MGM Pool, and casino for a change. "tons of amenities; annoying extra charges"
While the hotel doesn't have the must-see features of a Bellagio or Venetian, it is well-appointed and comfortable and has a ton of excellent restaurants and shops. A big negative, though, is the fact that they charge for everything. Bring your own inner tube down to the river pool? Nope -- confiscated, you pay the daily charge to rent one.
