"above and beyond"
We were in town for a funeral and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable! They gave us late checkout so we didn't have to worry about dressing in our funeral clothes at breakfast. The evening after the visitation, we had some pizza in the lobby and they brought us paper products and ice water. When we were cleaning up after the […] pizza and wiping the tables, the desk clerk came over and helped and even mopped the floor! (We offered to do it for her as it was our mess and we wanted to leave it nice for the breakfast, but she refused saying we had already had a long day!) "Quality Inn Reedsburg"
Great place at a great price. My husband and I went biking for the day and stayed at the Quality Inn. The rooms were clean, there was a breakfast in the morning that came with the room. Check in and out was a breeze. I would recommend it to all.

Everything in the area was booked, so I expected very little from this place. I was pleasantly surprised! Nice room for the price and breakfast was included.

"Great value and location for our family stay"
We stayed four nights here. We have famliy in Reedsburg but also wanted to go to the Dells and Devil's Lake State Park. Convenient location for accommodating the trip. Clean hotel with a way better than average breakfast. The staff was really helpful and accommodating with questions, etc. Nice little pool and jacuzzi. No elevator so the clerk switched […] us to ground floor for my Mom. Beds are double not queen size so they were a little small but comfy. TV worked but wasn't fabulous. Ok by me. I wanted the 14-year-old away from the TV for a while. There's a refrigerator with freezer and microwave in the room which was really nice for us. It's an easy drive to the Dells. We went to Noah's Arc, Mt. Olympus, the movie theater, Pirate's Cove, and the Tommy Bartlett show. Great time for us, my 80 year old mom and 14-year old stepson. There is a 25% off coupon at the front desk for Noah's Ark, Tommy Bartlett, Pirates Cove, Timber Falls, etc. We also visited with family a lot at their homes in Reedsburg. Devil's Lake State Park is a beautiful great hiking and rock climbing area. (My mom didn't ggo with us for this. WAY to much vertical climbing if you go all the way around the lake.) Ho Chunk Casino wasn't far so that kept Mom happy too. All in all a really memorable fun vacation. Something for everyone! Lisez la suite
"Quality Inn Reedsburg - close to everything"
Hotel is convenient to attractions and easy to find. Attended the "Harry Potter Adventure" with my grandchildren, in Reedsburg and went to Noah's Ark water park in the Dells. We didn't like the pool; it was cold and the bottom was so rough we had to buy "aqua shoes" for the kids as their feet hurt. Several people were complaining about this. There was […] a children's baseball tournament going on and the hotel didn't seem to mind all the adults hanging out in the common areas (lobby, pool area and parking lot) drinking. Very pleased with this hotel. Clean, great breakfast, and very friendly staff. Would definately stay there again! A little way from the Dells but that was kind of a plus.

It was a great week in Reedsburg! The room was clean and comfortable, as promised there was scrambled eggs and sausage on the breakfast bffet. I also liked the carafe of ice water available 24/7 in the lobby next to the tea and coffee. We will be back!
"Quality Inn Experience"
There are many positive things that I can say about this hotel but the check in was a very unpleasant experience. When we arrived, the hotel attendant told us that we are not in their list. After many times of convincing her that we have never experienced a problem with hotels.com, she finally realized that she made an error and she mistakenly gave […] the room to another person. She tried to fix the situation by offering us to a room upgrade but when we checked out the room it has a strong cigarette smoke smell. Luckily the hotel still has another empty room that was more suitable to our needs. The hotel attendant was very apologetic and she tried her best to make us satisfied. On the positive side, the hotel room was very clean, the microwave and refrigerator was an absolute plus. The location of the hotel was about 12 miles from the Dells but the location was perfect for us because its less chaotic and there are plenty of parking spots to choose from. We absolutely love the peacefulness of the area. The breakfast was perfect. Eggs, sausage, waffles, sweet rolls, etc...etc...all are available in plenty amount. Overall, I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay in this motel again because we really enjoyed our stay. Lisez la suite

I was on business there for just one night. Great place, clean and friendly. Has Microwave and refrigerator in room, which is a great convenience. Has a nice indoor pool, close to all of the convenient restaurants.

Everything was great about this motel except that the parking lot was not touched after 3" snow.
"Perfect Price, Great Location, Helpful Staff :D"
We were SO IMPRESSED by the hospitality and friendlyness of the staff. We arrived for a 4am check-in and were offered an early snack for the continental breakfast stash! They were expecting us and had everything ready. They turned up the heat on the pool for our young children to enjoy (to 86 degrees!) and the breakfast is better than others have described. […] The make-your-own waffles are so fluffy and light, you can eat a million. The strawberry topping is NOT from a can. Sausage links, people!! SAUSAGE LINKS!!!! We had a great time. Close to the Dells. Comfy bed. Also, if you have kids - go to Knuckleheads in Wisconsin Dells. 15 min drive from hotel, restaurant in building serves you dinner by train and then you get coupons from the restaurant for free rides at Knuckleheads. "Outstanding hotel"
I was very pleased with this hotel. I stayed here during a trip to the Dells. While this is not in the Dells, it is only a short 15-minute drive away. We arrived close to 10:30 and even though I stated in a non-negative way that the pool is closing soon to one of my traveling companions, the front desk let me know that they will keep it open later for […] us. The pool is kind of small, but my interest was the hot tub to relax after a day at Noah's arch. The only disagreement I had with the place was my microwave was a little dirty inside, but I never needed to use it anyway. The continental breakfast was outstanding ... make your own waffles with whipped cream and strawberries, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit.... mmmm it was good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very nice and clean. The pool was great. Great breakfast also. Location was the best, away from all the hub bub. We were 15 miles from the Dells, 15 miles from Baraboo and 1/2 hour from the House on the Rock.

Great continental breakfast make your own waffles, eggs sausage fruit etc clean comfortable rooms with microwave and fridge HBO wasn't working needs new cable staff said was only problem we had. 15 min to Dells and hotel was quiet and easy to find

Internet virkede ikke og receptionen kunne ikke gøre noget ved det. Morgenmaden var nærmest ikke-eksisterende og nabolaget var meget kedeligt, med lukkede hoteller og tomme industribygninger. Kan ikke anbefales.
