Tout était super bien Rapport qualite prix incroyable même le petit dejeuner était inclus et excellent ! Le seul petit point négatif le chauffage dans la chambre était trop bruyant obligés de l'éteindre le soir et donc froid le matin même avec une deuxième couverture !

Our room was fine but the outside area of the motel was not very clean. We wouldn't stay there again.

Was mislead. Hotel was an old Howard Johnson's. If there was any renovations you could not tell.

Great until we took a shower. The drain was plugged

I can't complain too much for the price that was paid, still there was some unexpected inconveniences. We were booked for a king room and had to settle for a double room due to fact that renovations were going on. The toilet was experiencing problems and we were moved to the king room. Breakfast is decent. Within walking distance to several dining options […] and some shopping. Right off the freeway, which is not bad if your room is in the center of the building (like our 1st room) otherwise it is a bit noisy in the morning. Lisez la suite

The hotel is long of tooth....needs to be flattened and built over. All the pictures had been ripped from the walls, all of them, the air did not work and some of the wall outlets were bad! We never stay in the area or hotel again.

On vacation with the family from Delaware and decided to stay at the Ramada. Staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. Would definately stay here when we come back.

great place for the price. Make sure your early for breakfast because they don't restock fresh fruit and yogurt. Stayed five days and they ran out four of five days

The front desk was very friendly and let me check in an hour early after driving for 12 hours. I was very grateful. The exterior is old and outdated, needs to be painted bad. Rooms aren't great. I can't recommend this hotel for a long stay, but for a one night pass through it was fine for me and my family. Breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage gravy, […] and buiscits, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, a hot drink machine (coffee, hot chocolate, latte, etc) and a juice machine. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend just based on the quality and the fact there are a ton of hotels close by at a similar price range in much better shape. Lisez la suite

Customer service was great. It was convenient to be by a wide selection of restaurants, shopping and I40. I look forward to booking with this location again. Thank you for a job well done!

Ramada has a good reputation and the rate was outstanding for a quick, inexpensive vacation. Some areas like hallways/lobby had been updated and bedding was wonderful but room decor (albeit very clean) was out of date but workable. Breakfast was generous and two restaurants were right outside the door. Enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are clean comfortable and safe. I stayed last week in a higher rated hotel that didn't compare to the Ramada. The staff is great, very polite and accommodating, The beds are nice and there are 4 pillows per bed. Breakfast is a good variety with hot choices as well as plenty of breakfast juices, cereals and fruits and muffins to choose from. […] Hot choices include: bisquits, gravy, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, toast, bagels, and more. We got a great deal on the Ramada thru Hotels.com. Hot breakfast was included. Rooms a little dated, but CLEAN!

Need to do something about there heaters. Arrived ad the room early and turn on to warm the room for the night due to winter weather and it barely was able to keep the room warm. Need better heaters.

Wonderful service, clean comfort rooms with all the extras. Comfortable beds, great internet service, terrific breakfast. No complaints what so ever, a great experience all around!

Staff was very nice

Excellent staff, very accommodating. Needed to adjoining rooms for my children and I and they were happy to oblige. All the staff was very courteous to my children. The breakfast alone was worth the room rate for my family. Every morning there was juices, hot cocoa, hot gravy, biscuits, eggs, fresh fruits, waffles, toasts, juices, danishes, cereals, […] and more. The room had all the comforts: Queen beds, 4 pillows to a bed, micro, fridg, safe, hair dryer, and ironing board and iron in room. Nice furniture, clean bathroom. I guess you get what you pay for. Bed was extremely comfortable, needs remodeling and updating. It was a place to sleep, Internet was slow. Again, acceptable but I probably won't return.

hotel was run down and over priced. Right across the street you can stay for half the price in a better kept hotel

The bed was super comfortable and they had 4 pillows which was nice. It was December and was cold so I asked for and received some nice blankets from the front desk. The only complaint I have is that when you run the heater, it takes forever to warm up and when it does it never turns off so you wake up hot and dry. No bueno. They need top invest in […] some central air and heat so that a thermostat will keep the place one temperature. Also, the Owl cafe out front looks good but the food and menu suck same goes for the Mexican place that’s attached to the hotel, the chips and salsa were great but it was downhill from there. The rate was low and we were only passing through Alburquerque but the attention of the staff was poor and the attempt at a continental breakfast was laughable. We ate elsewhere.

Good location, clean room, good price. Breakfast available but not very convenient from our room. Sun lamps in bathroom were non-functional. Hotel cards did not work properly twice.

The hotel is old and dilapidated...it requires renovation...all hotels in that area are compatible with rates and breakfast...service was good and breakfast was good too...

This was a perfect hotel for my family's stay. The staff was excellent and helpful and the set up of the room with the swiming pool was pleasing. My family travels a lot and it's nice to have good quality staff.

Thisis the second year that I have used this hotel and truly enjoyed my stay both times. I love having a sliding door that leads out to a fenced in grassy, shaded area and chairs and tables to sit outside. My sliding door was in need of a little maintenence but other than that - a wonderful place to stay!
