L accueil est sympathique et le concierge fait des efforts du fait que nous parlons seulement l américain basique. La chambre est correcte propre et calme, au rez de chaussée. Arrivés tardivement nous avons pu aller boire un bière et prendre un snack à un bar grill tout proche qui nous a été indiqué par la réception. Accueil sympathique là aussi. Le rapprot qualité prix est excellent.

Very nice hotel the ambiance is wonderful!! The food in the different resturants has something left to be desired. My husbands steak was over cooked and under seasoned, my bread was hard and my shrimp burger was like rubber. The manager was nice enough not to charge us. The rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable. One of our newest..and biggest clients is in the Business Towers adjacent to the hotel. There's a path through a botanical garden that connects the hotel with the business towers. "Disappointing for a 5-star hotel"
Two older ladies with mobility issues (canes). No valet greeting us in valet line. No bellman to offload our luggage for checkin. Registration desk was very nice. Still no bellman. As we hauled our luggage into the elevator, a hotel exec asked how we were. Upon explaining how we were disappointed so far, he said he would "check into this" and just got […] off on his floor. He did not even offer to help us with our luggage! Got to our room, and it had not been touched by the housekeeping staff since the last guest left! I had stayed here many years ago and loved the garden type draw in the lobby area. However, I booked this hotel in knowing there was an indoor pool so that my family could swim. The pool was closed for a "mystery" reason. We were told that engineering was working on it and that it might be open later on that evening. Recently, my family had to be in Dunwoody (north of Atlanta) for an event for one of my daughters. I decided to stay at an above average hotel and make a vacation of it. The room was very large, clean, furnished with 2 double beds and possessed a large window looking out over the town. The room cost was about what I expected to pay for this chain and […] the staff was very service oriented and friendly. "Will stay here again"
My family and i stayed at Crown Plaza overnight and i decided to get a room with breakfast included in the price. Im glad i did because 5 of us were able to eat good for a little more than the regular price of one breakfast. Even though it was a continental breakfast it didnt seem like it. There was a wait staff that sat us at a table, served our drinks […] and was always so pleasant. Beds were super comfortable, room was clean, the view was great from our room, and there is plenty of restaurant choices and shopping across the road from the hotel. "NO FREE WIFI!"
Good hotel, WARNING NO FREE WIFI! Yes really no free wifi. and the parking was a bit of a problem at times. overall it was a good hotel. BUT NO WIFI mean i wont b back.Avis véridique Expedia
