L'hotel est relativement calme bien que placé entre l'autoroute et une route à circulation importante. L'exxtérieur de l'hôtel mériterait d'^tre rénové et mieux entretenu mais les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres.bon accueil

petit hôtel ne payant pas de mine, mais bien situé (proche Grand Canyon). accueil initial un peu "froid", mais s'ameliorant par la suite. seul "défaut": un petit dèjeuner vraiment léger, mais peut-être en rapport avec le tarif. chambre propre mais viellissante.

accueil très moyen, chambre confortable tout à fait dans la catégorie de l'hotel. Petit déjeuner à éviter, peu de choix et aucune salle spécialement dédiée pour celà. Par contre hotel calme, près du centre. A voir impérativement dans les environs : SEDONA.

"Good for the money"
Our room was clean and comfortable. Our heat worked great. There is definitely a musky/mildew type of smell in the bathroom which did bother my allergies. I believe it's because there is no fan in there, but not sure. The bathroom was clean. Convenient and inexpensive

Hotel is old, smelly. I've stayed at hotels at the same price point that were cleaner and new.

The staff was very nice and helpful but hotel needs some work. I have stayed here many times before but it's time for renovation.

"Will never go back."
The best part of the stay was that the manager came by when we were unloading our car. He offered to carry both of our suitcases up the stairs to the 2nd floor landing. From there it was down hill. I called to tell the front desk attendant that the TV remote didn't work. After tinking about it a minute or so she said that the TV in our room did not […] have a remote despite it being a flat screen TV. Linens were very old although they did appear to be clean clean. The complementary breakfast was very limited and the area only had seating for about 8 people.. We also paid a premium for the room since all thhe other hotels in Flagstaff were full or had worse traveler reviews than this one. Lisez la suite

The location is very convenient. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is what you would expect for $63/night. The carpets were not very clean and the tub didn't drain very well. The bed was comfy. The free Wi Fi was nice for the price.

"not so bad - but NO MILK at breakfast"
i would stay there next time if i found that Hotels.com discount and bring my own gallon milk - don´t know why they can not spend that 50 cent per person to have a milk at the buffet !?! The rest was OK !
"Get what you pay for..."
We picked this hotel based on price and location so that's what we got. We had to switch rooms due to a stained mattress that I just couldn't sleep in no matter how many sheets were on it. I did bring it to their attention and I did see a new mattress being put in the room the next morning so they do seem to care about the maintenance. "Nice place to stay."
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He got us ice, loaned us a cork screw and fixed our television with no complaints.

"Clean and Quiet"
I arrived late but the room was ready and immediately available. It's far enough away from the railroad and crossings that I didn't really notice ant engine/whistle noise. The room was very small but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all of the amenities. Great stay.

All in all, quite reasonable and convenient. We were warm and comfortable during a bad snowstorm. The parking lot was plowed early the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the night clerk. 11:30am as the latest checkout was below par, never been allowed less than an hour anywhere else. "can do bettter"
came it to flagstaff after 6hrs of driving. at the front desk the person infront of me , they had lost there reservation. so i had to wait, and wait after checking in to this motel, got to my room and then things started to pop out at me...... the heater was a unit hanging on the window..turn it on and i thought there was a truck parked out side....all […] night long, on-off now i am on the road and sleeping is the on;ly thing i need room for....so when i sit on the bed and i can hear the springs, thats a sign that this place is a bit cheap..... there are alot of places in flagstaff to stay.......... This was my third stay at this place in the last one year. Everytime the front desk has been very helpful. Overall a nice place to stay while on the road.

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to take care of us. We had a large group of teenagers and they allowed us to be in rooms close to each other. The continental breakfast was AWESOME compared to other places that we have stayed at. We will DEFINITELY go back there next year.
