Ce n est pas un hotel mais un motel! La présence de la petite cafetière et du petit gel douche d une couleur douteuse n y font pas de différence. La literie était très mauvaise avec tâches d humidité, le fond de la baignoire était gris. L'odeur de la chambre était oppressante et poussiéreuse. Pourtant l'accueil était passable et la remise des clefs […] efficace. Seul bon point wifi gratuit mais malheureusement ne suffit plus après autant de déceptions. L'hôtel n est pas très loin du port pour croisières et centre ville (en voiture)mais se situe sur un boulevard principal avec beaucoup de passage. de ce fait notre chambre peu insonorisee au rdc devient vite bruyante. Bien évidement nous ne retournerons pas dans cet "hotel" et même pour une nuit où nous sommes pourtant plus tolérants habituellement. Lisez la suite

Qualité/prix c'est un accomodation correct dans les circonstances. Les chambres sont assez vieillottes: les matelas sont a changer ont ressens les ressorts, les tapis auraient besoin d'être chamgé ils sont usés. Dans les circonstances ces propres et bien tenu.

we booked this for the free airport and cruiseterminal shuttle. The airport shuttle took 1 1/2 hour and the cruise terminal one didn't leave until 1:30 pm

Except for getting a street room, the room was perfect for our needs. The room was dated but exceptionaly clean. The best ammenity of this hotel was the proximity to a hole in the wall, dumply looking fish & chip place serving GREAT food.

The hotel was fine which I'm used to better, however, because we had an extremely large party I stayed where the majority stayed due to their budget. The hotel actually turned out to be okay. I had a lot of difficulty getting the electronic door lock to work despite repeated visits to the front desk. It took as many as 15-20 attempts to get it to work.

Just managed to stomach this place for a one nighter before a cruse. Room stunk of mildew, and for a non-smoking room it smelled of cigarettes too. Carpet was nasty. Worst hotel I ever stayed in.. Poor service, trashy hotel, and purposely miss guided you to believe it was a high quality hotel. I could not even sleep because there was no blankets and it was very dirty. Wrong hotel for anyone specially if your going On a cruise.. Hotel includes free transportation to and from both the airport and cruise terminal. We waited for an hour for the transportation to the hotel, transportation to cruise terminal was great for departure but upon arrival we never did see their van. My boyfriend and I booked this hotel because of the complimentary shuttle from the airport to the cruise terminal that it offered. Upon arrival, we checked in in the lobby which seemed updated and clean. We then proceeded to our hotel room and were quite shocked. Although the door locked, it did not close all the way. The room was disgusting. It smelled […] like stale cigarettes and the carpet was dirty and very worn. We actually had to lay down towels on the ground next to our bed in fear of getting up in the middle of the night and stepping on the ground with bare feet. The tub had stains in it and some towels had small hairs on them (ew!), so we decided it was in the best interest of our health not to shower that night. As for the mattress, I actually had to check (for peace of mind) for bed bugs (good thing there were none...but I was surprised to say the least). Overnight we had to huddle in the center of the bed in fear that our bodies might touch the mattress because the sheets constantly slid off the bed. The hotel offers a free continental breakfast, but we decided to skip that (if the hotel rooms were this dirty, can you imagine what the kitchen must be like...). Check out was at 11:00 and the shuttle to the cruise port was scheduled to arrive at 12:30 and was late by over a half hour. So we were forced to sit around outside for 2 hours. This hotel has seen better days. Nothing quality about it. We chose it because it had an airport shuttle only to learn they only go once an hour and thus we'd need to leave at 5 am for a 7 am flight. The staff were poorly trained and clueless about their computer and other systems, took forever to just get checked in while they muttered and mumbled […] to each other. the hotel does not run its own shuttle service, it is 11 minutes from the airport but after waiting 40miutes I ended up taking a taxi for $21.00. The next day I needed to go to the airport to pick up my rental car, they said that taking the shuttle would cost $20. The hotel had several guests that were waiting for rooms when we arrived. Our reservation was handled promptly because we had not requested any special arrangements. No apparent sense of urgency to handle the growing discontent amongst all guests...sort of disappointing.

The facilities are dated and in poor repair. The pool was dirty and unusable. I had to switch rooms upon arrival at 5 in the afternoon because my initial room had not been cleaned. The service of the front desk was exceptional, very friendly and helpful, specially during night shifts. The rate is very good, but they don't change your sheets daily :( even when asked. The hotel was on a main street and very, very noisy. The shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port was very slow. The time we were told was about an hour late.

The only problem we had was with the airport pick-ups. No one told us this was known as the Holiday Inn North. The drivers kept saying they weren't going to our hotel. Some of us waited a LONG time to get a shuttle.

The shuttle service was not time. We needed it three times and all three times it was late. The hotel itself needed minor repair in many places. The location is not in walking distance of any restaurants or parks. The staff was friendly and courteous and the room was clean.

Promised transport to the port was a joke. Completely inadequate. Undersized van meant that waiting for this transport was a minimum of one hour. We took a taxi after waiting an hour and 15 minutes, and with 50 or 60 people waiting for the van which accomodated ~ 15.

Room was not ready when we checked in. After much discussion, the staff changed our room to another. We were extremely disappointed in the quality of this hotel. We were satisfied with the transportation from the airport and the transportation back.
