The rooms themselves were dingy, stained carpet and rundown bathroom. My room smelled of Marijuana. I would not stay there again.

It was a 90 degree hot day. When I checked in at midnight my room inside was extremely hot. I turned on the air conditioning unit High but it did not work. It made a horrible loud noise but the air coming out was not cold and the room was so hot all night.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Within walking distance to almost everything we were looking for. Would stay again.

I booked a room for my wife and daughter for a volleyball tournament in Spokane. The front desk would not allow my wife to check in because it was under my name, even though we all have the same last name. It was absolutely ridiculous and required me to call Hotels.com and have them call the motel.

Clean and quiet

Was in town for a volleyball tournament and just needed a clean inexpensive place to stay for the night prior to the tournament. On a main street a block off the highway and close to the sports venue and traditional retail services. We stay here once a year for this volleyball tournament.

It wasn't to shabby. The bed was a bit hard for me back, but I've had worse. I didn't go in the hot tub because it was inside an enclosed kinda small room, so it didn't a ppeal to me. The breakfast was not too bad either, eggs, biscuit and gravy, sweet rolls, fruit, cereal, etc. I'd probably come back in the future if the price was right.

The breakfast was slim pickings, however I was really encouraged to see the quality of the staff I encountered. our room was located across from the housekeeping laundry service on the first floor, and whenever I stepped in and out of my room they always smiled and took some time to visit. My highest rating goes to the housekeeping staff.

Overall enjoyable. Breakfast nothing much to write home about. Juice and coffee watery. very little protein offered. staff friendly and helpful.There was an unfortunate glitch in the smoke alarm system that woke us all up at 4am and then again at 5am.

The heating unit in our room the first night did not work, however we decided to stick it out for that night. Beds were comfy with plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The next morning the desk clerk came up right away to check on the unit. He said it was likely the heating coil so he offered to move us to another room. I don't know if they resolved […] the issue, but the heater in the other room was newer and worked very well. When Tammy give a room after, I requested online for non-smoking room, she put us in there in room 115 which I was suffering was not able to go to sleep but only 2 1/2 hrs. went to the front talking to Scott, told me wait until 11 (talked to him at 6:30 AM) here I am suffering with that room as I did not able to sleep plus was tired from our trip. Went […] back to the room came out again cuz can't suffer the smell of the room. I saw Lucas & talk to him and he let me check the room 113 just adjacent to our room and it smell good so, he transfer us there right AWAY & did able to breath good and sleep good. Lisez la suite

When we booked with Expedia they said that there were kitchens in some of the rooms, so we booked that room. When we checked in and went to our room there was NO kitchen. I called the front desk and asked them about it and they said that they don't have any rooms with kitchens and that they would have to call Expedia. This was a disappointment, we decided […] to stay and they did send up a microwave. There was a fridge and small coffee maker in the room, but we were looking to cook some of our own food. Good price. It is clean but has old furniture and no refrigerator. It smelled a little but really did not bother us too much. It was good basic hotel for overnight stay. Best part is that is close to freeway and shopping.

Bathrooms need general upkeeping, like grout and caulking. This time the sink dripped on the carpet with every use. I left a note. It is a simple, clean hotel with a morning buffet that is satisfactory. Good location and easy access to freeway.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. It's close to the freeway, the Valley Mall, Walmart, etc. It was affordable too. However, I was really disappointed at the upkeep of this hotel & of our room. Paint was peeling from the walls, trim was falling off, & the heating system was loud/noisy. In the bathroom there was a sign saying if you forgot […] something (like toothpaste) to see the front desk. They were coincidentally "fresh out" of toothpaste. I was really disappointed at the quality of this particular Ramada. There were no elevators either. If returning to the area I would check out other hotels first. Lisez la suite

We got a good deal on a website for the room. Unfortunately, the room wasn't worth what we paid. It was smelly, super outdated, and stained everywhere. I thought we were getting an inexpensive room. We got a cheap, nasty smelling room. We had to go buy febreeze to be able to sleep in the room. I will never stay here again.

Other than a very hard bed the room was good and no elevator. Our room was on the second floor and I have trouble with the stairs. There wasn't a room on the first floor. The staff were wonderful. Great location. We will stay again.

The price was definitely in my budget and a good value. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the Spokane Valley Mall. The room was clean and decent sized with 2 queen beds. I must compliment them on their showers, as the water pressure was great, the tub was spacious, and the shower nozzle was high enough for me to wash my hair without bending […] over. I was disappointed in the TV channels that were available. I'm a big football fan, and on NFL Sunday, none of the early games were broadcast on any of the channels available. They didn't even have ESPN, they had ESPNU. Sunday nights game was also not available, so I had to go to a local sports bar to watch the game. The front desk employee also gave us directions to a restaurant we had heard about, but we came to find out it had gone out of business. We could have saved time driving around had they known that.
