Tres bien : propre, chambre agréable avec frigo, supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds ( parfait pour les picnique), et metro à 5 mn sur une ligne assez fréquentée. En 10 mn de metro, on est en plein centre ville. Il y a visiblement une navette de l'hotel qui emmene les clients a l'aeroport, mais nous n'avons pas teste ce service. Un seul inconvénient : l'autoroute est vraiment proche.

accueil super, service parfait : pour un hôtel prés de l’aéroport, très facile de rejoindre le centre ville de boston. L’hôtel met à disposition un parking gratuit et un service de navette pour l’aéroport ou pour la station de métro la plus proche ("Wood Island", environ 5mn) puis 7mn en métro pour gagner le centre ville et retour. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, petit déjeuner copieux. tout est bien sauf l'emplacement, au bord d'une route (4voies) très fréquentée et très bruyante surtout au 7eme étage. Cependant, les avantages l'emportent sur les inconvénients. A recommander. Réservation faite au dernier moment, deux jours avant d'arriver sur Boston. Hôtels.com très performant.

A recommander, hôtel situé dans le centre à Chinatown accés métros à quelques mètres. Beaucoup de restaurants autour, personnel trés agréable, propreté des chambres impécable. Nous avions pris la chambre basique double avec lit kingsize et nous n'avons pas été déçus, la chambre était grande, calme, avec grand écran lcd, frigo, cafetière, baignoire. Pour le jour de départ, ils ont un service de gardiennage de valises sécurisé avec concierge et tickets numérotés. Seul point négatif accés wi fi gratuit seulement pour les abonnés fidélités hilton.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

The overall cleanliness was very poor. I did not get the room type I requested. There was a half inch of dust in the ceiling fans. There was stuff left over from a past guest under the bed. The hotel needs updated. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good food and service.
Nice hotel and wonderful staff. It is the first hotel where servers knew how to serve.

Overall the hotel wasn't bad. The staff was helpful and friendly, plenty of parking. The room was clean and nicely made. The only complaint was neither of the highly promoted Sleep Number beds worked, and the reception on the television was rather spotty. For the price not a bad choice.

I was supposed to get a room with a King bed and I ended up with like a Full made to look like a queen bed with a twin bed next to it pillows were pretty uncomfortable. It was late and I was exhausted. I could swear those sheets wern't fresh either. Also if you have wall sockets that don't work or only half work, thats unaceptable.....

Only one mistake was made the whole stay. I reserved a single king room. I was given a double twin. Called the front desk to ask about the mix-up. Was given a sincere apology and asked to wait for room service to finish cleaning the rooms to check availability. Gave them my cell number and went to the in-house restaurant for breakfast, also very good […] food and great service, by the time I finished breakfast they called me to let me know there was no king rooms available. No refrigerator or exhaust fan. REception desk in another building and quite awkward to get to especially with small children. quite loud at night. Hamburger in tHe restaurant gave us food poisoning!

We recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room appeared clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, I woke up covered in bed bug bites. I contacted the hotel to let them know and they promised to check the room and get back to me with their findings. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard […] from them since. "Hotel's kind offer vs shower and security issues"
Clean and comfortable BUT bedroom door and shower fixture were problematic. Shower fixture required extensive tugging to work. As I waited in doorway for maintenance help, Room 226 main door did not fully close as I exited to use another room's shower. As I walked to room 219, I told staff I didn't hear a 'click' of the 226 lock. Maintenance assured […] me this problem would also be fixed. "Dirty Bathroom"
I'll start with a positive. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and professional, that was the positive of the stay. Next to the experience... The hallway was lined with refridgerators and dirty dishes, including directly outside my door, so I was concerned I had the wrong room, and this was at about 8pm when I was moving in. If it had been during […] transition time you know around 11 -1 or so I could understand the cleaning was going on, but I thought it was odd to see the hall like that so late in the day. I expected to hear a big party, but didn't. My key didn't work so I called the number on they key for assistance, and a very nice gentleman brought me a new key. I asked him about the dishes and he very nice apologized and took the dirty dishes away from my room, but it wasn't his fault. . I just said I wanted to make sure I had the right room. He confirmed I did and was very nice and apologetic. When I entered the room, it appeared clean. The surprise came in the morning. When I was getting ready for the day. In the bathroom, I dropped something on the floor, when I looked down there was a giant ball of dark curly hair under the sink, the size of a squirrel. I'm not saying a couple of pieces of hair. I am talking a possible tumbleweed. There is no way anyone who REALLY cleaned a room could miss that.. I then noticed hair in various locations on the floor. They obviously did not REALLY clean the room. It was just tidied up. Absolutely discusting to the point where I could not use the shower.. who knows what was lingering in there unseen to the naked eye. Truly gross. I should have walked away when I saw the dirty dishes in the hallway the night before, next time I'll know better. Anyway, for the location the hotel was expensive so I expected a better experience. "Nice but not accommodating"
Our room was nice, but they wouldn't let us get a cot, claiming it to be a fire hazard according to management policy. We needed the cot so that everyone would have room to sleep, so we ended up having to switch rooms to a suite, which was nicer, but more expensive too. The hotel was a bit hard to find: off the main drag, but tucked away behind a bunch of buildings. It seemed there were two parts to the Radisson, a new and an old, and I stayed in the older one. This hotel is right off Rt 495 with easy access to both points North and South. This hotel also has all amenities with a very comfortable ambiance. The rooms and hallways are sound-proofed which made our stay extra pleasant. Personnel are always pleasant and aim to please. A+++

Chose hotel because of price and near friend's house. Room was large and comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. Plenty of towels. Beds were kind of squeaky though, so if you don't move around a lot, no problem.

They were unapologetic about not giving us our reserved king size bed, and the pool, which was the primary reason we booked the hotel, was under construction. Again, they were unapologetic.

"Convenient Location, Suites Huge"
This hotel is very convenient to I495 and surrounding retail establishments, some small restaurants within walking distance. The staff also did a fine job dealing with the requests of our group that stayed over the weekend for a soccer tournament. Was billed by the hotel for my room after check out even though I had already paid through Hotels.com. After numerous calls and messages left, still waiting to talk to someone from the hotel for an explination.
"Booked different room than we got."
We booked a room with queen or king bed, online, but the hotel gave us a double that smelled bad. We were persistent with the front desk, and they did upgrade us to a nicer room. The second room was a suite which was very nice, and had no unpleasant odors.
