Their was not hot water was Luke warm!!! But other than that it was ok

Hotel does not have adequate parking. The beds were not comfortable( I typically can sleep on anything). The floor between the 1st and 2nd level are not reinforced with concrete therefore is alot of creaking noise when people walk in their rooms. The door to the room had a substantial gap between the frame and the door to where light shined through. […] Had to stick towels in the door jam to seal the light and air gaps. I was staying in a double with two couples. There was 1 soap bar and 1 bottle of shampoo with 2 bath towels and 2 face towels. This was not ideal accommodations for the rate that was getting paid. I would not let my dog stay in this roach motel. And yes there were roaches. The beds were sunk in and the sheets and washcloths had black hair balls in them. The room smelled like mildew and smoke. The shower curtain was barely hanging on. If we could have stomached a shower in this place that might have mattered. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and […] you wouldn't know it for the price. The room was dirty. All the counters and desk had some type of sticky substance on it. I had to go shopping to buy bleach cleaner and wipe down everything. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Coffee pot was cracked. Housekeeping does not speak english so asking them for help was a waste. The inside doorknob fell off when I tried to open the door. […] Do not walk around barefoot or with white socks as the carpet is filthy. The price I paid for this room was a rip off. There is not enough parking to accommodate all the rooms. I should of read the previous reviews. Like the title says, FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. Lisez la suite

This hotel is a motel. The people that work there are nice, seemed to be a family business. The lobby smelled so bad I wanted to run out of there. There is no lobby and the breakfast area is very small just 2 small tables. We did not dare to eat breakfast there, everything seemed old and dirty. I really liked this hotel. The owners were nice. He had a bit of a problem with a loud family the night we checked in. The next morning at breakfast he apologized to every single person that came in there. Most did not even notice the people. Nothing in the room grossed me out like a lot of hotels. The food area for the breakfast was not real big but […] hey, you work with what you got. It was free. The pic.s on the sight do not give it justice. I thought the pool looked more exposed in the pic.s. It was fine with bushes,trees, and a partial fence around it. Would stay here again for sure. Lots of places to eat walking distance. felt safe there. I saw the owner give a refund to some1 when he decided to check out early. Usually that does not happen. Lisez la suite

there is anything wrong with this hotel for the money. wanted to stay in Helen but it was last minute and there werent any good prices left. rooms were clean, nice small outdoor pool.

We could not stay at this hotel because it was nasty. We tried to get a refund but they would not give us one. We decided to stay at another hotel and take the loss. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...ever!

No breakfast at all. They had maybe four muffins and some white bread at 6am and that is when it started. I felt bad for other people coming later. However, room was clean and bed was fine and it was nice to have frig to keep beverages cold overnight. Was not able to understand the lobby person and wasn't allowed in to check in, she sent it thru a little […] slot and never smiled.
