Il y a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin sauf une connexion internet rapide! Petit Déj parfait, Petite salle de fitness, en plein centre donc proche de tout, personnel très sympas, chambre très propre et très spacieuse...j'y retournerais sans hésiter

Hotel luxueux pour le prix, acceuil tres sympa, internet gratuit avec mise a disposition d'ordinateur (rare aux etats unis). Le seul inconvenient c'est qu'il faut environ 45min de bus pour aller au centre ville.

hôtel propre,accueil moyen mais correct. Chambre tout à fait standard,sans surprise. petit déjeuner un peu décevant(muffins,danish,thé,café,jus d'orange). Situé sur un grand axe mais chambre pas trop bruyante (même coté rue). à 1/2h de Washington ou Baltimore,c'est un point de chute correct pour visiter la région. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine car nous avons séjourner pendant l'ouragan irene (la réception nous a fourni des bougies pendant la coupure de courant qui a duré 24h)

"Very very unhappy"
I have stayed at many Radisson but this particular one was not up to its standards. I wanted to use my heat and was told the reason why my heater was blowing out cold air is because they were still in 'cool mode' and that it would take for it to become 65 degrees outside to kick in, well that night it reached 41 degrees outside and even colder inside […] my room with only a space heater. I Know not everyone is anemic like myself but there should always be heat at any given time of the year for what ever reason and not be told you cant use it in when it is clearly to cold outside not to be able to!! "Quiet attractive neighborhood. Clean and comfortable room."
The hotel's Crossroads Restaurant served excellent food; staff were very friendly but short-handed on the Monday evening I was there. So the wait was longer than desirable.
"Gem in the rough"
All the staff members were very curteous. The people behind the desk, the housekeepers as well as the diningroom staff were willing to extend themselves for our comfort. However one of the 2 public elevators was out of order as well as the elevator for staff for the 3 nights we were there. It was more of a minor annoyance than an inconvience. "Convenient Location to Loyola College"
We stayed at this Radisson because of its location to Loyola College. We had spent one night there while bringing our daughter back to Loyola. Hotel was in a nice location, and the little bit we stayed we seemed satisfied. Hotel staff seemed pleasant enough.
"Great Place to Stay"
There were issues with an elevator not working when I stayed there, but overall the place was great. The location is ideal-easy access to the highway and other amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very nice which had comfortable, clean rooms. The hotel was located in a nice area of Mt. Washington and was close to Baltimore Inner Harbor.

Excellent food, serene, woodsy atmosphere and clean comfortable rooms... but need for improvements is beginning to show, especially in pool area

The Radisson at Cross-Keys offers a degree of luxury at a reasonable price. Its location in a shopping center with good restaurants is a definite plus. We plan on returning the next time we're in Baltimore. Recommended.

The bed was quite comfortable, but there was a door that adjoined our room to another and we could hear our neighbors' kids playing around in the afternoon. There was also a couple of black hairs in and around the sink when we first came in, and the bathtub itself needed updating.
