"Radisson at Cross Keys"
I was very satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the whole hotel. In addition, I loved the fact they had a gym in the hotel, this was a plus for me who tries to work out at least three times a week. When calling the front desk my calls were answered promtly and my request were fulfill immediately.
Rooms should have safes for personal belongings.

"Cross Keys"
I stayed here because of the location fairly close to Johns Hopkins. I like the shopping area and restaurant(s) where the hotel is located. I also knew there was easy parking. Nice room, though it would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water as many other hotels provide. Instead I had to pay $2.00 from a vending machine. The ice machine […] didn't work on my floor, by the way. But all in all a nice stay. Lisez la suite

"This hotel is filthy......"
We arrived in the afternoon on a weekday, this is our second stay here as the location is very near the hospital where my wife is having surgery. First impression on this stay was the lower level parking lot, at 3pm on the evening of check-in it was covered with trash, when checking out the next day, all the same trash was still covering the parking […] area. When we checked in and got to our room it was obvious that the room was cleaned is a rush and the executive housekeeper or housekeeping supervisor never inspected the room. The floor needed vacuuming, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and there was human feces still visible in the toilette. The amenities are very lacking, we had a Zenith TV from the 1990's and you only get about 10 channels to view. Luckily the Sugar Bowl was on a major network or we would have missed it. I will not stay here again, even if it is more convenient. Lisez la suite
"Radisson at Cross Keys, Baltimore"
The hotel is clean and well maintained, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with clean and comfortable rooms. Besides its locations, which is convenient for me for family reasons, its biggest selling point (if you drive, and especially if you visit in winter or the hot part of summer) is free covered parking. Nobody else has that, to my knowledge. The […] restaurant is decent, but I found better breakfasts (and especially better coffee) at the little cafe two doors away, a minute's walk across the courtyard. Check it out! (For other meals, get out and explore the city if you can.) The basic room is great for short stays (like my past stays here) but short on storage space. The lovely armoire hides the TV well but is woefully short on drawers. Likewise, the built-in towel rack in the bathroom looks great but has no place to hang hand towels, for those of us who wash our hands more than once a day. Also, the toilet paper roller is hidden oddly under the bathroom sink, and only the staff can change the roll. In short, some decorator's idea of "quaint charm" gets in the way of practicality in various minor details. However, these are annoyances, not deal-breakers. I would definitely stay here again (and probably will, again for family reasons, which are why I visit Baltimore in the first place). Lisez la suite
"was there for a conference"
The hotel overall was good, however the room had a sleep # better and no matter what # we put it on it always felt like sleeping on a cardboard box with a pillow over it . Not at all comfortable.
"Nice hotel, great staff, good location"
We had been booked in a hotel that turned out to be a fleabag....desperate, at 10pm we searched hotels.com and found this Raddisson. Exhausted, we made our way there, and were so pleasantly surprised. The reception at both the front desk and the lobby bar was warm and welcoming. The fact that it has a real restaurant and good breakfast was an unexpected […] plus. Liked this hotel very much. Only downside is the hard-to-find location. It is tucked away in the back of a high end shopping destination. Nice location, but very few signs. We were exhausted and struggling to find it in the dark. Lisez la suite

"Cross Keys Hotel"
Older hotel that is well maintained, quiet, comfortable and provides ample free parking. I will continue to use this hotel when I am in the area.
"Guest Rooms"
The Radisson at Cross Keys in Baltimore, Maryland was an easy commute to my client. The room was too warm and you could not independently adjust the temp in the room. The carpeting was old and worn.
"Such a Pretty Neighborhood"
I love the Cross Keys bc its in Roland Park which is one of Baltimores most affluent and beautiful areas. Also parking and internet are free. It's a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city, close to Hampden and Clipper Mill. The only things that annoyed me were that one day some room service trays were left out in the hall and never picked […] up, like the whole floor, all day. it was breakfast on the trays and was still there at 5 or 6 pm. Also a the upholstered furniture in the room was a bit tattered or stained. Other than that it was very clean and the staff are very nice people. I would stay here again, definitely worth the price. "Radisson needs update"
A/C was broken, room was freezing. Bugs (tiny) in bathroom. Restaurant service terrible-waited 45 minutes for one Belgium waffle, tea, eggs and hash browns luke warm. Noisy people on same floor, couldn't sleep. Would never stay there again. TV volume extremely loud when first turned on.
"No Numbers"
The reservation was made for a King Size Bed with a Confort by Numbers matress; the actual beds con sisted of 2 full size bed with regular matresses (: The Rest was fine.
"Quiet, convenient"
We have family who live nearby and chose the hotel primarily for location. The setting at the outdoor mall was pleasant and convenient, with nice shops. Overall, the hotel seemed a little tired, but was clean and did the job for a family of 4.

"Nice location for college visit"
The location of the hotel was fine and convenient for college visits in the area. Only problem was the noise level due to an intoxicated guest who did not want to go to bed until 3:30am that disrupted the entire floor.
"Radisson Cross Keys - great for visiting colleges"
When I took my daughter to visit Loyola University Maryland, this hotel was perfect!

"Practical, but no frills"
The room was perfectly acceptable, but the frills aren't really there if that's what you are looking for. The front desk didn't answer the phone for several hours, the exercise room is just that, a hotel room with a handfull of machines, and my desk chair was broken, leaning like the tower of piza. The pricing is on the cusp of requiring some extras. […] Don't be afraid to stay here if you need the location, but don't expect a special experience Lisez la suite

"Radisson at Cross Key Baltimore"
Tired, shabby facility. Elevator a joke. Desk lamp didn't work. King bed was not a king. Courteous, but inexperienced staff. Dirty, sticky menu. Out of stock on dinner items. Food was okay. Place needs investment, better management. Not busy. No wonder.
"Beautiful hotel but skip the sleep number bed"
Our stay at Radisson Cross Key's was wonderful, the rooms were clean, all the staff very friendly and a great area with easy access to downtown Baltimore. We were a little disappointed to find the pool closed after labor day despite the temperatures in the mid 80s. We were also very excited to trial the sleep number beds, however were disappointed to […] find that they were very much like an uncomfortable air mattress. Overall it was a great experience, I would just recommend getting a regular bed. Lisez la suite
"radisson"
very close to JOhns Hopkins, stayed downtown last year, and this is 10 minutes away, very easy to get to hopkins. great place to stay.
"Clean and comfortable"
We had to take our son back to college in Baltimore and this was a great place to stay. It was a good value, only a few miles from the MICA campus. This was our second stay. On our first visit it was very difficult to locate as the hotel is located behind a boutique shopping center and the signage is poor. Drove around in circles for awhile. If you […] are wanting to see the city, I would recommend places closer to downtown. We will use this hotel again in the spring when we pick him up! Lisez la suite

"Radisson-Cross Keys -nice but strange location"
Our stay at the Radisson at Cross Keys was fine. It is a nice hotel. The staff was very nice. The elevator is antiquated and stops at every floor no matter what floor you want to go to. The hotel is also a little out of the way if you want to go to the harbor or anywhere else. Overall, it is a fine place to stay if you don't want to stay close to the […] Harbor. Lisez la suite
"Hotel at Cross Keys, Baltimore"
It may be unfair as I was at Cross Keys 30 years ago, but the hotel and the surroundings really show its age. The room was sparely furnished, services were below average, and the front desk service is a joke. The surrounding shopping center is still our favorite but our stay there was disappointing and we will not recommend this to anyone we care.
"Great Location - Nice Hotel"
Overall great experience at the hotel. Check in was good - helpful staff. Stayed on the 4th Floor. Temperature control was a little difficult, but air conditioning worked fine. Sleep number beds are comfortable. Ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings - very good food and helpful wait-staff. I loved the location - outside of the city, but only about […] a 10-15 minute drive (easy drive too). You do have to watch the traffic to avoid rush hour. We did not use the free shuttle services - times were very limited. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. This was my third stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Convenient shopping, restaurants, free internet (that worked) and free parking. Highly recommend for a Baltimore visit. Lisez la suite

"Conveinent location for College visit"

"Great Room for the price"
This hotel was very well kept, clean, quiet and had great sleep number beds. It is located as part of a boutique mall which was also very clean and beautifully constructed and landscaped.
"Unexpected elegance"
We were very impressed with the Radisson at Cross Keys! When we first arrived the nearby area didn't look the nicest but once you enter the hotel area, what a suprise! The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and spacious and the surrounding cafes and shops were a nice suprise. It was a beautiful setting in the woods and very convient to get to downtown […] Balitmore. They also offer the convience of a shuttle if you dont wish to drive into the city. We were very happily suprised at how wonderful the hotel was especially for the affordable price. Lisez la suite

"Very very unhappy"
I have stayed at many Radisson but this particular one was not up to its standards. I wanted to use my heat and was told the reason why my heater was blowing out cold air is because they were still in 'cool mode' and that it would take for it to become 65 degrees outside to kick in, well that night it reached 41 degrees outside and even colder inside […] my room with only a space heater. I Know not everyone is anemic like myself but there should always be heat at any given time of the year for what ever reason and not be told you cant use it in when it is clearly to cold outside not to be able to!! Also was very hard to find. Lisez la suite
"Quiet attractive neighborhood. Clean and comfortable room."
The hotel's Crossroads Restaurant served excellent food; staff were very friendly but short-handed on the Monday evening I was there. So the wait was longer than desirable.
"Gem in the rough"
All the staff members were very curteous. The people behind the desk, the housekeepers as well as the diningroom staff were willing to extend themselves for our comfort. However one of the 2 public elevators was out of order as well as the elevator for staff for the 3 nights we were there. It was more of a minor annoyance than an inconvience. The sleep […] number beds and room style made it an enjoyable experience. Lisez la suite
"Convenient Location to Loyola College"
We stayed at this Radisson because of its location to Loyola College. We had spent one night there while bringing our daughter back to Loyola. Hotel was in a nice location, and the little bit we stayed we seemed satisfied. Hotel staff seemed pleasant enough.
"Great Place to Stay"
There were issues with an elevator not working when I stayed there, but overall the place was great. The location is ideal-easy access to the highway and other amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
"Very nice hotel"
The hotel was very nice which had comfortable, clean rooms. The hotel was located in a nice area of Mt. Washington and was close to Baltimore Inner Harbor.
"Relaxing experience"
Excellent food, serene, woodsy atmosphere and clean comfortable rooms... but need for improvements is beginning to show, especially in pool area
"good hotel, excellent location"
The Radisson at Cross-Keys offers a degree of luxury at a reasonable price. Its location in a shopping center with good restaurants is a definite plus. We plan on returning the next time we're in Baltimore. Recommended.
"great location"
Great location. Great shuttle service. Great staff!
