air condition did not cool the room

This was our second stay at the Comfort Inn. We loved it both times. The breakfast is amazing and the drinks in the lobby are wonderful when you come in from the heat. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very close to BAMC.

It was a great experience, the suite was excelent and very cheap for its quality. Thank you.

I accidentally reserved here and since I had no refund because I did it the same day we stayed. At first it didn't look like a good area but then u walk inside and its pretty nice. U notice a couple of things here and there like the door that is on the elevator in the lobby and on the second floor. The fact that u can't use the card to come in from […] the side entrance. But the great customer service good breakfast nice bed make up for all of that. I will stay again just have to go another route during a spurs game. Spurs suck. Lisez la suite

We really enjoyed being here because it is nice and new, it had everything we needed, was comfortable, enjoyed the separate living room, refrigerator which we always want in a room, and great location. The breakfast in comparison to most hotels was good with lots of variety. I am just hoping you will be the first to include dark breads instead of white, […] and vegetarian eggs with no ham. Staff very friendly and welcoming at check-in. I liked the layout of the room w/2 tv's and a door to separate the seating room from the bedroom. Only problem w/that is that the a/c was forced thru a fan above that door, so the seating room wasn't as cool. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice to have vanity separate from bathroom. Drain was a little slow […] in sink. Fridge and microwave were handy since we had left overs from Crackers Barrel which is right next door. Variety of choices included in the complimentary breakfast: eggs w/sausage,biscuits,potatoes, waffles,breads and pastries,cereals,fresh fruit, yogurt,juices,coffee and milk. The staff member working the breakfast area kept everything well stocked and area clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Lisez la suite

We enjoyed the clean room, the friendliness of the staff and the ease of access to the locations we needed to reach. Had a slight problem in adjusting the room temperature only because of our absence much of the evening.

Rooms were large. People were very nice. Breakfast was nice. More options than most hotels. Price was fair and nothing was to far away. 10 min from river walk and about 15 or 20 min to seaworld. Nice location and will stay there again when we return. Good location and if you bringing kids this is the place. Rooms are made for it. Small chair and love […] seat in room with its own tv was great. Even has a door between bed room. My wife and I could relax in the bed and the kids had there own room and tv. Very friendly service. Clean, spacious room. Nice variety for the included breakfast. Would stay here again.

Booked this hotel to stay for 1 night in San Antonio, we meet some friends on the River Walk for the evening and it was perfect. Close enough to drive, less than 10 minutes, or take a cab, only $20.00 for two people and then come back to your room and enjoy the quiet when you needed to sleep.

I was glad to see that everything was what I needed and a little more. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The breakfast in the morning was a good start to our day and there was plenty of seating. We got lost going to our venue and called the hotel and they were gracious in giving us directions. Overall a nice stay.

This hotel is very nice and inexpensive. I have 2 children and the fact that it has 2 TV is great for both of us. Staff is nice and helpful. Overall a great hotel. We've stayed there twice this year.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and tidy...the room was perfect. This is a non-smoking hotel throughout so there was no worry about getting a room that smelled of stale smoke. They take pride in their hotel, you can tell by the state it was in. I will definitely stay there again!! It's right off the freeway, […] close to shopping and restaraunts. The only one down fall is there are train tracks near by so you will hear the occasional train, but it wasn't bad at all. Great hotel for the price. Lisez la suite

The hotel was alright. Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Hope you like cold showers because the hot water didnt work at all. The latche that helps keep the room locked on the door that is supposed to keep you safe was broke by a 1 and a half year old. Not to safe in my opinion. I really enjoyed the stay here with the whole family. The free breakfast was great. a full breakfast with eggs and everything else. I also enjoyed there pool because it has a cover and it keeps it cool, the water!!!!!!

the staff was very unhelpful. the sofa bed had no blankets and we were told some would be brought up just to have to go downstairs and get them- as the staff continued being rude. i stay in hotels quite a but and was shocked at the unfriendliness of the employees here. a cleaning woman almost ran over my daughter with her cart and didnt even apologize!! […] i would definately not bring my family here ever again. YOU COULD ASK FOR MORE - THEY WE'RE GOOD.

I checked into the hotel around 12AM, and I had a meeting at at 8:30AM. Therefore, I was only going to technically get less than 8 hours at the hotel. The front desk person was very nice and polite. He could tell that I was exhausted, so it was appreciated that he kept the conversation to a polite minimum. Once I got the key and went upstairs to my […] room, I was astonished by the size. There was a separate living area with an additional TV, desk, couch, chairs, etc. Included was a coffee pot (made the worst coffee on earth, though), mini-fridge, and microwave. The bed was a king sized bed. Initially, they had the air turned up all the way on cold/high; thus, the room was like a meat locker. I usually like cold rooms, but wow, that was drafty to say the least. I decided to see what the vending machine had, and I went out. When I tried to get back in my room, though, my key wouldn't work. Thankfully, I had a robe on. SO I went down to the front desk. He stated that sometimes if the key is next to a cell phone, it will demagnetize it. I assumed this was the case since I had both up in the same hand (I sure wish he would have told me this earlier, though). Yet when I went back up, it still did not work. I came back down, he did some of magic song and dance. Apparently, that song and dance wasn't too magical because I still had to go back down again. I was so exhausted by this time, and starting to really get frustrated, but luckily for both him and me, third times a charm. I like to end on a plus, and their free hot breakfast hit the right spot! Sauage links, Eggs, Biscuits, Waffles....Not too mention I found out where they were keeping all the tasty coffee, which was definitly not in the rooms. All and all, good stay, wish I could have had more time to enjoy it. Lisez la suite

every thing was ok i would say, we had to walk up and down stairs because the Elevator was broken, when they cam to clean the room instead of them taking the towls that belongs to the hotel they took ours.... other then that our stay was ok

Room was clean,location great, staff very helpful. The suite was laid out nicely, with a separate room with extra TV with a door so the kids could watch their own shows. Only con was the pool / jacuzzi was not clean (was green) for our entire 3 night stay.

Overall was not to our satisfaction. Will not stay again at this hotel. It needs to be completely updated.

Our stay here was great. Breakfast was included and it was also good because they do offer a full breakfast with eggs and sausage. Staff was excelent and the hotel is smoke free so there were no ugly smells. My family enjoyed it.

Everything about our stay was more than satisfactory. The hotel was clean and well maintained with a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast bar was exceptional thanks to Sharon the "breakfast lady" who works very hard to satisfy everyone. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Hotel was clean & convenient, but did not live up to our expectations. Pillows were crummy & while bed was OK it wasn't comparable to Comfort Suites on Padre Island @ Corpus Christi. Bath too wasn't up to same level.

The location fit our needs, easy access from I-35 and next door to a Cracker Barrel.
