confort tres bon globalement. La note 3 globale vient du 2 sur le service, plus précisément la réservation et à l'accueil. Il est noté sur le bon de reservation une famille de 5 et la chambre ne contenait qu'un lit. Personne de s'est soucié de ce détail (malgré l'insistance à la reservation) et on a du passer 10 minutes à expliquer à l'accueil de l'hotel […] que 5 dans 1 lit n'était pas possible. Nous avons trouver nous meme une solution en trouvant que le canapé était un convertible et ensuite c'est nous qui avons demandé des draps car la personne à l'accueil n'a eu la présence d'esprit de s'en soucier. Le service n'est pas digne de cet hotel ni du tarif. Les enfants nous ont dit qu'ils etaient mieux dans un best western ou un americinn. "Nice hotel and room, but walls are paper thin"
I had a kind corner room. It was nice, the bathroom was nice however, you can hear your neighbor using their facilities, talking on the phone, playing music, etc. I had to call the front desk to have the room next to me turn their music down so I could go to sleep. I was very disappointed considering it was such a nice room. The price was half of The […] Brown Palace which was connected on the second floor for the conference I was attending which is why I decided to book this hotel. "One Night, Downtown"
This hotel served our purposes very well. The quality of the hotel is 'fair.' Centrally located downtown, easy walk to everything fun downtown. Parking was pricey at $28 (not including possible gratuity to the valet staff), but I used it to its full advantage and felt it was worth it. This hotel is quite outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. My main reason for choosing it was the location near the Capitol. Everything was worn and outdated. "Great for business trips - better than it's name"
Don't confuse this hotel as budget rate. It is connected to the Brown Palace Hotel, and it is super well located; advantageous. There is a taxi stand literally across the street at Brown Palace; it's on 17th, 1 block off the mall line; and Steuben's and other great Denver restaurants/bars are a slow 10 min. walk just east of this place. My room was at a corner end, so the walls were a wee bit thin, and you could hear doors being slammed shut, but not enough to disturb my sleep. Highly recommended hotel. "Not the best service we've had"
Booked into a room that had no towels and one thing in the shower - what looked like a used container of shower gel. Weird debris in the shower, but nothing else really amiss, so we mentioned it to the front desk as we headed out for the night. Upon our return 8 hours later, we find that nothing had been done to remedy our requests - mentioned it again, […] in front of three hotel employees. We were assured it would be taken care of immediately, so we left for another 10-15 minutes...still nothing by the time we'd gotten back. Just after getting into bed, we hear a knock from one of the employees who brought what the room was missing. I was very disappointed that it took two requests, hours apart, to finally get some results, especially for the rate we'd paid. I'm also not sure if it's just the style of how the beds are made there, but our bed was not made with the proper "form-fitting" bottom sheet - instead, it was another flat sheet that was haphazardly tucked in and slipped off as soon as we got into bed. I don't know if there was just confusion or a lack of staff, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the room and the (seemingly) uninterested reaction of the hotel staff when we brought the issues to attention.
