The hotel was clean and staff were nice. Located at a couple of hundreds of yards away from Garnett station. You can easily walk to downtown (should take about 15 mins). The neighborhood could be better but it was OK.

A l origine nous avions réservé dans cet hotel pour etre pres de Stone MountainPark. L accueil est sympathique et le concierge fait des efforts du fait que nous parlons seulement l américain basique. La chambre est correcte propre et calme, au rez de chaussée. Arrivés tardivement nous avons pu aller boire un bière et prendre un snack à un bar grill tout proche qui nous a été indiqué par la réception. Accueil sympathique là aussi. Le rapprot qualité prix est excellent.

"Will stay again."
Check in and check out was very fast. Breakfast was not big, but good enough for business traveler to start a day. Rooms are clean. Some signs of age in buthroom but nothing terrible. Good, comfortable bed. Aircon pretty noisy, so I had to turn it of for night.Avis véridique Expedia

I usually love to stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels, but this one was not of the quality of the rest. The hotel and rooms are old and pretty worn. "Just Okay"
We chose this hotel because we had four adults and needed two queen beds. I have stayed at several hotels in the area that were much nicer and a better price, but all have two full beds. It wasn't bad, but it was just "okay." Our room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time, though the hotel said it was all non-smoking. There was no breakfast […] attendant to replace items when they ran out, and our bathroom door was so filled with smudges that it could have stood another coat of paint. If I could find another hotel with two queen beds in the same price range, I'll change hotels next time. If not, I might come back, only because we need the larger beds. "This room was not worth the price"
Very disappointed with both hotel.com and holiday inn express. Have stayed at other holiday inn express locations and this one was not worth the price. "Acceptable business travel destination"
This one was fairly uneventful: I checked in around 10pm and was out by 8am. I slept and showered. I didn't use the internet, although it was provided at no cost. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good, although I wish hotels would provide two shampoos (I use the extra as body wash, since the soaps are essentially […] useless). If you have even the slightest chance of needing to cancel a room do not book a room here. We gave 24 hour notice to cancel our second night and we were told that we would still be charged one nights stay plus a fee! We were also told that "it doesn't matter if someone dies or you get stuck in a snow storm, the owner doesn't not refund money." we then […] contacted the general manager which got us nowhere but she did feel it necessary to add at the end of our phone call " you do know there is damage deposit" obviously implying that we would damage the room because of being unsatisfied! The hallway and rooms carpet has an odor. Needs to be cleaned. Bathroom fogs during shower. Fan not strong enough. "Hot Breakfast" served was trivial. Not much option. Very pleasant stay. No hassles at all. I have enjoyed my stay at hotel the most. Cannot except more.. Only thing which could have been more good was the breakfast timings. "Holiday Inn Express - convenient yet quiet"
We found this hotel to be a great place to stay for business, travel, liesure, etc. The hotel was quiet and new-feeling. It was convenient as well, being near Hwy 400, which gives you great access to all the local restaurant, shopping, churches, etc. Staff were very friendly, with the morning breakfast host greeting everyone in AND out of the dining […] area, wishing us a great day. Excellent stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or needing just a few nights off. As long you aren't expecting chocolate on your pillow every night and fancy ammenities found in $600/night hotels, you could even make this an affordable romantic night or two out with your spouse.
