Personnel sympa.

"Admiral Hotel : chambres ridicules"
... Lisez la suite

"LUXE !!!"
Hotel luxueux, tres bien situe.
"Noisy"
I was given a room on the first floor facing the street -- close to where the garbage is stored. It was very noisy. Plus there is no air conditionning in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Over priced for what it offers.
"good for american travelers"
good location,large rooms,restaurant good
"It's all about the location"
This hotel is ideally situated for a visit to the city. It is in walking distance of most places of interest and the metro. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant are lovely but the rooms are tiny and would remind one of a ship's cabin. There is no way to control the temperature in the rooms which makes them stuffy and might […] be a bigger issue in the summer. Lisez la suite
"Modern and classy"
We really liked our stay in Admiral Copenhagen. The room we had was on the smaller side but that didn't matter too much. The staff was friendly and professional and the room was clean. The only thing that I wasn't too happy about was te WiFi connection (free) - it was very slow. But apart from that we were very happy with the service and the state of […] the room. Lisez la suite
"Convenient waterfront location"
Very comfortable and stylish hotel within easy walking distance of all major Copenhagen sights. The view of ships in the harbor was fun, and the historical information on the building and the harbor was very much appreciated. We used the free computers in the lobby to get museum information and driving directions to our out-of-town destinations, and […] bought our "Copenhagen Cards" right at the front desk. We booked two rooms (for ourselves and two adult daughters). Both were on the water side with twin beds (pushed together in one room) and very nice. I especially liked the Danish-style fixtures and adjustable reading lamps. The bathroom was a little bit cramped with the double toilet arrangement, and the tub might be hard for some people to climb into -- nonslip mats are available but not provided in the room. Sharp sounds (coughs, vacuum bumps) do carry through the walls, but we were not bothered by the noise level. The hall ways with brick arches would be much prettier if the storage carts were removed. But I don't want to nitpick! This was a great place for sound (jetlagged) sleep after fun days in the city. Lisez la suite
"Copenhagen Admiral"
Ideal location. Charming renovation of an historic building.
"Admiral Copenhagen"
This hotel was great. We got a good deal on Hotels.com and weren't disappointed. We had a room with a view over the water; the beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location is excellent as well - a 5 minute walk from Nyhavn which has many bars and restaurants and is also the starting point for canal tours. Definitely recommend […] ed. Lisez la suite
"stunning location and building"
The hotel was on the waterside near some lovely sights and opposite the opera house. Staff were very helpful with everything including booking restaurant places as the hotel restaurant wasn't suitable for vegetarians. Apart from this, the hotel was brilliant and I would happily recommend.
simply beautiful!!!
"Copenhagen Admiral Hotel"
Great location, great rooms and service.
"Great Location"
We found this hotel to be in a great location on the water. Hotel staff was very friendly. Copenhagen was very expensive, but this hotel was reasonable--however we definitly were there in the "off season" (Feb). Walking distance to most all attractions and not far from the metro (Kongens Nytorv) where we arrived from the airport.

"Great room, but too noisy"
This is a beautiful hotell, with great rooms and roomservice. However - the walls are thin as paper.. We could hear the conversation of the couple next door, and some other activities I would be without.. Other than that, this is a cozy and well placed hotell. Great beds and lots of room, as well as a nice bathroom.
"Nice but soon in need of refurnishing..."
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel Admiral and I would book again, as prices are reasonable. The location is perfect for shopping and enjoying central Copenhagen. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished, but there were signs of mould on the carpet in the corners of the bedroom and the bathroom was looking slightly shabby. My main complaint is […] the paper thin walls between rooms. The hotel is on a quiet side street so noise from outside is minimal, but we were able to hear every word spoken in neighboring rooms. "Hotel Admiral in Copenhagen - Genuine good hotel"
Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and found the hotel to be a very good value for money stay. The rooms were large and it had caricature. The location was very handy for the boutique end of Copenhagen and best of all it was tucked away enough to be virtually silent throughout the night. Only drawback was too thin walls between rooms that made it easy […] to hear next door, but luckily for us we didn't have noisy neighbors. Lisez la suite

Best hotel bed we ever slept in! Great hotel service!
"Lovely hotel in winter"
This is my second time staying at the Admiral in Copenhagen. While in summer, the need to keep the windows open and the partying that goes on along the harbor well into the sunlit night makes quiet a little hard to come by, in winter, this was a perfect place to enjoy a little Danish hygge. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable, the view of the opera […] house is fabulous, it's a short walk to most major attractions, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff was courteous, I was offered an upgrade to a harbor view room, and it totally made my stay. All in all, I would definitely come back here again. Lisez la suite
"High prices, but nice hotel, great location."
Tricky advertisement: waterfront rooms cost extra and breakfast is not included. Other than that - the hotel is nice, the location is great.
"Admiral Nice but noisy"
Good situation, easy and quick to walk to the center. Service OK, but noisy room as the windows and walls are very thin! Also bad surprise for a romantic weekend: the double bed was actually two joined beds with a space in between.
"recommended in terms of its location and service"
the hotel is easy to reach and takes only 10mins walk from metro. all major tourist sites are within walking distance. though not all tourists will like but i am fascinated by the hotel's old history and wooden deco. the staff were nice and very helpful and the check in/out process was smooth too. the only negative comment lies on the room size, […] initially we booked a standard room but found it too small after checking in and we decided to go for a room upgrade to junior suite at dkk300/day which was reasonable but the suite was not very big either but only by moving the bed to the upper floor the extra space can be used for sofa and table. somehow i think its preimier location of facing the seashore was wasted as the windows are quite small. if windows were made bigger we should be able to enjoy a very good seaview with the beautiful opera in sight at night time. understood that was due to environmental protection concern but i don't like the idea of missing toothbrush and slippers in the room. no travellers in particular business travellers, would like the idea of bringing along all these things in their travel Lisez la suite
"Nice room and location, BAD service"
The room and location is very nice but when we came to the room the room smelled. The smell came from the bathroom, a mix of sulfuric acid and gutter smell. Went down to the reception and asked to change, the guy was frosty but said sure. The new room also smelled the same. We called down and this time there was another receptionist and she was very […] rude. First she asked if did we want to change again and when I said you can come and smell your self she said it's no point. No one else had complained. When she came up I asked her to come in and smell the room and with a ugly frown she did and admitted it smelled but her behavior and her frown made us very annoyed and she made us feel like "how dare we disturb her". "Pleasant, convenient, friendly"
This was a great place to stay for a quick trip I took to Copenhagen between Christmas and New Year's. It was very convenient to Kongens Nytorv and located right on the sound making for a very scenic variety of walks to and from the hotel. The building has buckets of character, the lobby and downstairs bar were pretty trendy and the room was pleasant. […] I hesitate to say great as the interior of the room itself could use some refreshing. Breakfast was expensive and, for us, not included, but featured Nordic fare and US/UK style bacon and eggs. The hotel staff were very helpful, the wifi was easily accessible from a series of ipads by reception and the surrounding area had plenty of good cafes and restaurants even in this traditionally quiet part of the year. My verdict? Not high luxury, but great value for money and I'd definitely stay there again. Lisez la suite

"Admiral Hotel CPH - opposite the Opera House"
Like all of Europe, the rooms are small and the beds sag a bit. (I don't understand why hotels care about saunas, weight rooms, etc when they won't buy a decent bed.) The room prices are good, but everything else is expensive: internet, restaurant, etc. (Breakfast for 2 was nearly 50% the cost of the room.) The staff are friendly but not very knowledgeable […] about mass transit. Taxis (taxa) are terribly expensive. A 5 minute taxi ride to the central train station was nearly 20% the cost of the room. (The same trip is a 30 minute walk or 2 minute walk plus 10 minute bus ride.) The mass transit seems to be far safer than southern Europe and the timings of departure/arrival are exactly correct. Amazing! Lisez la suite
"Great value!"
Everything was to my liking and great value.
"Almost Perfect"
Comfortable and fun. Converted 18th Century granary with a nautical theme. Almost Perfect.
"Hotel Admiral"
Nice hotel and nice rooms but ZERO flexibility and they charge extra for everything, which makes it a pretty expensive exercise staying there.
"Great hotel"
It was a great hotel. Clean and charming room, kind staffs, great view from the window, easiness to get to the famous sightseeing spots (i.e. we could walk to many places). It was only 5-6 min walk from the metro station but when we were tired, we wished the hotel was closer to the station.
"A very cozy hotel"
We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and just loving it. Great location and the hotel room is just superb. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean washroom. The area is quiet except thefirst night that we stayed there was a wedding party in the hotel and some of the people stood outside th hotel and talked till 3:00am and you could hear them talking […] and slaming the taxi doors. There were three computers for use in the back fo the hotel, free internet access. Highly recommend this hotel if you get a cheap rate from Expedia or hotel.com etc. Should try this hotle when you are in Capenhagen. Lisez la suite

"My Stay at the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel"
Everything was excellent. The hotel is a remodeled old warehouse, which has wonderful old wood beams throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Great atmosphere. However, the meals at the hotel are very expensive for Americans who have to deal with the declining value of the dollar.

"Close to attractions, the rest not great a all"
Very uncomfortable-the room small,dangerous-hitting our head on the wood frames. The bathroom has only bathtub with hand held shower, slippery and small, again, dangerous.Price high, wifi not in price, paid extra and not reliable service.
