Super situation, centre ville à 10 Minutes à pied, calme, mais pas de baignoire. Bon Hotel, et acceuil très sympa.

petit motel sur la route mythique 66 accueil très sympatique et chaleureux les chambres sont propres mais un peu vieillotes nous avions une chambre familiale avec 3 lits une petite salle de bain il y a un jaccuzzi dans les communs mais la propreté de l'eau paraissait peut être un peu douteuse

Même si l'hotel n'est pas en plein centre de la ville, il est justement très bien situé car à l'écart de la voie ferrée. Le centre ville n'est qu'à 5 mn à pieds. Très bon accueil, nous avons pu, le jour de notre départ, laisser nos 2 sacs á dos á l'accueil 1 bonne partie de l'après-midi.

We have stayed in this hotel before in previous yrs., since then it had changed owners. I did not know this until I checked in because I sure wasn't greeted (not even a smile). Nothing was said while I checked in only when the lady asked for my name. Finally in the room given it was small and dark no pics on the wall or anything nice. The remote didn"t […] work for the TV, we told the lady at the front desk and was told yes it does work and we said no it doesn't, so she called the maintance man who just gave us another remote and then the toilet didn't work properly. FInally he got that fixed. The shower is super small and the drain is slanted so it feels like ur being flushed down too. At night I realized I had made a mistake when the parking lot wasn't full late in the evening as it used to be in previous stays. So we will never go back to Travel INN. :( In previous yrs. it had been a great motel but not anymore. Lisez la suite

Very unfriendly staff, mold in the bathroom, not even plastic cups provided. Great price, you get what you pay for I guess.

It was exactly as expected. A simple and clean room. It's close to lots of places to eat. The diner across the street was great for breakfast. They're pet friendly with a $10 a night fee. The bed was not very comfortable, but it served it's purpose. The spa and hot tub were out of order. Overall, a decent place to stay with a cheap rate.

I hate to be negative, but this was not a good experience. We checked in at a bit after 4 and immediately realized we did not want to stay for the second night. According to the hotel's "rules" we had to cancel before 4p.m. or we were stuck. The office smelled like someone's left over dinner. The walk ways were in dire need of a sweep. When we put some […] water to heat in the microwave, it blew the fuse and all the lights went out. The windows were dirty. The room was small and cramped. All we could say about the continental breakfast was that it was a continental breakfast; served in the office but the tables were set up in a hotel room. The travel inn has very thin walls. You can hear the traffic and trains very loudly from inside your room. The staff was not friendly at all. We got two rooms and my children were calling back and forth on the phones and accidentally called the front desk a couple of times. Instead of the staff coming and informing me of this. They came to the door […] and started yelling at me and my children. I said I was very sorry I did not know that they had called the front desk. They were just having some fun calling each other. They continued yelling and said over and over again that this was very annoying and it needs to stop now. I finally had tocut the staff off and say in a stern voice I said we were sorry and we got it. Now please leave us alone. The staff left very angry. I have never been treated so bad at a hotel by the staff and we stay in hotels at least 20 times a year. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Lisez la suite

A very minimalistic hotel. The facility is old and tire. It's fine if you plan only on sleeping but don't expect any comforts.

This motel was far from fancy, but it did the trick when we needed a place to stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and they have cable tv to entertain the kiddos. The motel offers easy access to all of the highways, the town, and several restaurants and shops. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Close to downtown, particularly if you have a car - a very short drive to the historic district. Our room was a queen room but the bed was just a double so a bit on the squishy side if you're used to sleeping in a queen. The place was clean though, the staff friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel close to NAU. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds left a little to be desired...bring your own pillows. The perfect hotel for saving money. The room was musty but aired out OK. I recommend only for short stay. The parking was pretty full when we returned late at night. We found only one open spot...lucky us. The […] breakfast was nothing to rave about but satisfactory. Better coffee and food very near by. I heard the staff mention that the hotel was recently sold. Renovations in the near future? Room was fine, clean, comfortable but was a 20 minute walk to town centre (OK, i know a lot of people don't walk!) No real problem with the room apart from i could hear exactly what the couple in the room above me were up to.....and they were quite an amorous couple!

A worn motel with a need for some TLC. The bed was not comfortable. I must say that the room was very sound proof, as we did not really hear any trains. The breakfast was ok, nothing too spectacular. Good location close to NAU and resturants. This is not a motel for a long stay, but was just fine for a quick overnight stay.

I may have been bitten by bed bugs, but I had been outside the last couple of days and may have had the bites already. Please check room for bugs. Thank you

Clean. Convenient. only issue was the walls are thin, and had a neighboring TV on all night. Decor outdated, but over all a decent room. Wifi and sitting table are nice and the room is decent sized.

Clean budget hotel that is close to NAU. Lots of food places near by and easy walk to shops. Offers a breakfast that is basic--breads and cereal--and pet friendly.

Have stayed at the Travel Inn many times when attending Horse Shows in Flagstaff. The rooms are older but clean. Can't beat the price. Service is great.

The bed was as hard as a rock. The room had a bad odor. The air conditioner did not cool the room at all! I will not stay at this Motel again

Very old motel. Nostalgic on route 66. Good for a quick overnight. Linens were clean but its a check in and sleep thing. I wouldn't want to spend any time there. Minimal parking and on an angular street which makes it difficult. Friendly staff but I wont stay there again unless forced into it by circumstances.

The motel was fine, clean etc. But when we arrived the water faucets in the sink had no water. I tried to twist the faucets under the sink and they wouldn't budge. We called the desk and a woman came up and she couldn't twist them or know what to do. So we brushed our teeth etc. in the shower. This was a nice little hotel. Stayed there with my kids to visit Flagstaff. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and in a very convenient location. We could see pines and the train from our room. There was a little bit of road noise, but if you closed the window, it was fine. We ended up staying an extra night, and the lady that runs the place gave […] us a smoking deal on the room. We stayed for one night on a quick getaway from the heat of PHX. The hotel is older, but recently repainted and redecorated. Bathroom has been replastered and repainted recently. Newer shower fixtures. Room was clean and comfortable. Ice machine wasn't working but front desk folks were very helpful.

This hotel worked well for us with three adults and three children. The extra room gave my mother some privacy, although a TV would have been a nice addition in that room. The hotel's not fancy, but provides the basic necessities and the owners were exceptionally nice when we arrived.

The family room was nice. the second room is small with only the bed and a table. no tv. the main room was nice with two double beds. was clean and comfortable.

Stopped over here on the beginning of my cross country trip. Was great for a one night stop over. Room was comfortable and quiet. Great location, everything you need is within a relative distance. Decent breakfast too.

You get what you pay for but it's not a bad hotel. We arrived very early during a sold out weekend and they let us check in early - that was fantastic. The room had a decent use of space - having a fridge and microwave was nice. The beds weren't great, we kept the windows open when we were there to circulate the air (the smell wasn't overwhelming - […] just better with some air), there's only a shower but I wouldn't use the tub if there were one. The previous occupants left some toys in the drawers. Overall I would stay there again if I needed to find an inexpensive place to stay for a night. Lisez la suite

The front desk man was very helpful in changing one of the rooms I had reserved. The lady who had replaced him in the morning was very friendly and accomodating in allowing a 30 minute delay checking out.

Very close (walking distance) to NAU campus. Refrigerator and microwave in room a plus. Friendly and helpful staff. Bring a hair tie or safety pins to make sure you can close your blinds all the way. Not the best lighting in the room. Overall, it was just fine for us! We needed a clean room for the night with a comfortable bed and a shower. I have stayed in Flagstaff several times and this is the quietest place I have stayed in town so far. It is close enough to walk to downtown, or almost anywhere. Plenty of options around and the staff is very friendly. Plus, they are pet friendly and I plan on bringing my dog with me next time. Good WiFi speed and the hotel is very clean.

I cannot say this is the worst motel I have ever lived in, but I am pretty sure it would be on the top of that list. Even parking is limited. You cannot park your car if you arrive late, say after 9 pm. The room is small and all the stuff in the room are old and crappy. I knew the bed was not clean, but to get bit by bed bugs and leaving with many red […] bumps in the morning was beyond my imagination. We needed simply clean hotel that is close to our point of interest, refrigerator, micro way, internet access and breakfast. We got all of this for reasonable price + very welcoming personal. We were very satisfied. .

This is a fine family owned, older traditional motel. Clean, neat and comfortable room. I had a fine two nights here while participating in a Civil War reeinactment at nearby FT. Tuthill. Very nice front desk folks. I was quite satisfied and will not hesitate to return while up from Phoenix..

The service was excellent with extremely friendly front office personnel. It was Memorial day weekend and they were one of the few hotels with rooms. The room was not that great and the shower could use some tile and grout work but I definitely got what I paid for so I am not dissatisfied at all.

The hotel was clean and in good condition. It seems to be family owned and the family takes care of the house keeping, etc. They provided a great service. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed our stopover here on our cross country road trip. I would only have one negative comment. The only close available food was at a diner across the street which closes rather early especially for follks who are on long trips and wait till dark to stop for the night. For an older hotel the room was in good condition, everything was clean and worked fine. Having to go to the front desk for ice was inconvenient, otherwise a nice place to stay for the price.

Check-in was a breeze, as we were told that everything had already been taken care of by Hotels.Com, making us feel like we were VIP's! The desk clerk was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & adequate for the money. The location was within minutes of NAU & pretty much everything else. We were very satisfied.

This motel met the basic requirements; cheap, clean and centrally located. There were only two problems. The refrigerator had only two settings; off and freeze your soft drinks causing them to explode. I opted for off and the motel office filled my cooler with ice every day (ice machine was broken). Older motel which was just fine for our overnight stop on the way back from the Grand Canyon. The matresses were firm, but iI slept well. Very little noise. Great for the money. The free breakfast was very nice.

Nice, inexpensive place with friendly staff for a quick stay with our dogs. Room was a little musty but to be expected at a pet-friendly place. Big room but clean and the only inexpensive hotel I could find in the area with a working (and clean) hot tub and sauna. Enjoyed our overnight - Thanks!
