THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HAD A NICE BREAKFAST, AND ALTHOUGH I WASN'T PROMISED A ROOM BY THE POOL, THE STAFF WAS ABLE TO ACCOMDATE US, DUE TO MY REQUEST ONLINE.

THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WAS WONDERFULL!! CHILDREN LOVED THE BREAKFAST (all you can eat) & THE POOL & SPA. THE ROOM CAME WITH A MINI-FRIDGE & MICRO GREAT FOR HOT SNACKS. LOCATION TO THE MALL FOR FOOD & SHOPPING MADE THIS A SPECIAL TIME FOR FAMILY GATHERING OF ALL AGES. WILL BE BACK - THANK YOU AGAIN.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this motel. The ladies at the desk were easy to work with and professional. The room was clean and brightly decorated. The only complaint I have is that dirty towels were not removed from the bathroom floor after the first night. I thought this was a bit odd. great place to stay

Excellent accommodations....very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the Kankakee-Bourbonnais area. We would definitely stay there again,

The hotel was clean. I wish they had a refrigerator in the room, but otherwise the room was great. Breakfast was acceptable, we had a group of loud kids that night, but I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, great room, clean and convenient. Good value. What's not to love? I'd definitely stay here again. I can't think of anything that wasn't acceptable.

The only problem I had was the room I was in must have been a smoking room at one time and, as a reformed smoker, I don't know of any way to get that smell out. Otherwise, my stay was great.

I REQUESTED A KING, NON-SMOKING HANDCAP ACCESSABLE ROOM AND BATH ROOM. THIS MEANS A SHOWER STALL, NOT A TUB WITH A SEAT. THIS WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE ROOM. I THINK THEY COULD HAVE HAD A BETTER CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WITH SAY SCRAMBLED EGGS AND BACON AND/OR SAUSAGE.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Bourbonnais, IL was very good. Other than a lengthy delay waiting on someone to come to the front desk when we arrived at 3:30pm the stay was great. Good room, clean, friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast. Will likely look to stay there again when my business takes me to the area.

Room was clean and cleaning staff was friendly, but the service at the front desk left lots to be desired. Not only did a maintenance person have to go back to tell her we were there to check in, once she came out she acted as though I was interrupting her. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I'm used to better service than that.

This was a nice Hotel and the location was close to several shopping/eating places. The only complaint we had was that the tub did not drain very well and would fill up while taking a shower. We told the front desk at checkout and they said they would take care of it, but since we only stayed the one night, we really don't know if the fixed it. Breakfast […] was about what you would expect for continental, but it was very crowded as there were many of us there for the same thing, which meant we all needed to leave at about the same time. My room was located right accross from the ice machine - which had leak and every time I walked out of my room my shoes had had wet. Also, there was a smoky smell in the room - and I thought the hotel was smoke-free.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were on a family outing to go to the Chicago Bears training camp (close by). The pool was a little small, but ok. Hot tub was nice. Hotel was hard to find & we drove past it 3 times before we found it (tucked back away from the main road & no signage).

Hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was so-so.

WELL MOST OF THE NIGHT WAS SPENT LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE IN THE NEXT ROOM ARGUE AND SLAM THE DOOR! THE BED FELT LUMPY, LIKE I WAS LAYING ON A WAD OF COTTON. AND THERE IS NO WAY I'D MAKE COFFEE IN THE BATHROOM, THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE, WHICH IS SOMETHING I LIKE. THE EXERCISE ROOM AND THE POOL LOOKED INVITING.
