Pas loin de SF, très grande piscine et jacuzzi. Un peu bruyant à cause de l'autoroute qui passe pas loin, mais on entend rien depuis les chambre. Petit déjeuné succin servit au lit.

Des otaries profitent du soleil près des magasins de la jetée Pier 39, à Fisherman's Wharf. Tout près de là, la chocolaterie de Ghirardelli Square vous fera certainement saliver. Des bateaux partent pour Alcatraz au niveau de Pier 33. La tour Coit Tower, située sur Telegraph Hill, offre des vues superbes sur le Golden Gate Bridge et la ville. Hotel très confortable, très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du Fisher Man's Wharf. Excellent petit déjeuner au HiHop situé à côté à 1 minute à pied.

Il y a Radisson et Radisson... Disons que celui-ci a tout du Canada Dry; il se veut Radisson, mais le standing de l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de cette chaîne. Bien néanmoins si on séjourne en famille... Le Warf est une possibilité de sortie en cas de mauvais temps. Bien desservi par le tram ( ligne F) qui vous amène directement sur […] Market Street en plein centre ville. Concernant le personnel: Très inégal car sachant que notre réservation avait été faite et réglée par la centrale, la chambre qui nous a été allouée ( 5 personnes pour 3 places) ne correspondait pas à la demande... Nous avons dû sérieusement insister auprès de la réception pour trouver " chaussure à notre pied" dans l'établissement. Chacun se renvoyant la balle en prétextant que l'établissement était complet... Cela nous a laissé un goût assez amer. Quant aux environs: Le Warf est un peu le sanctuaire des marchands du temple... Mieux vaut éviter de tomber dans ce piège à Touristes . Idéalement situé: à côté du Fisherman's Wharf, et pour les 2$ du street car ou les 5$ du cable car vous pouvez vous rendre sans problème à Union Square en plein coeur de la ville. J'avais une belle chambre avec un lit ultra-large, le problème est que la moitié de ce lit était complètement défoncé!!

Sur le port, à proximité d'un ligne de cabled cars, des restaurants, des locations de vélo pour traverser le golden gate, Trés rapidement dans le centre de SF par de nombreux moyens de transports. Bon confort, personnel serviable. Attention, bien valider si vous êtes 5 que la chambre attribuée accepte bien un lit d'appoint.....

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de cet hôtel très vaste mais très bien agencé sans tour. Nous avons utilisé la salle de fitness ainsi que sa piscine très bien tenues. Personnels très accueillants.

hotel super bien situé sur fishermans warf, réception agréable avec la présence d'un concierge pour nous aider à planifier notre visite; notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure et était calme. elle n'était pas très grande, propre, avec 2 grands lits pas si grands que ça (un peu juste pour coucher nos 3 enfants (4 à 11 ans ) ds le même lit. la piscine […] est un peu chauffée et ils proposent des serviettes. il y a une petite salle de sport avec une balance (pratique pr peser les valises avant le départ pr ne pas être sur facturé à l'aeroport!) le parking est payant et un peu cher. mais le point très positif c'est vraiment qu'il est dans un super quartier! l'acces à internet est payant et on ne peut pas prendre le petit déj. il y a un acces direct côté mer. Situé dans un quartier très touristique et pratique pour circuler dans SF. Mais hôtel très vieillissant, chambres et salles de bains petites, lits doubles étroits. Aucun charme et très cher pour les prestations offertes. Parking hors de prix. A éviter.

L'hotel est situé en bord de mer avec vue, dans le quartier du Wharf face à Alcatraz l'île aux prisonniers. Le quartier est hyper animé avec restaurants, boutiques et départs de navettes pour la baie. Hotel propre mais un peu vieillissant par sa déco. Chambres assez petites et sdb avec wc non séparés également. Très bien pour un séjour de quelques jours. […] Parking de l'hôtel payant comme dans toute la ville... on est pas à Végas... "The hotel was a great romantic getaway for us"
My new husband and I stayed for one night in our comfortable sleep number beds. Everything was great. However, I got sick with a cold and we decided to stay in and watch a movie on the nice flatscreen. I felt a little robbed but really wanted to watch a good movie since there was nothing else to do. They charged us 17.99 to rent a new release. I could […] have bought the DVD for that much. The words did not match the actors (at first) and we could not pause or rewind the movie. The hotel was under construction so the elevator to the 3rd floor was not open to guests. However, it was accessable, guests just could not use it. Good location - close to Pier 39.

I loved the location of the hotel adjacent to Fisherman's Wharf....The main problem I had with our stay was the fact that our neighbors were smokers and had to go outside to appease thier habit and the hotel doors are heavy and when they would exit their room at all hours of the evening the door would slam and it was very disturbing.

We had a great time over New Years. Great location and service was excellent. The only two minor problems were that they didn't tell us that we had to additionally pay for parking, which was another 45 dollars, and we had no trash can in our room. Like I said only minor problems, but it is in an amazing location and we will be back there again.

There's only 1 positive about this hotel; its location to Pier 39! Rooms, hallways, & doors are so small (less than 32" wide!), it feels like you're in a small cruise ship cabin! The little pool is a joke. The concierge dressed unprofessionally (sloppy) & consistently smelled (flu/vomit)! Bell-Hop help was non-existent. This hotel is terribly outdated, […] in poor condition, & several decades beyond badly needed renovation or demolishment! For their escalated price of a room, one can only wonder why, just a smidgen of profits have not been reinvested back into this property!? DO NOT accept a room over the road (tracks).....trolley cars will scare you out of your bed/sleep every 7-10 minutes! WE WALKED RIGHT OUT THE DOOR ONTO FISHERMANS WHARF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BEST RESTAURENTS & BARS
Whilst this hotel has slightly dated decor, the staff re helpful and the location great. Right on fishermans wharf you are close to restaurants etc. It is only 4 blocks from the main tram stop making it really easy to access union square or china town. This hotel felt more like a motel than a hotel. For the price paid, it was extremely disappointing. The furnishings are bare minimum, giving it that motel feeling. From the parking ramp I saw standing mattresses lined up like books in the 4th story windows. Also, I expect a hotel to have a decent restaurant that offers room service. Great Location for all of SF! The room was comfy! Great Parking too....There was a loud party up late so I didn't get the quiet sleep I was looking forward to. Not sure if they had any room not facing the pool area...that would have been better.

this is not a luxury hotel, but the location cannot be beat. You walk out your door and everything you want to do in San Francisco is right there. Alcatraz ferrys a ten minute walk, Hop on hop off bus around corner, Fisherman's warf five min walk,lombard street around the corner. Need I say more. Great value!

Hotel was 1 block from Fishermans Warft, but was very quiet and restful. Streetcar stopped just across the street and the bus was on the corner. Only rented a car for 1 day to go to certain winerys. Also, there was a 24 hour restaurant on the corner.

If your looking for a nice little hotel that is literally an easy walk to the wharf, pier 39, to pier whichever you need for cruises or alcatraz this is the place to go.

While very convenient; the hotel was really loud. You could hear people in neighboring rooms, in the hallways, and outside like they are in your room. Pipes made a lot of noise every time someone turned the water on in neighboring rooms as well. Couldn't sleep well and the sleep by number beds were not comfortable at all.

Location is about 8mins walk to the popular Pier 39. There are nearby eateries which is very conveniently located and food is fantastic. IHop and Hot Spud are about a min's walk away. With a 2mins walk away 7-11 and Subway. Cable car is about 5-8mins walk away. Hotel room was very clean with big luggage space storage.

Hotel staff were very helpful, great location. Only negative comment is that hotel had no laundrymat & this can be inconvenient when you have children, however staff did direct us to one close by. Also no restaurant or room service but again plenty of eateries in the area.

This place is all about the location. Sleep number beds... ehh not the most comfy but OK. Price a bit steep when concidering no complimentry breakfast, no frills type place. The conceire service didn't seem to know much about taxi's and costs. They did try to get me a personal Town car.. vs- taxi which was 5x more costly. tisk tisk... "Fine stay, some problems..."
The hotel let us check in early which was nice so maybe they put is a sketch room because of that, not sure.. but our tub was practically eroding away with missing porcelain, cracks and rust. It was unusable but we were only there 2 nights so we managed. The windows couldn't open but there was a small high window that you couldn't close.. strange. The […] staff in general were friendly but not the best service. The concierge sent us to Walgreens to buy transportation passes and when we got there, they told us they do not sell them. We were put on hold for so long we walked back to the hotel and had a front desk person help us. The next day the hotel gave our shuttle service the wrong room number and no last name, so they called the wrong room in the morning and we almost missed the shuttle. My last complaint is that I reserved a king-sized sleep number bed and the remote was hidden behind the bed because the numbers would not change. Other than that the hotel was in a good location to see the wharf and take trolleys to Union Square where you can get anywhere from. Had a nice fireplace outside near the pool and a limited exercise room but nice equipment. OH! Almost forgot.. I know not to expect too much from an IHOP but the one connected to their hotel was worse than a truck stop Denny's. In my opinion, for the price there are better options right close by. location was everything. we did not have a rental car so it meant a lot for us to be so close to attractions and transportation. Kids loved the heated pool, and fire pit. Read reviews that the hotel was loud at night, we stayed over a saturday night and it was not loud. Very convenient in & out access.
