We visit Miami every 3 months for medical reasons at BascomPalmer, so it's convenient both getting to the hotel, and on to the hospital. The surroundings was pleasant, and so was our stay. The rate we found a little high, but then we're not experienced hotel occupants. We are planning to stay a day longer since it's difficult for us driving 5 hours […] to Miami, then check-in at the hospital for 6 to 8 hours of therapy, and then back home....so, yes, it was pleasant at the hotel. It was just okay. They could use more attention to detail (room cleanliness). Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, toast, and pastries that came in plastic bags as though they came out of a vending machine. Yuck. We suggest you walk 2 doors over to the Embassy Suites (please make the trip in daylight, it's a deserted area -- we saw one abandoned […] vehicle and some black rubber gloves laying on the ground that looked suspiciously as though they had been used in the commission of a crime) which has a lovely lobby area, good restaurant, and full service little store. cheap breakfast

It's one of the closest hotels to the airport, has been recently remodeld, rooms are very nice. There's a Benigan's right next to week, and free airport shuttle is nice too. But they could have a fridge in the rooms, as tehre's no restaurant on site or convenience stores.

ROOMMAIDS VERY NOISY IN THE MORNING...THEY DON'T CARE...TALK LOUD ALL MORNING LONG....RIDICULOUS !!!

We stayed that this hotel for an overnight flight layover home from our honeymoon becuase it was close to the airport and offered free shuttle to and from the airport from 5am-1am. We waited 45minutes to get picked up at the airport and then then were waiting at 5am for our ride back and the driver never came to work.We were told he would arrive by […] 5:40am so we waited and did not show up until 6am causing us and another guest to miss our 6:45am flight home! Hotel management was not even concerned enough to comment on our missed flights. We were also placed in the second building with a broken elevator and had to drag our luggage through a trash filled construction hallway that was boarded up to get to a second elevator. The room also had holes and stains in the bedding and soap scum all over the shower. Not worth your time or money. There are multiple hotels in the area that offer a much greater value! My friend and I had a one night layover on our way to the Caribbean. We caught a quick cab from the airport because my flight arrived late and we were going to miss our dinner reservation if we waited on the hotel's shuttle. Check in went quickly, the room was very nice (although there were fliers for local restaurants on the floor which being hardwood […] almost made me slip). The beds were fine, the bathroom was clean. We didn't eat the continental breakfast the next day, so I can't comment on that. But overall, it was a nice and convenient hotel for overnight flight guests. Lisez la suite

The room smelled like mildew. The shower had mildew on the walls.

the hotel was clean, however the staff I dealt with was less than nice. I waited for the airport shuttle for over an hour, saw shuttles for every hotel except the red roof, when I called the hotel they were not helpful, I finally had to take a cab. Very unhappy with the attitude of the staff

Stayed here overnight while in transit from the Caribbean. Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. Best to call the hotel to find out when the shuttle will next be at the airport. Nice coffee and danish in the hotel lobby at breakfast time. My room was very clean, may have been recently painted and upgraded as the drapes and bed spread looked new. We were unable to adjust the air conditioning in the room. Everything felt damp, the sheets, and by the morning even our stuff.

Loved the hotel, hated the traffic in getting to it. I would stay there again. It was clean and the staff was helpful and very kind and patient in helping with directions.

Go somewhere else.

nice place, close to walk to restaurant, near the airport. easy to find. good deal. good service. clean and comfy rooms.will stay there again.

This is a very basic motel type inn. No frills here. But clean and O.K. for one night whilst in transit. Good for cruise line passengers as they run a free shuttle to the Port of Miami. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport. This shuttle runs every half an hour. Our experience when we arrived at Miami however was not good. We saw the shuttle […] and waved him down, but he drove past. Not sure if he did'nt see us or he was full. We waited 45 minutes more and did not see him again. We decided to get a taxi which was well worth the $10 fare as the inn is very close to the airport. This Inn is also on the flight path and you can hear the planes when you are in your room. They appeared to stop flying around 11:00 p.m. and started again around 5:00 a.m. The Inn has quite a decent swimming pool which you can use or just laze around whilst waiting for flights etc. But again very noisy due to the planes taking off about every 5 minutes. Nothing much in the area of the Inn though. One convenience store and one Irish pub/restaurant within walking distance. Nothing else is within walking distance. Lisez la suite

Very dirty not well cleaned, floors, walls, bath etc. Yes the bed linens were okay but over all in a really run down state. It just needs more attention to up keep of the building. Really cleaning the floors, the walls, carpeting and general building maintenance. Continental breakfast was good.

They ignored our request for the shuttle to the airport after calling twice. We ended up having to pay for a taxi since it was after midnight. We chose this hotel because it offered a free shuttle to the cruise port. The cruise shuttle came 30 minutes late and they had 3 times the people waiting for the shuttle as they had room. Beds were hard as rocks. […] I will not stay here again. I would have been better off finding a better priced hotel and paying my own way to the cruise port. Lisez la suite

I liked it overall. Internet worked. Restaurant next door. Room was cooled for me when I got in. Bed comfy. I was only staying the night and had to be close to airport so this hotel was good for me and the price was great as well.

I always stay at a Red Roof Inn whenever I can, although if you're staying here and you're planning to go to the beach, it's kind of far from the beaches, and getting there is kind of difficult also because of the many cars trying to get to the airport, it was incredible of how many cars there was but other than that, I have no complaint of this ho […] tel. Perfect check in and check out, staff awesome and helpful, hotel rooms outdated a bit, little musty, need newer individual ac units in rooms, they don't blow very well. Next to Bennigans which was perfect, we would advise using Enterprise car rental from the airport, it is right down the street from hotel, we used Alamo, far away, and absolutly terrible […] service. Management at this facility must be either clueless or just plain don't care. The staff is have no appreciation for customer service. They treat guest as a nuisance rather than the reason for their pay. I APPEAL TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE SORT OF STAFF YOU HAVE...THEY WILL KILL YOUR BUSINESS.

We were there only for one night. Morning continental breakfast was great, coffee available always in lobby, staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle a great plus from airport and to Miami port, driver professional, courteous and very helpful. Restaurant right next door. Rooms clean and air conditioned! Would recommend highly.

Hotel relatively okay but it seems that everytime we go there they have problems with the a/c. They moved us but it was very inconvenient as it was 2:00 am and we were very tired.

You have to pay 8 USD per day to have internet access. The complimentary breakfast is not good, especially the black coffee which has the colour of tea... The hotel was clean, but you could see that everything was old. If you want to go to a RED ROOF hotel, go to a RENOVATED one, they are excellent, especially the price for families. Gull for deg som bare skal bo en natt og reise videre med fly. Utrolig sene bak disken, men rommene er bra og nyopppussede. Mye flystøy, men det må forventes. Kjedelig frokost, men veldig bra resaurant ved siden av, så spis middag der og spør etter Ally.

Custo x benėficio excelente. Para quem precisa ficar próximo ao aeroporto , ir ao Dolphin Mall ou ao International Mall fica muito prático.Já ficamos neste hotel umas 4 vezes e recomendo.

Terrible! El A/C hace gran ruido, las camas incomodas, nos dieron habitacion en un piso que estaban remodelando y apestaba a pintura, todo sucio. Mala experiencia!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, Cerca del aeropuerto. La. Atencion muy buena.

Bra läge med fin pool, granne med restaurant. Fri transferbuss varje halvtimme till flyget. Trevlig personal!

Es increíble como la gente de este hotel, es capaz de acoger a huéspedes en un 2do piso al que se le está dando mantenimiento; en la habitación 245 ni siquiera tenían aire acondicionado y la alarma de humo no paró de sonar en toda la noche. Sin lugar a dudas esta fue una de nuestras peores experiencias en hoteles en miami; no entiendo como el servicio […] de este hotel pudo decaer tanto en tan poco tiempo. Lisez la suite

bueno, comodo, y limpio MEJORAR EL DESAYUNO

Toinen vierailu tässä hotellissa viikon sisällä. Perus hotelli, puhtaat huoneet. Lentokoneiden melu saattaa häiritä, mutta se pitää hyväksyä, jos näin lähellä kenttää haluaa yöpyä. Shutle-bus kentälle ja kentältä toimii hyvin klo 6 AM ja klo 12 PM välillä puolen tunnin välein. Aamupala on erittäin niukka valikoimaltaan.
