Quality Inn New River - Fayetteville

The staff was great. The hotel was perfectly situated for the zip lining trip we took through Adventures (less than 5 minutes). They even had a great little bar onsite which was filled with locals. I had a fantastic time! This was my first trip to the East Coast from Southern California and I would include this stop on my next trip out there.

Looked like a dead place, may be better in a summer time

Room was not up to typical standards one expects to find in a no-frills hotel. One light in our room didn't have a shade on it; there was lots of carpet areas with dust that hadn't been vacuumed well. The bed comfort was marginal, and sheets were flimsy and didn't stay on the beds. However, there was a bright spot in that the breakfast had many selections […] and was good. Hotel was conveniently located. Buffet was good with cereal, oatmeal, biscuits & Gravy, waffles, muffins, donuts, yogurt, coffee, tea & juice in a nice location in a building separate from hotel. Hotel clerks were helpful in providing directions/input about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable, excellent staff, wonderful location for seeing the New River Gorge, the Bridge, Hawk's Nest, Ansted Veterans' Memorial, and close to Beckley for more restaurants and Tamarack.

Great location for outdoor activities, relatively convienent to Restaurant, dated hotel decor, decent continental breakfast, relatively helpful staff.

The beds were clean and fresh but the air conditioner really needed to be cleaned. Door knobs and security lock were loose and needed to be screwed down. The pool was clean and a good size.

This hotel provided us with just what we needed for a one night stay. The room was clean and even the breakfast was excellent! In addition to this the hotel is 10 minutes from all the outdoor activities in the area.

This place isn't fancy, but it isn't supposed to be. If you are looking for a cheap room close to the adventure trips, this is a good place.

great place to stay, pool very nice, rooms and everything else was very clean front desk girls very helpful. def stay again !! Laundry room needed a pick up though.

About what you would expect for the money. Older hotel but with rooms in good condition. The room was clean, the bed comforable, shower worked well, and the TV was fairly new.

My family stayed two nights for whitewater rafting on the New River and some additional sightseeing. The location was convenient--we were only a ten minute drive from the ACE resort, and an even shorter drive in the other direction to the National Park visitors center and New River Bridge. There's plenty of dining options in Fayetteville, as well as […] a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. I thought the price was a little steep, but in peak tourist season it's actually a good value for a clean room close to all the fun. Just don't rely too much on the complimentary breakfast--I recommend going down the road to Bob Evans instead. Lisez la suite

The Quality Inn in Fayetteville, WV is convenient to the New River Gorge Bridge and other New River activities such was white water rafting. The room was comfortable, the hotel bar was reasonably priced and had live entertainment on the night we stayed. I would recommend dinner at Dirty Ernie's Rib Pit.
