Il est complexe d,accéder aux chambres avec un système de carte pour aller aux ascenceurs. L'hotel est à deux pas d'autoroutes, hallucinant. La salle du déjeuner était bien, plusieurs tables, vaste. Service au déjeuner courtois. Tout petit gym.

Went to Washington DC and needed a place to stay. Found the Best Western and saw that it was close to a Metro Station (albeit the end of one of the lines) and that they provided free shuttle service to the station. The hotel was clean and quiet and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly. I'd highly recommend the stay.

The hotel staff is always friendly and courteous. The elevator on the far side of the building seemed to be slow and not working at times, but there are two sets of stairs and one always working elevator so I really can't complain too much.

This was a very nice place to stay for the reasonable cost. The only minuses I would sight was that the rooms were on the small sided, and there was a bit of mold on the wall along the air conditioner where the water had condensed. Overall though, the plusses greatly out numbered the minuses. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and very clean […] and crisp. There was not one, but two bigger sized mini fridges in the room. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The pool, while outdoor, was well maintained and there was even a life guard on duty. The shuttle was very nice and we never had to wait long for it. The breakfast was far better that at most comparable hotels having not just breads, donuts, juice, cereal, etc, but also to hot meats, potatoes, eggs and a make your own waffle station! If you're used to a fancy Hilton or Sheraton, this probably isn't for you, but if you need a very nice affordable place to stay, than go ahead and make your reservation. Lisez la suite

It was perfect for one night stay on our way to nags head. The room was clean, had a fridg, microwave and the looked recently remodeled. . The full breakfast was sufficient. I enjoyed the pool which was kept clean. A life guard was on duty and made sure that pool users were actually staying at the hotel. Maintenance sub-standard given rm 401 elevator out of service for next 3 days. Key cards didn't work 2nd set only 1 card worked room had never been refurbished. Called about key card next day, no batteries for door. Given different room 624, elevator on opposite side of building worked. They are trying but they need to put in some money. WiFi did not work in my room so they upgraded me GREAT. But then the key stopped woring on the second day. They reloaded the key, no help. The maint guy talked to me like, hey stupid put the key in with the arrows pointing down. I guess he didn't know this was my second day and I'm not stupid, so I […] had him try it again. It didn't work, ten try's later, it still didn't work, so I educated him on how to talk to a guest. Each day I had to have someone come open the door for me. So with that and the fact that the elevator close to my room did stopped working, well my stay did not go well. The gals at the front desk did try their best though. The hotel is very basic but the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. After staying at other Best Western hotels, this hotel could include many more amenties. One elevator was out of service so this was inconvenient. Other than that it was a great stay. Employees were great. Shuttle service to dining was very nice. Suggest checking drivers drinking habits, first night (friday 5/24) was concerning, next night was different driver with no issues.

My room smelled very dirty, the vending machine did not work on the floor I stayed in. My television was broken the first night of our stay and could not be repaired or replaced due to no staff member capable of making the fix working that the evening shift. Also the light by the television could not be used due to it ran off the same socket that the […] television was plugged into and when you turn the light off by the switch on the wall it killed the electric to the wall socket. so you had to turn off the light at its base. This would normally not be a problem but now you had to walk into the room in complete darkness due to the light could not be used by the wall switch. Superb! The Best Hotel we stayed sk far on our 3 weeks vacation. Perfect location, good breakfast and courteous super staff especially their manager. I left my sweater and they kept it in the plastic and the next day i used the computer they remember me and returned my sweater. We will return!!!!!

It was cozy, comfortable and affordable. Not too fancy, but I went on a one day business trip and wanted a comfortable room and not something costly. Overall, it was pretty clean and even came with a good-size mini fridge. The sink was outside of the bathroom, which I thought was odd, but didn't care too much for details like that.

My wife and I agreed that this motel was a fine choice for us. The service was impeccable, the desk staff was first class and the breakfast was much better than average, i.e., it included many offerings not provided in many other motels. My family was put in a smoke free room that smelled like an airport smokers smokehouse. There was an empty cabinet in the room we couldn't figure out what it was for???
