L'aéroport SFO est idéalement situé à environ 19 kilomètres au sud de San Francisco. Le réseau de transport rapide BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) relie l'aéroport international de San Francisco à The City, surnom donné par ses habitants à San Francisco. Très bel hôtel, personnel très courtois et accomodant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont par contre vraiment chers! Loin des principaux attraits touristiques mais facilement accessibles avec le BART et les street-car. Cependant, il faut être patient, car cela prend environ une heure pour s'y rendre. As per usual, the room was very nice, the staff exceedingly friendly and Knuckles Historical Sports Bar is still the best place to watch the Giants beat the Dodgers! Close to golf, SFO airport, close to the BART/CalTrain station for Giants games or travel into The City and close to Downtown Burlingame for shopping and a variety of eateries. "Place is far from SF...Very, very bad wifi"
If you are coming here on vacation..DONT. Just book a slightly more expensive room in SF proper. I booked a hotel here and for $250 a night, you would expect fast,reliable internet. Instead, I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and could barely access wifi from the room. The hotel rooms that face the freeway are very noisy. I asked to […] move to an inside location which was better. The front desk people were speaking Tagolog to one another when I checked in..I think they were commenting negatively about some of the Chinese tourists that were checking in. Not cool. "Convenient for airport"
Room offered for a family of 4, which was ok for only a 1 night stay, but two double beds is to small for 2 adults and 2 children of 11 and 13. The overall service (luggage, valet) was good, the Receptionist very kind, offered spontanously free Internet (sincerely, I think that should be so in any hotel nowadays). "Charges for everything!"
The hotel was nice and clean but the add-on fees were crazy! $20 parking fee per night, $10 for internet per night, $4 per water bottle and the food started at $14, for breakfast!!! I will definately not be staying here again. I am glad I only had to stay 1 night.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Paid extra for king with bay view. Got a double on the highway. Decent hotel, hyatt standards. Its not the Ritz but its nice. Bed was uncomfortable but its a hotel so that's to be expected (was a normal hotel mattress, not exceptionally bad). The hotel staff was outstanding. The concierge was very helpful in making suggestions for tours and in making the arrangements. The food in the restaurants was great and reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean when we arrived and cleaned daily. The hotel was close to the Bart and they had a free shuttle to the international airport, where we caught […] it. "Very good airport hotel"
This is a very nice airport hotel. The inner rooms overlook the atrium, which I personally found claustrophobic because there's no view to the outside. The hotel was very accommodating about moving me to an outside room, though. I would have liked a hot breakfast buffet at 6 am, but was able to get room service which started at 6:30 am.Avis véridique Expedia

Worked out great- shuttle service timely and valeted car there while we were gone for 5 days. Check out knuckles bar for drinks. The hotel is approaching 25 years old now, so it's not state-of-the-art, but it's still quite lovely inside with its atrium design. "Old, dated & disgusting!"
Overpriced! Our room was so dirty we asked to change rooms! The second room was not any better, they sprayed cleaner in the room and called it "cleaned"- Bathroom floor had hair and dirt- bed had dirt and scuff marks on the bed- the chair was thread bare, worn dirty, the lamp shade was broken- counters were dirty & spotted- Disgusting! "Needs better quality control"
The room was a good size, but the bathtub was not clean, and there were strange noises from the ventilation system and refrigerator. Also some cigarette smoke crept in. (It was a non-smoking room.) I was grateful the refrigerator was empty, and not stocked with stuff for sale, thereby allowing me to put items I'd purchased at the supermarket. The reservations […] system was down at check-in, meaning a longer than usual wait. This Hyatt needs modernising. It's a bit depressing.
