Holiday Inn Express Southington - Southington

we stayed 1 night and were very pleased. Room was clean, service was fantastic and breakfast was more than expected. Bathroom was clean, but in need of minor repairs. door let in more noise than expected, but over all we were very happy and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Room was very clean and comfortable and very affordable - Am going to stay there again and woudl recommend it to others

We have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting family in Southington, and I'm sure we will stay here again next time we visit. It's a decent, standard Holiday Inn Express. Also, the front desk and breakfast workers were very friendly.

Very comfortable beds.

We were very pleased with our room, but we had driven all night and arrived several hours early so we were given our room 4 hours early! We actually had time for a nap before our event.

Holiday Inn Express in Southington, CT, was very convenient to Farmington UConn Medical Center, where we were headed very early the next morning. Very friendly at the front desk. Thank you.

It was a bit noisy. We were on the side of a hwy...plus the air conditioner above us dripped in the middle of the night and it kept me awake...it hit our air unit. The staff was nice and the hotel was very neat & clean.

Convenient for its location for my business meeting and provided more than adequate breakfast. Didn't mind very faint old water smell from the shower curtain.

Room lighting was very poor. Insufficient number of outlets, so difficult to plug in computer, telephone rechargers, iPad, etc. Had a corner room that was so small it was impossible to roll the luggage cart in to load or unload luggage. Requested wake-up calls for two mornings, but NEITHER call was ever received. Manager on duty was receptive to these […] comments, but that did not change the problems. over all it is a good & clean hotel i find the cleaning of the room & supplies for the room is not great you have to just about always ask for towels or other amenities

housekeeping never left fresh towels, wash clothes nor soap. they also start pounding on door to clean rooms at a few minutes to 8am so be prepared. rooms stated as non-smoking are actually smoking

Stayed here for nieces graduation party. Overall good experience. We thought the room had a fridge...it didn't but not the end of the world. The breakfast much better than the expected coffee & donuts!

We were more than greeted by the kind, courteous hostess. We checked in rather late, but were shown hospitality and friendliness. She helped us get checked in, pointed us toward some local restaurants, and was generally pleasant. The last thing I wanted was any more hassle after our busy day. We had none. I have stayed at this hotel twice, and I am MOST impressed! I find that the rooms are reasonably priced, and comfortable. In addition, the breakfast is not just some little "continental" breakfast consisting of cold cereal and cold muffins. The exquisite breakfast at this hotel consists of hot eggs, hot bacon or sausage (depending on the day) muffins, […] bagels, biscuits and gravy, bread to make toast, fresh fruit, cereal, and packets of oatmeal. They also have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and several juices. In addition, the hotel is located just off I-84, and therefore very easy to access. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I have been at this hotel for several weeks on an extended business trip. Advantages - the rate is competitive to inexpensive. The internet access (wired) is free. The free breakfast is hot (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit gravy) as well is continental (coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, pastry). There are many restaurants and a grocery […] store within five minute driving range. The disadvantages - the hotel is a little on the worn side; the internet access speed is higher that DSL but slower than cable; a car is a must. Also, there is no gym. It's not a resort hotel, but if you are looking for a clean room, helpful staff, and amenities that you would normally pay extra for, this is a place. Lisez la suite

Everything was very good. The only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect was that we never got our wake up call in the morning. Bring your own alarm.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and accomodating. However, it definately needs some updates and improvements. My room was clean, but there was obviously a leak in the ceiling (several spots in the bathroom) and the shower wasn't very clean. The elevators had a wierd odor as well.
