After carefully researching hotels in the area that I would be visiting, I decided on the Hilton. The location was close to the venue where I would be going and it had a 5 star rating. I was looking for a place where I could feel safe when moving around from place to place. The Hilton provided all of these things and more. The staff was very professional […] and accomodative. "Excellent accomadations"
We only stayed one night and were very happy with the hotel the room was clean the bed was very omfortable and the evening was quiet.

The staff at this Hilton is outstanding. The people that work the front desk, the room attendants and the restaurant and cocktail lounge employees work very hard to make your stay a pleasant one. "GREAT HOTEL!"
Just a really pleasant atmosphere. Terrific dinner- one of the best hotel restaurants ever! Eager, friendly staff, spotless room...I'll be back, it was a pleasure and I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer.
The people at the hotel were nice. However, the air conditioning was very loud. It would come on every 20 minutes or so. Also I had a question about charges put on my credit card. I left a msg in the morning with the accounting dept and did not get a response in the following eight hours.

Can't say enough about staff. Hotel is very nice, clean and centrally located to campus. Staff, including waiters and bartender are incredibly friendly, nice and helpful. Highly recommend this Hotel.
Restaurant service was terrible. Food was cold on the buffet and had to find someone to bring us coffee after waiting 15 minutes or more. Restaurant was not busy at the time.

"Nice hotel -- with a lounge!"
Although we requested a non-smoking, were given a smoking room. The long hallway (from elevator to room) smelled STRONGLY of smoke, but the room itself was fine, so we didn't complain. The room itself was very nice . . . plus, the bartenders fixed us a great martini!

Very helpful staff, but a lot of maintenance has been deferred. Ragged carpet edges showing, loose door hardware, and worn furniture.

The staff accommodated a request to move one of our two rooms away from a side entrance door. The staff gave us two doubles in the other per my request online The rooms were comfortable, especially the beds. The hotel was convenient to shopping and dining.

Older Hotel with noise problem. Older AC unit came on like a bomb every 20 minutes on 4th floor. Inconsiderate guests yelling down the hall after a family reunion. Hot tub was nice but only 1 jet worked. The music was too loud near the pool. Not relaxing at all. More of a party station even at 4 in the afternoon. Excersice room way too hot! EXCECEPTIONAL […] fantastic resturant inside. We had an outstanding meal and dessert with the best service. If it were on our way home we would stop to eat there again. Lisez la suite

"Marriott- Greenville, NC"
Positives: The front staff was pleasant. Negatives: During our 4 day stay, they only cleaned our room 1 time. We had to request that the front desk remind the cleaning staff to clean our room the day it was cleaned and this did not occur til 2 pm. The bathtub was not clean. The caulking around the tub was coming off and was unsightly. Room keys stopped […] working daily for our accompanying party and had to be reprogrammed by the front staff. There was a draft in our room so we had to increase the thermostat to 75 degrees during the night to stay warm. Lisez la suite

The hotel is first-rate and the deal we got for the holidays made it a real bargain. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice. A great experience that we plan on having again in the future.

"Close to required places & ECU"
Overall our (with my wife and son) stay was good; service was very good. Samll issue was that our I-phomes did not get signals in 2nd floor where we stayed.
